During this time, I asked King Ford if they could provide a loaner or offer any assistance with a rental, but nothing was offered. It's disappointing, because the level of care seems to end once the sale is complete. The service experience has not reflected the "royal treatment" they advertise, especially when customers need support the most. Especially since I have been a loyal customer for years.

I was about 4-5 miles away when I saw a FAHEY SUBIE billboard on side of road. I pulled in fingers crossed that they would be open. They were and took me right in on a lift to assess and "repair" they ending up blowing out an evap recirculating fuel line that was clogged and seemed to fix it.
