Both shower tubs came out looking great. They were 35 years old and now look like new. They are hard to get a hold of. I had a plumbr out and he stepped in the tub with his boots on. The next day I discovered a small crack in the bottom. I have called several time and left a message on their web page but they don't answer my request to patch the tub. I don't expect a free repair. Very pleased with the results received from Matt's reglazing my fiberglass shower/tub enclosure. It took much longer than anticipated because they were repairing a prior job that was poorly done and required 10 hrs of sanding. Wow. All I can say is wow. We remodeled our home and didn't want the expense of putting in a whole new tub/shower surround. Ours was in pretty bad shape after 28 years. Mr Tub Fixer took off our old ugly glass doors and tossed them ( we wanted him to to that. Haha ) He put a new color glaze on the whole thing and it's like brand new. I have a normal-sized midcentury modern tub which I had refinished in white. Mr. Tubfixer AKA Benchmark Refinishing did a great, professional job. They were good about protecting my walls and fixtures. Please be aware that their cost for prep work is $65/hr, plus your refinish/spray quote. I didn't realize that my tub would need 3 hours of prep. I would have still done it, but for those on a budget it's nice to have a solid quote ahead of time. It cost $430 in total to refinish the tub. It looks great, but I'm meh about the price. I'll post photos. read more

We bought a vacation rental in Palm Springs recently, and everything was in amazing shape, with the exception of the original 1959 tub. It had already been reglazed a couple of times, but looked like a bad paint job with peeling areas. Last week I had my shower pan repaired by Benchmark Refinishing and couldn't be happier with the results. My fiberglass shower pan had started to crack and become soft, obvious indicators of age. I didn't want to remodel the whole shower enclosure, so getting the right repair on the pan was very important. In discussing the process with Ben, I felt confident of the process and his work. The job was done in one day, the preparation and actual repair and clean up met my high expectations. The only reason I didn't give this review 5 stars is not because of the repair, but the lack of "real" interest to reattach my shower doors the way they were when they were removed by his employee at the start of the job.
