We got two pedicures with massages and appreciated the complimentary drinks and relaxing hour-long service. I also really liked that the pedicure bowls used disposable liners for sanitation purposes -- definitely a feature I appreciate. The salon is well-equipped with comfortable massage chairs that both look and work great. There were a few small areas that could use light dusting or repainting from normal wear and tear, but overall the experience was excellent. However, my last visit wasn't the best experience. The technicians felt a bit too aggressive. One staff member physically pushed and pulled me to guide me between chairs, which was uncomfortable, and another accidentally cut my friend multiple times during her service. Overall, I've had mostly positive experiences here, but I hope they can improve on being more gentle and attentive with clients.

So then I rerouted to the nail salon to see if they could take walk-ins which they in fact did. The service is good, pretty fast and not busy. Which I do enjoy. The place was clean and very relaxing. They didn't try to chat with you too much which I enjoyed and respected. I came in just to relax and they understood the assignment. I didn't really know what I wanted, and didn't really care to choose. So my nail lady ended up choosing the style and the colors for me. I ended up getting a really nice French tip manicure and white gel pedicure. The lady that was taking care of my manicure was very professional. Her name is Anna and she did a really great job with the French tip. I didn't expect her to paint the French tip because I'm so used to seeing nail salons use a French tip press but I found it very impressive that she was painting them on my nails instead. Anyways, great service, beautiful quality, and I would highly recommend if you would like to get some wedding nails done... Not like I'm getting married or anything but highly recommend even if you just want something basic or something crazy... I don't care; just go here.

I wanted to add on an extra manicure when I get there but I saw it was only 2 people so I ended up only do pedicure. The 2 person greeted us nicely and were able to accommodate my friend's design request. They worked through a bit rush for her and for mine they messed up on the color. I think the lady was helping me couldn't hear/understand me well even I showed her a picture and we followed the exact design for my pedicure. Overall 3.5 stars for first time trying since my design wasn't hard to do at all and I didn't want to asked her to redo bc her next appointment arrived. Excluding from the messed up color, she did a good job on the pedicure itself. The trimming and clean up was okay but she was brushing my heels to get rid of the dead skin but she only did a few scrubs so after the appointment my heels was scratchy even tho it wasn't heavily dry to begin with. She def did not sand down the heels surface. Tbh, they seem a bit under trained since they both don't know where the polish goes. I've been trying a lot of salons and tbh I expected maybe a but too much? :(
