Earlier that morning I test drove a 2023 Tri Glide Ultra at Caliente Harley-Davidson. The 2023 was a better deal for me so I bought that trike. Today I get a notice from Eaglemark Savings saying that my request for the loan on the 2020 Tri Glide was denied because I just took out a loan on a 2023 TG. Who asked them to submit a loan in my name for something I wasn't going to buy. Maybe it was an honest mistake, an administration error, who knows, but it sure seems shady to me.

I took it to a different shop because they were leaking again when the shop opened them up and did the work they told me that my fork seals were never done the oil was dirty and that my bushings were bad. I called and requested for the owner to call me so we can talk this out.... I haven't received my call yet. They have lost my business period. And while a lot of HD dealership are closing... I pray this will be one too. Stay away from this dealership, You been warned.. They are really not to be trusted with something we put our lives on and ride when we can....

Chris and Lee are no-nonsense, chill, laid back guys that will talk to you about what you want to do, from upgrades and paint jobs (outsourced) to repairs and maintenance... You name it they will take the time to make sure you get what you need - even if not from them! One of our bikes is a "Bobber" that had a serious starting issue... Lee took the time to put it together and take it apart twice to make sure he really fixed it... not just fixed it enough to get it ready to sell. Our other bike is a 2010, H-D Sportster 48XL that they are lifting the tank (after The Paint Shop ATX gets done painting it), moving the ignition and some other "odds and ends" changes on. We've been really happy working with these guys and value their advice, experience and "chill" mode!
