He then said , "oh my bad" and asked me to step out of the booth-- probably so I wouldn't see what he was doing. When I got the receipt I asked him why is it forty dollars (the fee for the smog check is $30), I said l would take care of the registration. He then argues with me saying that I didn't say that. At that point he again asked where he went wrong and I said again that I said I would take care of the registration. He kept on pushing the point, saying the same thing over and over again, as if he says it enough it comes true? He refused to cancel the transaction, saying he could not do it which is BS, as drift capture terminals to not continuously update, a batch is run at the end of the day. What I lf he put in $400 he couldn't have cancelled the transaction?! I then said he was acting stupid, signed the charge, at which point he ordered me "get out of here." When someone acts stupid it is so obvious. They don't believe what they are saying -- they are just running off of a script. Clearly this company wanted the extra $10 fee and more than likely incentivizes their employees to get it. As a 35 year resident of Las Vegas, this is the typical Las Vegas once a year BS business. Churn em and burn em.

The person who did the test, Kenneth (or KK) was the kindest and so easy to chat with. Aside from the nice conversation, he reminded that I could/should always do my smog sooner than later justtt in case there happens to be a fail or reject. My smog test and registration was a little over $35. I was in and out in probably less than 10 minutes and off on my way for the rest of my day. I'd absolutely recommend this spot to others and visit him for future services I might need. He helped me have an even better start to my morning!

I asked a question about the car that must have been a stupid question, because he gave me this look of "I can't believe you even asked me that." Then he answered the question. He finished the job, asked for payment, and we were done. The customer service/hospitality was completely lacking. BUT... Because there were no conversations or pleasantries, this process went by extremely fast!!! I think I was in an out in like 3 mins flat. Like wow! That was perfectly done and the fastest I have ever ever gotten a SMOG done. So now I'm like "oh well, no need to be nice cause you got the job done amazingly." So hence my dilemma of how to review this. Lol. Overall, I got what I wanted and got it in a very efficient manner. Now I know not to expect hospitality, and I guess that's just okay. I got there exactly at 9am & was helped by Carlos & De' Sean. I mentioned to Carlos that I was on my way home & he assured me he'd make sure the car was all good for my trip home. I was in and out in less than 30 min & on the road home feeling safe. I wish I had had some cash on me to tip these gentlemen bc their job isn't easy in so much heat!!!
