Like other reviewers, I had a $250 Brooks Brothers shirt returned to me with holes. When I complained, they said I had "moths". I explained my house was new and I had no other damaged clothing. After the owner refusing to return my calls he finally responded and agreed to have the shirt repaired. He said it was ready, and I drove 25 minutes to pick it up, the holes had not been repaired. After more messages left with no response, I'm done. This service is despicable. If you want damaged clothing with no accountability, take your clothes here. I've been looking for a good dry cleaner since moving from Denton county. I wear uniforms and it's important that they are cleaned well and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Well, as usual I found DCSC right around the corner from home. I've been very happy with their quality but the customer service is exceptional! One evening I was running close to closing time and called. She was so nice and stayed a few minutes late to accommodate me. I'm a customer for life now! BEWARE... they hold NO responsibility for damaged clothing. Their posted rules say they do... but their manager states they DO NOT. I have had several clothing items completely ruined since December. I recently dropped off a new sweater (worn once) and it came back covered in lint balls (none of the colors on my sweater) and HOLES all over. It was 100% polyester, I do not have moths, I have plenty of wool/keratin containing items in my closet, and yet this 2 month old sweater comes back covered in holes from the cleaners. I spoke to the manager who was completely unprofessional, accused me of bringing a damaged item to them to try to rip them off (basically saying this whole thing was premeditated on my part), and who refused to listen or work for a solution and WALKED away. The 1st time I went to pick up my items the manager actually ACTIVELY avoided me and pretended to not be the manager. However, after being told by another employee when the manager would be there and going back to speak with them.... turns out he was there all along. I should have read the other reviews earlier... I have been using them for years, yet 2 items in the last 30 days have been damaged beyond repair and management is completely unprofessional. Upon doing further digging, looks like they filed for bankruptcy last year, and the case is still going through the finalization, so they likely have no money and give ZERO f**ks... Hoping this saves someone else the same headache I have endured over the past several weeks! read more

I started using this cleaners after my cleaners in Fort Worth closed. I was introduced to Dry Clean by my client, we pick up their cleaning once a week. They had no complaints. Even though I live in Fort Worth I decided to give them a try myself. Cherry and Anthony are new to us, they're very helpful and kind. Jenny is the best. She knows me when I pull up, no ticket needed. This was one of the things that stood out to me when I picked up mine or my clients dry cleaning, they know their clients. This place has been going downhill since the new management took over. Been using this location for 15 years. Dropped off my pants this morning before 8, said they would be ready after 3:00pm. Showed up at 3:300pm to pick up my items and they state they will be ready tomorrow. Told them I am leaving for a flight at 6am and need the items then. Took them 40 minutes to find my items that were not cleaned. Horrible experience, no "we will get them cleaned for you right now, pick them up before 7", nothing. Will never be back!!! read more

I have tried to like this place (and other discount dry cleaners)....2 visits, and never again. Last visit 3 shirts were lost (but luckily found after several days). Shirts came back with a pocket cover pressed when wrinkled, and a sleeve on a dry clean shirt mis-pressed to point I wore it once and took it to another cleaner for repressing....and I honestly believe their process is harder on shirts than other cleaners....clothes just come back beaten looking.... You get what you pay for with these places, and for discount pricing you get below market average quality....of that I am absolutely convinced.... Wont be back. read more

weekly. We were very loyal customers. For the last 2 months, there was an issue with almost every order. They would leave marks, not follow special requests, or damage beyond repair. This last time they completely ruined a brand new, never worn, pair of pants (the second time this occurred during this two month period). If and when they ruin your clothes, their policy is to only refund the cost of the cleaning and a nominal amount for the cost of the item, not the full cost, even if it's so new you still have the receipt. After we dropped off these pants for the second time (we originally asked them to try and correct the damage), the owner called my husband, yelled at him that all he does is bring clothes back and expect them to fix them, and to find another cleaner, after which he hung up on him. When we went to the location to pick up the pants and get the minuscule refund, the owner saw us arrive and left out the back door so he didn't have to deal with the situation. I don't expect perfect service from cleaners (if you know cleaners in the area that have a 100% success rate, please share that unicorn), but what I do expect is accountability. If you send my clothing back to me in a worse state, then you are responsible for correcting the problem or providing a refund that covers the cost of your mistake. read more

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. I have been going here for years. Have not really had any major issues. I get my comforters cleaned here about once a month. I had never dealt with the manager before this incident. I dropped off a very nice Croscill comforter (approx. $250) at the end of January to have cleaned. I went to pick it up early March (and drop another off). The comforter they gave me was not the one I dropped off. It was very similar in color and pattern, but very old and poor quality. I brought in the matching pillow sham to show the manager what I had dropped off. He said he would do some research, look on cameras, and call customers who had dropped off comforters and see if they got mine by mistake. I told him that whoever got my very nice comforter would not be bringing it back to get their old worn out one. I never heard another word from him. When I picked up my 2nd comforter that I had dropped off in March a couple weeks later (mid-March), I asked the employee if the manager had heard anything because he had not called me back. Everyone at the store knew that my comforter was lost. The employee said he would leave a note for the manager. Last week, I called the manager and left another voicemail on his office phone asking what he had found out and what the plan was for reimbursement. Never heard anything from him. I called the manager again today. He was very rude, said he thought I had understood that there was nothing he could do since I had left the comforter over 30 days and it was their policy. I told him that I had contacted him now 3 times since this happened and never got a return call. He stated that he doesn't listen to his voicemails. I told him that his customer service is very poor, that I have been a loyal customer for many years. He just kept talking over me very loudly. He said there was nothing he could do. I then asked for the owner's phone number. He replied that he would not give it out and that he makes the decisions. At that point, I told him I have also been in retail for many years and that good customer service would dictate that you "make it right" for a loyal customer, and that you return calls. He admitted that he had control over handing the situation but kept reiterating that it was against policy. He finally said that he would give me a $125 credit for dry cleaning services (said he was "splitting the difference"). If he had been pleasant and respectful, I would have taken him up on this....but due to his very rude and disrespectful "good old boy" behavior toward me, I will not be back. read more

We've been using this dry cleaner since we moved here from out of state. I consider myself to be pretty patient and I don't expect perfection but we have had three different occasions where they broke buttons on very expensive work shirts for my husband. Each time we discussed with them what could be done differently and now they have lost a shirt. How does that even happen?!? It was a $200 button-down shirt from ZAR and they couldn't find it. Worse still, they didn't call me back about it even though I have gone in three times over a three week period to ask about it. On the fourth trip in to discuss it, they said they can't find it and they only owed me 10 times the cost of cleaning....$30 for a shirt that will cost $200 to replace. Should have paid closer attention to all the poor reviews. Took my suit here to get dry cleaned. The pants came back with 3 holes in them. Of course the manager denied any responsibility, but said since they take care of their customers that he would give me some store credit. Ha! Yeah right! WORST DRY CLEANERS EVER! First time I used them, the clasp came off the pants I had. I thought it was probably the pants. The second time I brought in a business skit and jacket along with a few business pants. The skirt came back wrinkled! I had to iron it myself!! Then I realized the hem came undone one of my pants, and they ironed one pant hem back and left the other unhemmed and ironed it that way on the same pants! I definitely do not recommend this dry cleaner! read more

I work for a men's clothing retail company in the north Ft Worth area and need to have a slack dry cleaned before our tailor shop can complete the work. Unfortunately, it wasn't discovered until Sunday and the client is due to pick up his slack tonight. I looked up a same day cleaner, located Dry Clean Super Center - the closest available option to where I work - I walk in with the slack where I meet Brandi and requested same day service. Brandi kindly explains to me that same day service requires delivery of merchandise before 9 am. I totally get that. I have time cut offs in what I do and I completely understand that side of the equation. It's not enjoyable to be on either side of it (having to explain cutoffs to those in need and being in need and hearing it). Anyhow, Brandi says that she can have me ready at 3 pm today and I offered to pay rush on expedited service. She says that there is no rush fee available and kindly offered to have them ready by 9 am this morning. Here I type about my great experience with Brandi and it's a quarter of 10. I'll follow up with an edit on the outcome of the slack but I have no doubt it's going to fantastic! EDIT: So quick followup to my first experience at the Dry Clean Super Center. As noted in my review that began earlier this morning, I did arrive later than the anticipated pickup time. Brandi was there and had slacks ready for pickup ready to go. Had a nice little conversation with an older gentleman who I do believe is the owner of the location. Very nice folks there, indeed. I will certainly use their services for my own merchandise. I came out to pick up my clothes which were a total of 34 items. I noticed that my laundered pants were the same price as my dry cleaned pants. I told the ladies working front desk This was incorrect because I was told laundered pants for cheaper which is the only reason I wanted them laundered instead of dry cleaned. They said they would have to call the manager to come to the store. I waited 30 minutes in my car and suddenly heard a loud banging on my driver side window. She was very rude and aggressive and started to say it was her that I spoke to and she didn't quote me this price. She started to raise her voice and tell me not to return. At this point, I was beyond frustrated with how I was being treated when I am paying over $100 dollars each visit which is bi monthly. Yesterday when I dropped the clothes off, a gentleman said he would dry clean all the pants and I replied I would but Laundry is cheaper to which he agreed with. My question is if they were the same price he should've mentioned to me yesterday about the sudden change. The lady who was the manager got really upset when I told her I didn't appreciate her banging on my car. At this point she was shaking her head, sighing and threw the receipts on the desk. She told me total which was 2 dollars less than what I was told initially. I told her that was incorrect and at that point before finishing the transaction, she asked me not to return. I saw a customer outside while leaving and warned them about my experience. At this point the manager came out and started to take pictures of my license plate and say "really" and laugh at me. I asked for the GM contact information with intention of ever coming back. The number she gave me was for the store not the Gm. When I called the number the lady who answered said that she would have to ask him to give that number?? At this point I wanted to share my story. Hopefully it will save someone the heartache I went through over $100 worth of laundry. I also thought it was interesting that an employee said it must be the old price which makes me wonder how many people hadn't been informed of this price increase. The best advice I can give you, in my own personal opinion, is to find another dry cleaning facility. The quality of the workmanship is poor, and the employees are unprofessional. I have tried to use this location twice. Both times, I have been extremely dissatisfied. The clothing items have been returned damaged or missing buttons. There are a lot of other dry cleaners in the area to choose from. I will never return to this business, and will never recommend it to friends or co-workers. read more
