Recently, my parents received a brochure for this food hall with a deal where you get 40% off your first 3 orders. We decided to take advantage of the deal and ordered some food. First of all, you have to download the Wonder app and create an account. Then you pick dishes from the restaurants listed and pick up your order from the food hall. The app was fine but I didn't like the fact that some of the prices on the brochure were different from what was listed on the app. We ended up getting the zesty chicken souvlaki bowl (which was missing mixed pickles) from Yasas. I wonder if it would have tasted better if those mixed pickles available. Tartufo and fungi pizza from Alanza pizza, and Sweet and sticky wings from Wing Trip. The pizza was good but it got cold so we had to reheat it at home. The wings were good. Overall, I liked the pizza and wings. The souvlaki was okay. Although the dishes were good, I think they were a bit pricey. We ordered because of the deal but I'm not sure how often I'll order with those prices. I wish the coupon lasted a little while longer so we could try it again. read more

I've been meaning to try this place for a while, seems like a good idea but first experience was not great. $13+ dollars for 6 very mediocre wings just felt wrong. I was excited to try the cheesesteak but I seriously question if there was any steak in there... I feel like I got a cream cheese sub... the flavor was not even close to what I think a cheesesteak should be. It was so rich and creamy I could not eat it. This is such an innovative idea for takeout/delivery. We've ordered three times so far and each time the food was amazing. They have multiple "restaurants" by celebrity chefs under one roof and you can pick and choose items from any of them, mix and match, etc. Inside the place, it's very clean and modern. I haven't eaten inside, but there are tables to use. With each of my orders they've been ready right on time. This is going to be a pretty regular place for us when we do takeout. Wonder is a glorified fast food chain. If I were rating it as fast food, I might have gone with 3 stars. But Wonder purports to be "a new kind of food hall" with "multiple award-winning restaurants" that promise a "remarkable dining experience," and...nope. It's a small fast-food restaurant in a strip mall offering undistinguished dishes under a variety of brand names. We got a couple of fried chicken sandwiches and onion rings branded Streetbird by Marcus Samuelsson, and a poke bowl branded Hanu Poke, to go. Everything was mediocre: fried chicken not crispy, poke fish a bit stringy. At the Randolph location, there are tables if you want to eat in, but don't expect a remarkable dining experience. It seems clean enough, but I've eaten in more appealing rest stops on the Parkway. Does anyone actually order the pricier items like Bobby Flay-branded steaks and Jonathan Waxman-branded entrees? I placed a deliver order at 5:44. I then watched as my order continued to be pushed back and back on delivery time. When it got to being delivered at 7:45 I reached out to customer service who assured me it would be going out any minute. He was nice and refunded my order as Credit for another meal with the understanding I would still be receiving what I order tonight. I continue to wait and next thing I see the delivery time changes from now 8:15 to CANCELLED. They cancelled my order completely without notice after I waited for almost 3 hours for it.
