She was excellent I'm so happy she delivered my healthy baby boy. The front desk has been nice to me as well no one has been rude I have been a few times late and they've rescheduled for a later time that same day. They have a grace period for 10mins but if you are going to be later than that they will reschedule. Overall my experience has been good!!

I had a prior sonogram from another clinic that clearly established how far along I was, yet at every appointment they continued to reference the wrong due date. Even after their own ultrasound confirmed my gestational age, my records were never updated correctly. As a result, I was sent for early testing that I explained was being scheduled too soon based on the incorrect due date. My concerns were consistently dismissed instead of being addressed. My worst experience was with Dr. Ken Fan. He arrived late to my appointment, and when he finally came in, he sat across the room and appeared completely disengaged, as though he didn't want to be there. I tried once again to explain that the early testing had been ordered because of the incorrect due date and that I had not requested it. Rather than listening, he argued with me, rolled his eyes, and seemed visibly irritated throughout the appointment. He also didn't appear to review my chart or verify how far along I was before meeting with me, despite the information already being available in my records. I don't understand why he is still in this field. Patients should not have to repeatedly remind medical staff how far along they are, even after the clinic has performed its own ultrasound confirming the correct gestational age. I don't understand why my records were never updated appropriately despite multiple opportunities to do so. Trying to reach the triage department was equally frustrating. Getting answers was nearly impossible, and I was repeatedly transferred between staff members or told to come speak with the front desk in person, wasting both my time and theirs. The technicians and front office staff deserve recognition for being courteous and helpful. However, because of my experience with the medical providers and the lack of attention to accurate patient records, I cannot recommend this clinic.

Each year when I am examined in office for gynecology...Dr Ramaney also adds the order for the mammo. She is pretty meticulous about doing that consistently. She helped with both my kids who are 32 and 34 now when they were born and after care. She has since helped me when I returned to her practice some years ago since I couldn't find competent gynecologists with as much knowledge as Dr Ramaney has. If anyone wishes to relay differently then that is their opinion. Anyhow, when I had the second mammo exam in Torrance at the Providence Women's Center on Hawthorne...it was found clear. The expertise of that center is top notch and their analysis that I receive in a letter explains it quite clearly actually. Sometimes I do call Dr Ramaney's office just to check and they are always helpful. If they don't have answers Ramaney answers then herself quite precisely. This is my experience in a course of many years with Ramaney and I have been in menopause for some years now but health wise she keeps track for me on the female end. I appreciate that.
