Excellent care delivered with kindness and compassion. I have been a patient here for at least 5-6 years. I recommend them all the time.

I had the most painful mammogram procedure in my entire life on 9/28/2016 and I have been getting…read moreregular ones since I turned 40 so this was not my first rodeo. The technician keeps changing every time I go there so it's throw your dice and see if you get a more gentle person or not, see if this one is more knowledgeable or not, compassionate or not, you get the picture. Well, I should have suspected something was amidst when I saw the previous women not making any eye contact as they fled for their cars. I thought it was strange but just wrote it off as the embarrassment of having this study on such a personal body part, but no, no, no was I wrong, very, very, wrong. She, the lone tech was a sadist twisting my breasts further when I told her I hurt and finally when I was on the verge of tears yelling and screaming out she would yell back at me that "we do want a good study, don't we?". She would then twist harder and make me scream at the top of my lungs. I have a high pain tolerance, having stayed at home with 4 foot fractures nursing what I thought was a bad ankle sprain, for example. She continued to torture me all throughout the study. I yelled at her that the previous technicians never did this to me yet did they not get good studies. She retorted that she was the best one, but she seemed so young so I doubted it very much; likely the best at S&M. It was so traumatic that I ended up as one of those women fleeing for my car with my eyes downcast not making any eye contact because of the tears I had from pain. It was more painful than my 19 hour labor after which the nurses outside of my room said I was so quiet that they did not know I was in there. Now that says something when I am screaming in pain. I will NEVER return to this place again and am writing this review now because I just got my reminder to get another study. I got a copy of my mammogram report and it's the same as all the previous years, "good quality", so not worth all that horrific pain, is it? At the least mammography technicians ought to stay longer than a year and being isolated where loud screams cannot be heard by anyone, how dangerous is that?

The woman at the desk told me I had to fill out a form releasing the images to my doctor; but instead it was a form releasing my private information to Gallop for survey purposes. I said I didn't want to sign it and I told her why. She said they had a "waiver" that would prevent my information from being released to Gallop. However, this "waiver" was a nonpublicity form stating that I declined to be contacted directly - it said nothing about preventing my information from being released to Gallop. She insisted I sign them and gave me no other option. Necessary medical care should not be contingent on releasing my information to a survey company. Stay away.

I found a surgeon the next day who was upset that they didn't immediately send me to the ER. Because they did not, the gallbladder died before the surgery a couple of days later which caused further issues. Additionally, I asked four different people about checking in for insurance, etc. I was there for several hours before someone addressed this. As you can guess, I am getting numerous additional bills. I would NOT recommend this place for an emergency.

He had shortness of breath and alot of discomfort. As a scared mother I ran up to the front desk and said my son can't breathe we need help right away. The front desk woman paused, looked right me and rolled her eyes. As if to indicate I was being dramatic. She took her time getting our information down with alot of attitude and called in shortness of breath after a good 10mins. She was joking with the other staff in the background and had no professional or urgency. My son ended up being very sick and needed breathing support for several day afterwards. The carelessness continued when we found out his medications were not called in and he had to wait another day for medication he needed. I'm pissed but my child suffered. He deserved better care.
