FABULOUS!!! We haven't had a "regular" window cleaner since we left Arizona a few years back. We needed someone to come in and do windows inside/out & screens on a second level studio apartment that we rent out. We needed them done in a hurry before the new tenant moved in. I called Jeremy at Wonder Window Cleaning and he came the same afternoon to do the windows on this little studio. We have 8 +/- windows and he charged us his "minimum" which was $80.00 It was more than worth his price, especially being second floor windows. Coincidentally, we had to replace a window the same day, so we had one new, new window and the other old windows. They all look like "new" windows now. Like I said, FABULOUS job! Used this company in 2015. Called back, scheduled appointment with Jasmine, honored same price, (5 stars) so far. Day came, half hour late, apparently left a message I missed. I asked a couple questions about how he'd get on roof to clean upper windows, asked if he'd wear shoe protesters in house. Said he couldn't afford to take the chance to break stuff, getting a bad vibe, gave way too cheap of a price. Has" to hire a receptionist, monies tight, sorry won't be able to clean your windows, good luck," suggests another company, Left. Strangest, unprofessional encounter. I called this company after contacting and setting up two separate appointments with two different window washing companies who cancelled their appointment with me both in the last minute. Nothing but amazing!!! I called about 10 window cleaning companies 3 days before Christmas looking for someone to come asap before all my family arrived for the holidays. Many companies did not answer my calls and the ones who did were booked for weeks and couldn't come anytime soon. Found a Groupon for this company and based upon the previous reviews on Yelp I bought it. When I finally reached someone in the office I was informed that my Groupon did not include the cleaning of the screens and that this would be an extra $1 per screen. Also, there would be a $10 mileage fee. And finally, the earliest they could schedule me was two months from now. No thank you. Don't make the same mistake I did. read more
