I grabbed my sandwich and sought out help for a side of hot peppers for my sandwich and couldn't find them. I then had the pleasure of meeting Michelle who was in the area (she was near the sushi/pizza area). I explained to Michelle what I was looking for and she stopped what she was doing and enthusiastically helped me with getting some peppers for my sandwich. She was kind, engaging and genuine - so congratulations on your employee screening and training, she's a winner. Lastly, I was a little annoyed about the side lot being tented and closed. When I brought it up to MIchelle she proudly said that it was closed for an employee event and went on to explain how valued your culture has made her and other employees feel. They feel appreciated and that is a win for you as the management team. There are 5 super markets in the area none of which I had an allegiance to until today, thanks to all of your efforts and Michelle.

I was looking for mushroom coffee and Victoria pointed me in the right direction to the coffee. Also made me crave some earl Grey tea! Lovely displays! I did get a tin of bustelo coffee, some stuffed dates and my bff picked up some pints of icecream to give Ft, pistachio, cinnamon & rum raisin. We walked around and enjoyed the breakdown of all the valentine displays. Very exciting! So many hardworking employees here shifting stuff around to make it easy for all of us. Last Saturday, we decided to do one final holiday outing with our little - a light show. If heard of Shady Brooks light show and has never been myself - neither had my boyfriend - so it was the first time for all of us. We paid in advance online and there was luckily a discount so we only paid $25 per car instead of the original listed price of $45 per vehicle. It's was about a 40 minute drive for us coming from the city and we luckily didn't have any traffic on our way there or back. When turning into their site, they had signs to direct you to the lanes/area to drive through the light show. Once we got to that area, we drove up to the booth so they can scan our ticket, handed us a newspaper/booklet to go with it, and we were on our way! The light displays, concepts and sections (e.g. "12 Days of Christmas" with 12 displays of drummers drumming) were very well done. Our little one loveeeeedd it - except for the Grinch of course because, he's the Grinch lol. It wasn't a short drive through but not too long either. Once we finished the light show, we did park and got out to take a quick look at what else was going on and get a lay of the land. Would definitely recommend checking this out for the holidays and we would come back to check out the playground for her, wagon rides, etc.

My current obsession is the salmon hibachi with fried rice, broccoli, and spicy mayo, it's so good! Their salmon dishes in general are my absolute favorites. They also have an amazing variety of healthy snacks and drinks. This is literally the only store where I can consistently find my favorite Celsius flavor (dragonfruit!), and they stay stocked with Puff Bar flavors I can't find anywhere else. The employees are always nice, knowledgeable, and helpful, which just adds to the whole experience. I'm hoping they add more shrimp options since I love shrimp, and fingers crossed they open more locations, especially one closer to Center City. I enjoyed the birria most with the chipotle coming in a close second. The hot sausage taco was decent, but I needed more heat and flavor from it. The birria had a tasty combination of cheese, cilantro and onion to go along with the seasoned beef. The chipotle chicken partnered with pineapple, cilantro and onion hit the spot as well. The Chicken Quesadilla had a perfect portion of melted cheese and lightly seasoned chicken. It also held together extremely well. The fries were forgettable, but the main event was delicious.
