Such a cute little store and a great find after dinner. We ordered taro strawberry latte and it was very yummy. It's a little creamy, the taro doesn't have too much sweetness so the sweetness of strawberry purée balanced it very well. Will come back and try their rolled ice cream

This was super yummy. I could taste the coffee. The guy serving us was also friendly. It was quite busy and he seemed to be the only one working, but he managed his time so well. He was so efficient with making sure groups weren't waiting too long. I did wish that there was more spots to sit to enjoy the ice cream though. There were a couple seats against the wall, but no stand alone tables.

This was a pretty solid stop for rolled ice cream. I had the strawberry and appreciated how they gave me the extra roll even though it was bigger than the size I ordered. The flavor was just alright. My biggest complaint would be the value. I paid $8 when I think the small size should've been no more than $5. Service wasn't the quickest, especially because we were the only ones in the shop. The shop was clean and kept nice on the inside.

Had I just been out driving looking for a place with ice cream I would have NEVER found this place. The signage just says "Wonders" and if you walk by it smells like a different type of wonder. It was definitely a surprise to walk in and see an actual ice cream shop. The cashier offered suggestions and so I went with his favorite the #6 peanut butter cup. There wasn't anything special to it besides the roller ice cream. My friend ordered the berry kind. That flavor was much better.

We went there and the interior was so cute and they rolled the ice cream right in front of you. Also they got boba and we accidentally got 3 instead of 2 but they where so nice about it

great service! good serving size! great ice cream!! workers were very kind and happy to help!

We loved this place! Parking was a little confusing but I took a chance parking in a lot by another restaurant. I took my 7yo and my 9yo. I loved that they had photos on the menu board. It was super easy to order and the kids got to watch them make the ice cream/ roll it. Some reviews say its only ice cream. That is not true. This ice cream is velvety smooth. My kids said multiple times that it was so much better. My daughter said she thought she liked chocolate ice cream but all the chocolate ice cream prior to wonders was NOT chocolate ice cream. She walked away a convert!

We got uber eats for this bc we had a sweet tooth craving! Oh my gosh this was super good! not too sweet and a perfect portion to share with two people!! You could tell it was high quality dairy it tasted so fresh and was still frozen when delivered to us!

Thai rolled ice cream is something amazing to witness! You won't find buckets of frozen ice cream on display. Instead, the liquid is poured over a frozen pan and almost instantly frozen. Using a scraper, the frozen liquid is rolled up and placed in a bowl. The novelty of this method is one thing... but the flavor, taro, was incredible and unique. The nutty, vanilla, floral taste is perfect frozen! It's so hard to pay 7-8 dollars for a bowl of ice cream. It's overpriced, but something cool to do on occasion.

Ordered a Vietnamese coffee ice cream twice on Uber Eats, got a Vietnamese iced coffee drink twice instead. I thought maybe they messed up the order in the first one, which is fine, stuff happens no biggie. I ordered the same item again, same result. Either the image and description of the item is incorrect as it said it would have ice cream along with a brownie and condensed milk, or they actually did mess up my order twice. Either way if I wanted a $9.25 drink, I would've ordered one but now I'm down an 1 hour and 20 mins of my time and still no coffee ice cream. I got two iced coffees tho!

Neat! I was really impressed with my first visit here, and my first taste of rolled ice cream. I got one of the sundaes on their menu, the "Brownie Smashed". Chocolatey! Next time I come, I'll try a fruity one. I came on a muggy Sunday evening, arriving at 8:45 and I didn't get my ice cream until 9:35. That's because it is very, very popular, and also because it takes time to create what they serve. Fortunately, it's fascinating to watch them prepare it. The crew works very hard, and clearly take a lot of pride in what they do. I'll probably come back here regularly, but it was a long wait in their stuffy, small, uncomfortable space while I waited for my awesome ice cream, so they'd have to improve on that before I give them highest marks.

Wonders was one of the first Thai Rolled Ice Cream shop in the Twin Cities. Located on busy University Ave and in the heart of Little Mekong, this little shop brings you exceptional ice cream. Many of the flavors available are not typical American flavors but to my southeast Asian palate, it was home. You can find flavors such as Taro, green tea, and other exotic fruits, you just have to choose. The shop was small, but super cute and enough seating for a small group. I ordered the Green Tea and chose my own topping with berries and syrup. As I moved down the line to the pick up area, the staff make your ice cream right in front of you, so you get to see from start to finish how the ice cream is rolled. It was an amazing experience to see it done in front of me. Upon the first bite, the ice cream was creamy and smooth and not hard and crumbly. Wonders kept me wanting more and I'll definitely come back for more!

Here's what a wonder dog looks like, a giant roll of ice cream sandwiched in a sweet donut! Awesome combo!

This place now is a lot better than what it was when it first opened last summer. Great menu selection and the added wonder "dog" is a good ice cream combo; gotta love those long John donuts! The place is usually crowded since it's so tiny inside and the line can get ridiculously long so go early in the day and avoid late afternoons and evenings. No parking beside street parking around the corner or meter parking on University avenue. One thing I don't like about Wonders is the loud explicit music they got going on. Feels like i'm at the club but only getting ice cream!

Can't go wrong with good ice cream!!!…read more The ice cream is so delicious and creamy! So many flavors to choose from-- quick and friendly service ! They will also give you samples to try if you're indecisive, like me ! Ultimately, I was in the mood for pistachio so I went with that and it came with a cute little chocolate ball on top! Great spot to go for a late night treat!!! Will definitely return !

This has always been our favorite place to get ice cream, but after our most recent experience,…read morewe're reconsidering returning. We placed an order through the app for delivery, as we have many times before. The order arrived quickly, but it was completely different from what we paid for. I called the St. Paul location, expecting an easy resolution. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The employee who answered said he would look into it, then set the phone down and began speaking negatively about me to other staff members--even though I had been polite throughout the call. It was very unprofessional. He said a manager would follow up. A few days later, a manager contacted me and apologized, saying they would issue a refund and send a gift card, which I appreciated (though it wasn't necessary). It has now been a month, and I have not received anything. I've followed up twice with no resolution.
