We loved the Cosmic Crash bumper cars, the Ferris Wheel which had an amazing view of the park, the Go Karts of course, the fast Rock & Roll ride with great music, and the Carousel. Our favorites were the rollercoaster which we did twice, I did the Zero Gravity ride twice which was fun and surprisingly relaxing too, and we loved the adrenaline rush of the AtmosFear ride. We chose the 180 option. Definitely will try the 360 option next time. Great they have those two choices. We stayed for hours. Clean park. Bathrooms were clean. Plenty of food and beverage options available. Merch for sale. Kiddie rides, family rides, adult rides. Great for groups, family, kids, teens, adults, couples. Soooo fun! Such a relaxing time but a super fun day and a great date activity. Waits for rides were not long, people were respectful, and staff were efficient. Can't say anything about the food as we ate before coming to the park so we didn't try anything but next time I would love to give the classic elephant ears a try! My day spent here definitely felt like an escape. A place to leave your worries behind and just have a good time. Such a thrill! Highly recommend Oaks Amusement Park. I guess that should have been a clue. You can buy a bracelet, or individual tickets for rides. If you're accompanying a child under a certain age, you are able to buy a bracelet for a lower price. There's a handful of kid rides that kids can go on if they meet the height requirement. There's also a game area, with carnival-like games. But they're freaking expensive; we played the pond one since it was a guaranteed win and the odds of a 3 year old playing any of the other games successfully are pretty low. But it was 6 bucks. There were 3-4 other games in that area. It wasn't a very extensive park. And when we went on a Friday in August, there only seemed to be one of the food trucks open--the boba truck. So that was disappointing. But luckily they had other food, and that food wasn't too bad. Parking isn't bad. There's lots of it and it's cheap, I think it was $2. This sweet family built a fantastic wee-mini golf course around and between two pine trees in their side yard, and opened it up to the neighborhood and the public to putt around. It's a more successful version of Maria Bamford's Lady Dynamite park bench, inviting friends and neighbors to chat and play together in a fun and friendly environment. There are six holes and several custom-made statues and features that the owners worked with local artists to create. A locker near the gate holds the putters and balls, which you can access by calling an automated message machine. If you happen to be in the neighborhood and find yourself with a few minutes to spare, drop on by this itsy-bitsy-teeny-weeny-mini-putt-putt-golfing dreamy, and see if it doesn't give you a new definition of good neighbor, too.

Despite the confusion, the staff was really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. $2 bowling, $2 shoes and $2 laser tag on Wednesday, a deal you can't beat. The laser tag was fun and good sized. The bowling alley was smooth and well kept. I am definitely going to add this to my Wednesday night activities in the future.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the setting was beautiful and we loved all the wildflowers and sunflowers around the farm. It was a pretty hot day, so the lounge pass was definitely worth it. Also for closer bathrooms and drinks. I also really appreciated how the event staff went above and beyond to help me resolve a ticketing issue. They were kind, helpful, and made sure everything worked out. We really loved what Topaz Farm is all about and the whole atmosphere of the place. We'll definitely be back for more events and we're looking forward to checking out their meats and produce too. I highly recommend catching a show out here, you can tell a lot of care goes into creating a great experience.

We enjoyed the bar while waiting and they fit us in shortly after that. The customer services, plus bowling, food, and drinks were amazing. Nice large neighborhood park: -two restroom facilities…read more(though one was closed for repairs) -bring hand sanitizer, though, as the handwashing station was not working properly -playground -full disc golf course -basketball court -2 baseball diamonds -soccer field -swimming pool (open seasonally, I'm not sure how much it costs to swim there) -walking trails -plenty of picnic tables with areas suitable for large groups -one covered picnic shelter -plenty of open grassy areas for lounging or play -some benches along the trails to rest -small parking area, but there's plenty of street parking in the surrounding neighborhood The park is mostly forested with huge pine trees, so this would be an excellent place to walk when it's hot out since there's plenty of shade. Some trails are paved and others are dirt or small gravel, and all were an even surface and well maintained, so it would be doable with a stroller. There were some steep inclines, but they are a short distance and weren't difficult. The trails weave & intersect all throughout the park so you can choose easier paths without inclines if you have limited mobility. The park was very clean when we visited, too.

The park is designed to be very family friendly, it's a beautiful urban plaza. Gateway Discovery Park is a 3.2-acre park for the community to play, celebrate, meet, and discover! There's a large plaza, lawn, porch, skate dot, accessible play area, outdoor fitness equipment, and a picnic area. It's a great place to meet your neighbors, hold your community event, or to enjoy a picnic! The park will have year-round programming and staff on site, there's even a Portland Loo! Tip: There's not a lot of shade, so be ready for sun, if it's sunny!
