After months of trying to get them to finish the work on my motorcycle, I finally get it back and the seat is ruined. I thought it was a stain, took it to an upholstery guy and he told me that it was burnt, not stained. Contacted Thomas and emailed him pictures. He says it's a stain and that I need to drop it back off so they can clean it. The service department is horrible and good luck getting ahold of anyone that is willing to take care of you. read more

I wanted a new motorcycle and haven't ridden in 20 years. I did research and chose a few bikes to sit on and feel out. I looked up dealerships in the Houston area and had plans to visit several in one day. K's was closest so I started there. Anthony King, a salesman and cycle enthusiast, assisted me when I called and then upon arrival. He let me sit on as many bikes as I wanted and didn't pressure me to buy. He shared his knowledge, looked up whatever specs or info I wanted l. It felt very chill. The price was competitive and the bike I chose was the brand new Suzuki GSX-8S in the pearl blue. The bike had zero miles on it! Once I chose a bike he got me set up with financing and worked around a few small issues that popped up with my credit application. He took me over to parts and they helped me select a helmet and a few accessories like a jacket and some add-ons without pressure to buy. They installed the accessories that were in stock while I went to lunch and I was able to ride home safely that afternoon. I can't recommend this place enough. Ask for Anthony. Many people will be submitting some very negative reviews about this business because of the way they treated an individual who took a virtually brand new Yamaha R1 to them just over a year ago when it needed a repair...then this business's Service Department actually further damaged the motorcycle, & then tried to return it to the customer in a lot worse shape than when they received it...bear in mind that the R1 was purchased by the customer, it was brand new & fully warrantied...the customer is a very patient man, but he eventually had to give up all hope that this business could ever fix his bike...in fact, his friend actually was employed at K's & this friend witnessed the K's Service Tech to have actually dropped the R1 on the pavement, & then basically ruined the engine completely when trying to service it...this business completely turned their back on an honorable man, with a lot of very loyal fans...they were warned! read more

Just recently dropped off my 07 R6 for yearly checkup. I've been to K's previous in the past an my experience was mild. But this time was completely different! I'm assuming they are under new management because the vibe has changed drastically for the better!! I was greeted by a lead tech upon pulling up. He asked me detailed questions about my issues and what I was feeing while riding the bike. He then told me their new prices & ask me what I would be comfortable in taking care of today. He really seemed to care more about getting me back on the road then just another bike to work on. He insured that the process wouldn't take several days like other shops, an if it did they would communicate step by step until completion. The staff was also eager to assist myself and others when we had questions. You can really tell they always strive put the customers first. All in all I would say I was highly satisfied with the hospitality and kindness shown toward me. I was at K's Motorsports today and I was helped by Clayton and Billy. They both went above and beyond the call of duty. Clayton helped me with getting service and tires for my Polaris ATV. When all the business was done they both helped me unload a toolbox from the back of my truck to the trailer I have. I had been trying to get help with this problem for a month and I just asked Clayton if by chance could they help me with the toolbox ( not related to the business at all) and he and Billy helped by using a forklift to load the toolbox from the truck to the trailer. This was a great help to me and took a load off my shoulders. They did not have to do this but they said "hey, why not ???" Went in to the showroom floor and let the salesman know right off the bat that I was looking for a 2019 year model of a specific motorcycle. They didn't have one, but I was not told this. They did have a 2018 year model which looks nearly identical. The salesman tells me it's a 2019 and proceeds to sell it to me at the price of a 2019 (about $2,000 more than what the 2018s are running for right now). It wasn't until I saw the financial paperwork with the year 2018 on it that I knew I was getting played. I had them shred the paperwork, and I left. Never doing business with K's again. I ended up going to Texas Yamaha, where I learned the price difference between the 2018 and 2019 models. Overall it was a great experience with Texas Yamaha. read more

He stayed in touch with me about the bike took me a few days maybe week but ended up getting the bike. .......ONLY THING boss man doesn't like to come down on prices I went there for the ttr230 2020 but ended up getting the 2019 an wish the 2020 was there because we agreed to 5,850 then when I came to get it , it was sold but the crazy thing is he wouldn't come down on the 2019 6,000 is what I paid ! Avoid this place for service. I went in with my side by side in October and here we are last week November with another 2 weeks minimum to go. I went in knowing my side by side had been sitting at my deer lease for about a year and the young man sold me into the house service for $500+ a new battery. Lube, oil change, checking fluids I thought it was a deal but now the fun begins. 1st they stated that it would need a new Carborator kit plus the maintenance so now it was running over 1k. I need it so it was ok'd and 1 week and a half I call and they state that the starter is getting stuck and recommend a new starter, I ok it again and now it's at about $1800. Buckle in it gets better. After approving and me following up, they pull another nice little charge. This time ALL bushings need to be replaced on my side by side and are now @ 3k people but WAIT it gets better. In my most recent call and follow up they are stating that the starter flywheel was defective and they would have to go directly to Polaris for them to cover the flywheel. Plz don't take your atv or whatever to Ks services dept . I drop off atv to have carb clean , and to find out why it was running hot . Ok no problem I was told that they could fix it , about3/4 pass by , I was told water pump was leaking , causing the 4 wheeler to run out . I said ok change water pump , well guess what that was not where the leak was , the head gasket was leaking . They don't do that kind work , 4 weeks with my atv and 900 bucks spent. Still not fix . Very bad experience their customer service suck went in with 7k in my pocket to get an atv and couldn't make a deal, I was putting that down and the rest having it financed but it wasn't possible, usually the give you different options and all I got from this white lady was "this is what you got approved and thats it no other options" it was an horrible deal basically they were taking my 7k and still owed 12k on a $9500 atv wtf?????? Took a Polaris 90 for service. Jackson set up the service and was friendly and provided good customer service. The rest was terrible. After spending almost $400.00 I was told the engine was knocking and they didn't suggest spending $3,000 to fix it. Went to pick it up, no mechanic around to discuss, no offer to reduce the bill for unnecessary items such as a new battery on a worthless ATV. Bought 2 ATV's here previously and was looking for another one, but after this lousy service I will take my money somewhere that appreciates it. read more

Ok, Sales was great whan I bought my 2019 Sportsman. Had to take my Polaris in for a broken break line. Dropped it off July 11th. Called on July 28th, had to leave a message, no response. Called on July 31st again finally talked to a person. Was informed that the parts were not ordered. Service person said he didn't know what happened but he would call back in no more than an hour. This place is garbage. Went in for a rzr that kept dying on me. They called back and said it was the wiring harness and it was gonna run me about 3 grand. I took it and waited for them to fix it under warranty, luckily! so they ended up charging me 19 dollars total. IT STILL DOESNT RUN AFTER THAT, so then I find the issue myself, turns out it was the clutch. I take it to another shop and they show me that they did not even move the wiring harness. I was naive enough to think I was getting a good deal on my four wheeler when I first purchased it here four years ago. I went back for service one day and overheard a salesman selling the same Polaris I had just purchased to another customer for 2k less. I got over it and chalked it up to my own impatience in shopping around like I should. Recently my fuel pump went out with only 300 miles on the unit. It was still warrunteed so no big deal. I dropped it off and they told me that it would be at least three weeks before it was complete. Well I ordered a 5' LED whip to be installed as well. They took over a month to get the service completed. They called me and said it was complete. I couldn't go to pick it up until a week after it was complete. The problem was it was not complete when I got there. All of that time and they didn't actually complete the repair and install after they called me and told me it was ready for pick up. I knew their reputation sucked before I first went so it's my fault. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!! read more

When confronted about the issue the gentlemen basically called my boyfriend a liar. This is not only a safety issue but unprofessional. once they get your money you become an after thought unless you're spending more money. I have been waiting 5 months for my license plates. I called when my paper tag was about to expire,no plates. then called after it expired, still no plates. two week later my wife went up there to see if the might have gotten the name wrong, no plates. they gave her another paper plate( which got me pulled over, because it looked like it was printed at home, the vin# was hand written ). the new paper plate just expired so i go and they have my plates, but not the the state sticker tag. the woman behind the customer service desk is very unfriendly, you would think you just asked for one of her kidneys when you need assistance. next year i'm going to buy a dual sport, but it sure won't be from them. read more
