I hope anyone considering USA Auto Service for an A/C problem reads this first…read more My A/C was blowing cold air, then randomly switching to warm air. I explained this clearly to George. He was VERY confident that a $400+ A/C/Freon service would fix it, so I trusted him. After waiting about three hours and paying over $400, I drove home and THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM CAME BACK IMMEDIATELY. I called George and asked if they had actually diagnosed the A/C. He said yes. Then how was it properly diagnosed if I left with the exact same symptom? I brought the car back, and suddenly they told me the compressor was the problem and quoted around $2,000 more. This is what makes me angry. I didn't go there asking for a Freon service. I went there to find out why my A/C kept changing from cold to warm. I paid over $400 based on their recommendation, and my problem wasn't fixed. I wish I had read the other A/C reviews before going there.
