The previous owners were very friendly and courteous, they always greeted you with a smile and a hello. Its not like that now. The girl behind the counter greets you with: "whats your last four numbers," and does not even make eye contact. They don't do as good a job as before on your clothes either. I have tried many cleaners for my weekly dry cleaning and this by far is the best for customer service and quality! My clothes are always crisp and clean, unfortunately this has not always been my experience with the drive thru cleaners across the street. They actually take care of your clothes on site when others send off in a van then bring back which was creating wrinkled clothes I would have to press. The husband and wife here are very friendly, professional and attentive to their customers. On average I spend about 300 a month on dry cleaning so I tend to be picky about where I go, this is the only place I will trust with my clothes. read more

Take your hard earned money and valuable time elsewhere to an establishment that cares about its customers and properly trains its staff. From reading reviews, it appears the new owners don't care. We moved into the area and have been looking for a dry cleaner. I turned in a large order of business suits and dress shirts for service on Monday and was advised they would be ready by Tuesday at the latest. I went by on Tuesday and was advised they still needed more time. I didn't see a problem with that and I told them I would be back later this week. I came in this morning (Saturday) to pick up my Monday order and was told they lost one of my suit jackets. They found it at another store and stated it would be available tonight. As well, any items that I turned in for alterations they did not count as full suits and billed me separately for each suit jacket and each suit pant. Apparently, this is an effort to nickel and dime more money out of their customers. I was told the suit itself (pant and blazer) would be a certain price, but instead I was billed for a separate suit bottom and separate suit pant, purposefully, because it increased the billed at least $10.00 per suit. I ate the cost, though I feel their actions were deceptive. I dropped off more dry cleaning and was told it would be ready by Monday. I was told the lost suit jacket would be ready by tonight (Saturday). No problem. I was thinking, "Maybe this second order will be better...." Negative. As of writing this review, I was told that the missing suit jacket that was to be available this evening, is now not available until Monday night (maybe). As well, I was told that I would need to come back to the store today (Saturday) to sign a release for one of my suit pants. Apparently there is a hole in the pocket that they want a release signed before they service it. I asked why I was not informed about this issue WHILE I WAS AT THE STORE PAYING FOR THE SERVICE. They now won't launder this latest order until I sign this release. I am now going to have to go BACK for the second time today just to get my newest order serviced, YET they won't have my suit they lost until next Monday. That will make 5 total roundtrips to this terrible dry cleaner JUST FOR THIS WEEK. Please please please choose a different cleaner if you don't want a headache or hassle. Also, when I asked the employees who the Manager was, I was given "i don't know...I think...". Eventually I was given a single name of an individual who may or may not be a manager/supervisor. I was also told he may or may not speak English. When I asked how any of this happen I was told "I don't know". I am beyond infuriated at how they dealt with my family and lost of all my TIME which I cannot ever get back. The saga continues and I will have to be back at this piss poor establishment on Monday. read more

There is no manager or owner to speak to at this location. I recently brought back a shirt that was dry cleaned and still had stains but was told I would have to pay for it again because it was past the week allowed to bring back items. I usually dropped off 40-50 items at a time so I didn't notice until after the week allowed was passed. On top of this, I was given back 1 less shirt and when I asked if they can look around, I was told that I must've mis counted even though I called 5 minutes after picking up the items. When asked to speak with a manager/ owner, I was told there is no one to speak to and given a general email. how it's worth losing someone that drops 40-50 items every three weeks for 2 shirts is beyond me. Should be a ZERO.... I brought two large bags of clothes into Woodland Cleaners on Tuesday morning. I explained to Emily that our dryer was not working and I needed to have the clothes washed and dried. She informed me that she didn't think that they washed undergarments, but she would check and let me know. She was going to put them to the side in a bag if they did not. She informed me that the other clothes would be ready on 9/4/2019 after 5pm and we could pick them up then. When I left their location, based on this conversation, both parties understood that the clothes were to be washed and dried. When my fiancee went to pick up the laundry on 9/4/2019, they informed her that the invoice amount was $306.00 for 92 items. When we inquired about the extremely high bill for having clothes washed, they informed us that the order had been put into the system as a dry cleaning order and not a wash order. We asked for this to be cleared up and a correction be made to the invoice amount to reflect the services we asked for. We were told it was our fault because we did not use the term "Fluff and Fold". They refused to release our clothes until we paid the bill in full. They informed us that they had entered in the order incorrectly, but that it was our fault for not using the proper terminology of "Fluff and Fold" . When we informed them that we do not usually use laundry services and we were unaware that this term even existed, the manager told my fiancee that there was nothing he could do. They refused to work with us to make the situation better. They gave us the owner's email address to reach out to them to discuss it further. We sent an email and have yet to have any type of response from the owner. As we have found out since, the man who told us that we would have to contact the owner concerning this issue is actually one of the owners. Stay away from this place. Poor Customer Service doesn't even do it justice. Owners are too afraid to admit mistakes and make things right. The staff seem like they do not care at all. Due to the withholding of our clothes until paying the invoice and the stubbornness that we received when asking for some kind of resolution, I have filed a grievance with the Texas Attorney General's office under the Consumer Protection Division. I encourage others who have had this type of experience to do the same. read more

Have been coming here for 9 years. Proprietors always knew my name and provided excellent product and service. Recently location changed ownership. Nowhere near the service and the product is just OK. Seems the workers have limited knowledge of process and customer service skills. I traveled out of my way to come here (after moving out of neighborhood), but doubt I will in the future. read more

Horrible customer service. Even worse cleaning. I've always paid $13 to have things altered there. 2 weeks ago I had three pairs of pants and two jackets hemmed. The total was like $58 today I go to pick up one jacket one pair of pants. $45 and it is the exact same type of material and everything. Plus they stained my other uniform and their creases are crooked. When I pointed this out to the manager he laughed and said well that's what it cost and walked off. I wouldn't even suggest this place to my enemies. You're best off to drive a little further then to risk them jacking up the prices or your garments. read more

I would definitely go to another cleaners. I have never been treated so rudely by staff in all my life. Hung up multiple times and told they don't need to my bullshit when I went to resolve my issue in person. I never swore, was not rude to them. I wanted help and wanted answers and the gal who helped me had no interest in doing so. Management is aware but as long as they allow this behavior (my husband has been treated badly there too), we are going elsewhere! I have never been been treated like that, especially without cause, in all my life. There are other cleaners that want your business - go anywhere else! read more

I need to share my experience at Woodland cleaners. I went there on Sat 9am because I needed to get a pair of dress slacks for my young son and husband cleaned for church the next day. The first interaction I had with the clerk at the desk was ok, but went downhill on subsequent visits. She seemed kind until there was an issue. I dropped off the two pair of pants And asked if she had one hour dry cleaning available, she said she did not but she could have the pants dry cleaned in three for five hours that day, since I needed next day I agreed that was fine and I left on my way home. Five minutes ltr I received a call on my phone it was the clerk from the dry cleaners and she was kind of frantic she says to me you need to come back here now and get your pants She said you just dropped off two pairs of pants one of the pants has a hole in it and you need to come pick them up now. So, I turn my car around pretty quickly went back and I asked her for the pants. There was a very small hole in the leg of my husbands pants. She immediately states, I didn't do that, the hole was there when u dropped off pants. You need to take them. I was guessing that maybe she had issues in past with customer clothing having a rip or hole and the cleaners were blamed, I don't know for certain but her actions and tone in voice seemed to indicate issue. She said see there's a hole. I said let me ask my husband what he wants too do and he asked if they could fix the hole. I asked her can you fix it she said yes and I ask her how long will it take she said five days and I reminded her we need the pants tomorrow. Hubby asked if she can she still dry clean them with the hole and she said yes, much to my surprise because I was under impression she didn't want to clean pants due to the hole she found and fact she told me to come back and get pants. Had she just called me and said hey there's a hole in the pants please come back and look at it and indicate that you seen it offered to dryclean them then I wouldn't have an issue and I wouldn't be writing this review, but it was Hugh hassle. She asked me to return the first receipt so she rang up only my sons pants then printed me another receipt because she took original receipt whe I got back to cleaner. She quoted cost of service will be 8.28, which seems a little high for one child's pant and 1 adult pant. I agreed and left. At 3pm I returned to cleaners, used my credit card for payment. I accept that it was my oversight that I did not notice the amount on slip that I signed and later after I reconciled my credit card account, I found I was charged$82.28. Obviously, an innocent mistake. Next day , I called cleaners back and explained to the lady that a mistake was made on my transaction and I was overcharged, she says OK after she laughed and said oh people make this mistake and she said she need to see card transaction and she will credit me the difference. I returned back and showed her my account transaction and when she seen the charged she asked it it was pending! I explained that transaction was final and cc pymt was not pending, and she says oh I can't credit you right now I don't have the paper slip that you signed us up here it's at my home can you come back tomorrow and she would credit me after I showed he the transaction info on my cell. at this point I'm really frustrated and unhappy with our situation and this is like two days later this is my third visit trying to get my money back. I said fine after asking her again why she couldn't refund the transaction. She said she didn't know how. I left and no later than 10 mins she calls me and says I can return that same evening and she will refund me my money. And will give me two pants clean free for future use. This was way too much aggravation and trouble for this error. This is just not a place I am ever going to go back to and I give my hard earned cash. I Do Not recommend this cleaners. Please be cautious. Overpriced and poor customer service. Pants were dry cleaned as promised. I don't have issue with the quality of service just the aggravating customer service and general lack of concern for my time, gas and wear and tear on my vehicle with the back and fourth trips to get this resolved. read more

I dropped off a motorcycle jacket and velcro. I had a blue chalk line on the sleeves. We wanted the factory sewn in velcro removed from the sleeves, and the new velcro added onto the sleeves at the chalk line. When I dropped off the jacket, the person marked the blue chalk line with a piece of red tape on each sleeve showing where we wanted the velcro. I was told that it would take a week. After one week, I went back to pick it up, and was told I had to wait four more days. After four days, I went to pick it up again, only to find that the Velcro was not put in the right place, and that on one sleeve, the stitches from the original velcro had not been removed. I had to pay the 10 bucks in order to pick up the jacket only to have to pay to take it somewhere else in order to get it redone. It was very frustrating dealing with the clerk as his only solution was to bring it back and drop it off for another week to see if they could get it right. He stated that the alterations people didn't understand the instructions that Woodland Cleaners had written. If it is their instructions, then how is it I should be paying for their mistakes? I would not recommend this place for alterations if you are hoping to have your item on time and done correctly. read more
