Came here on a Wednesday. It was empty. I ordered food from 4 different places. Everything came up to $43 which wasnt bad. The food was average. Nothing to rave about. We had a chicken sandwich from street bird which was just ok. I prefer chick fil a. A boneless wing combo from wing trip and mac n cheese. The boneless wings were huge but i didnt care for the bbq sauce. The fries were crispy but salty. The mac n cheese was blah. We ordered a hot dog from burger baby. And the magnolia banana pudding. The banana pudding was the best thing from our whole meal. $10 well spent. Next i will try the westfield location to try other food. read more

My family and I ordered food from here and the taste and quality of it was good but on the app you cannot order from both Wonder and other restaurants it's either one or the other. If you're able to change that, it would definitely have been a five star review as there were restaurants we all could not agree on so we had to just choose the Wonder ones. read more

Was weary about trying because of the mixed reviews, but so glad I did! Was in a rush and quickly punched in items I thought my family might enjoy: Cast Iron Skilled Cornbread, Spicy Pepperoni Calabrian Pizza (x2), and a BBQ chicken bowl for my husband. Immediately, I received a text to my phone and an update on the app that my meal was being prepared and an estimated time it would be done. As I made my way over, I got an update that the order was complete, and when I walked through the front door, it was waiting for me. They had screens with everyone names on it, and a worker was kind enough to hand me everything, which had been check for accuracy. Came home and everything was there, and the food was very well seasoned and warm. The Detroit City pizza was a huge hit in my house and I felt everything was reasonably priced. This place is one of those One kitchen many restaurant places that have been popping up. I ordered a vodka pizza from Alanza Pizza selection. It wasn't bad It was freshly made mildly warm by the time I came to pick it up. Is it going to be as good as if you went to these actual restaurants brands No but it isn't bad either. Love the concept and the food ain't bad. I ordered on the app and they kept me updated throughout the entire process. The actual restaurant itself has a few seats and they do take walk in orders. So these "restaurants" are all displayed on the app as different restaurants and somehow supposed to be food from top iconic chefs. But it's a service counter designed for pickup or delivery orders. And it looks like fast food in the back. So where are they cooking and prepping all this stuff and is it frozen and reheated ala Applebee's? Hmmm? I ordered the BBQ from Tejas BBQ and I got the combo 2 meats and 3 sides normally priced at 45 plus tax. If you choose their 'free delivery' they still charge extra in service fees, so delivery would have been $58 after tax and fees, but I picked up so after the $20 off coupon I got in the mail it was $28 out the door. When I got it home I was excited to give it a try. The combo had over half lb of "pulled" pork, just around a half lb of brisket, half lb of Texas pinto beans, a half lb of potato salad and a nice square of corn bread and came with pickle slices and bbq sauces on the side. I prepped a plate with half the offerings, saving half for my son, and as you can see it was a decent sized plate. It looked tasty and few of the things were. But most were not Pulled pork was actually chopped pork. Now I'm not splitting hairs but if you're a BBQ JOINT (gourmet BBQ) you should certainly know the difference and label your food accordingly. The pork lacked flavor other than the commercial style BBQ sauce it came swimming in. Smoke flavor was zero, tasted like school lunch. The brisket had no smoke ring, was soggy and grey (take a closer look at that photo... Yeah grey) Again it lacked flavor with zero smoke flavor and the bark was as bland as the grey meat. The Texas pinto beans were the only star of this less than mediocre meal. Saucy, tasty and with a nice hint of smoke flavor. The potato salad was decent. Potatoes were diced very small which was different. The flavor was better than commercial premade but nothing you would have at a BBQ and need to 'get that recipe' The corn bread was average. Not bad but again nothing special. BBQ isn't cheap there's a lot of time and effort (usually) put into it. So for the amount of food for $45 I don't think they are over priced. The problem is that it's just not good. If you're having it delivered and it's $60 plus tip and now you're over $70 it's way overpriced and again it's still mediocre. Skip Tejas BBQ unless you really think Applebee's is gourmet BBQ... Hmmm, that might be who's doing the cooking? Did I get duped into eating Applebee's ‍‍ Until we eat again... TTFN read more

We became familiar with Wonder through Jade's Dad, who worked at the company for some time. As the company progressed through the pandemic they went from mobile service to brick and mortar. Now there's one close to us, and it's really clutch when you're in a bind or just don't feel like making dinner. Jade LOVES the mac and collard greens and that's what I ordered tonight, along with fried rice, a cheesesteak and fries. Let be honest, it's not 5 stars! But! It gets the job done with just a tasty meal. And the service has always been spectacular. Today, they didn't have collard greens. So, the assistant manager called me and informed me that it was sold out. She asked if I'd like to substitute-- I let her know the order was for the baby. Upon arrival she had mixed broccoli as a substitute. I thought she was super considerate and she also threw in a Magnolias banana pudding for the inconvenience. 10/10 service always wins! read more

We have tried several times since GB opening. First experience was great - however since then, most orders have been late, if at all, order mixed up or missing items, our choices were often "sold out", food has arrived looking like someone stomped on it, and then last night we tried one more time and after 2 hours and their usual "$5 credit bc order is going to be late" message we were notified of delivery, but pic was not our home (which is right around the corner and they've delivered to before). Tried to get to 800# customer service for help - on hold 20 mins and hung up. Called the GB store directly - on hold 10 mins and hung up. Went to GB store, wound my way through about 10 delivery drivers waiting for late food to come out, asked to speak to manager, explained the issue. He first told me "delivery is not our problem" and referred me to same customer service # I had hung up on after 20 mins, then told me "we're busy so I can't help you". Walked out, came home, found customer service # I could text and explained situation, asked for full refund and told them I was closing my account with them - they confirmed what I told them and processed the nearly $70 refund. While we were excited at the concept, we have found that with exception of a very few favorites that often were not available, most of their offerings can be found locally elsewhere cheaper and better. So we are no longer Wonder patrons and will stop trying. read more

Im surprise this place doesn't have more reviews. First and foremost this isn't a place for everyone. If you're looking to eat cheap this ain't it. That doesn't mean this place is expensive per se although you can make it expensive if you wish. This is the kind of place you order from when you wanna watch the big game or have movie date night at home. Restaurant quality food without the crowd at restaurant prices. With that said yes it's an all digital menu experience. It has to be this way. Imagine trying to explain to someone all 8 plus menus ? As far as the person who was upset about the ordering system , this is just how the current generation is. We don't wanna talk to people we just wanna mobile app and pick up our food and leave. The actual place is very clean and smells amazing. The workers are very nice. After placing my order I was informed my baked potato was not available. The manager immediately called me and offered another item ( which was more expensive ). On arriving he made sure to meet me and apologize. Very nice guy named Collin if I remember. All in all long story short this is a place you order from when you want a little of everything. Feel like a 30 dollar steak but the kids want tenders ? Got it. I will be surely be back. read more

It seems like a great concept, many different types of foods from great chefs in one small location from different restaurants. But it didn't feel fresh. We ordered in the facility which was clean and the employees were all very nice. The ordering is simple and you can customize on computer in many areas which is good. Service was fairly quick, but it felt like everything is just reheated almost more like leftovers than fresh food. I had the street bird fried chicken sandwich, which was very flavorful just a bit on the cooler side rather than piping hot and the onion rings were definitely colder, but had good flavor. Others had a burrito from lime salt which tasted great with good flavor. However, the last few bites were very cold and then the other person ordered a bowl from yasas which was very good and felt fresher as it is made to order. All of the food is depending upon what you order for taste and quality but prices are rather pricey for a takeout joint. They do have a few tables you can eat at, but it is not an atmosphere of a restaurant it is more like a fast food joint with restaurant prices. It is also a difficult location in Greenbrook right at a major intersection and getting off and on the highway can be difficult in traffic at that location. It is nice that you can order at home and pick up or DoorDash. Just wish it wasn't as pricey and food was fresher.and hot read more

Some people would like to buy a meal without talking to a human, and I respect their needs or wants, but some people are fed up with ever more apps, QR codes and kiosks to do something simple like say, "I'd like the steak, medium with garlic potatoes. To drink? Sparkling water.", and if you are one of those people who just wants to say an order with your mouth, don't ever, ever go to Wonder. They had a woman sitting inside the door of what feels like a very clean public restroom sized place, and all she does is greet you and push you to use an app, QR code, or kiosk, and reminds you there is no other option. She will not accept your order. So, this is like ordering food from Wawa, except without the kind, young staff to ask you what your "special request" is. You still get to stand around waiting for the food, like you would in a Wawa, but you don't get to fill your tank. Again, it's all about what you want! If you find yourself buckling under the weight of having to deal with one more waiter, waitress, waitstaff, or server, then this place is for you. If you find yourself missing the smile of a friendly person discussing food with you and then handing it over, like a parent who cooked it with love, then find somewhere else to eat, because Wonder is the death of that. Wonder how long they'll stay in business. Ordered a flat bread sandwich and a chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was skimpy and very chewy. The flat bread was missing from the other sandwich. Went back for a refund on the flat bread sandwich. Was offered a replacement, and the got attitude when I wanted a refund instead. Poor customer service. Mediocre over priced food. read more

The food was o-k-a-y but I don't really understand the need for this concept. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger from Burger Baby (but if it was prepared in the back of this establishment then it really wasn't from Burger Baby, was it?). It was fine, it was a burger I could have gotten anywhere else, nothing great. My friend got wings from Wing Trip (but again, did they come from elsewhere or is all of this just prepared in the back a la the place it's SUPPOSED to be from?). She would have liked some more sauce for her wings and they said they couldn't provide that. If the wings were prepared on-site, they should have more sauce. If the wings were pre-prepared elsewhere, stored in the back and reheated then are we going out for microwaved food? (I can do that at home.) Twice now we had the most amazing steaks from Bobby Flay, perfectly cooked and seasoned. It was quick and easy to order and as a bonus we used a coupon we received in the mail. I ordered the gluten free pesto pizza from Alanza) When you pick up the box, it is so light you wouldn't believe there is anything in it. Seriously. This is my second time ordering it so I was prepared for that. Unfortunately, unlike the first time when I really enjoyed it, today it came room temperature, and the crust was so tough I have a sore jaw from trying to chew it (I was really hungry or I wouldn't have bothered). The pesto added basically no flavor as it was such a thin layer. Complete waste of money and I'm still hungry. To be fair, my sister enjoyed her salad from Royal Greens and my husband enjoyed his Sea Bass (but it was a small portion with no sides). Great concept but still not sold. PS Order early on a weekend because they run out ("sell out") of many items. read more
