I was able to find the brand that is slightly taller 34.5" that fits our needs (vs the standard 33"). The shop's focused on custom made or semi-custom made cabinetry. With my odd size vanity requirement, they were able to quickly offer a 3 cabinet solution that covered my needs. They will also suggest a couple countertop places to shop for and ordering via Excelle gets you a 10% discount. I visited the shop multiple times and happy to report that the experience has been consistently pleasant. Good coffee, good music, sound advice and they are super patient to let us visualize the colors and styles with different samples. I randomly came across Excelle Kitchen & Bath when I was in the area and saw their high Google ratings. I went in for an initial consultation and Kailun was super helpful in talking through my options, giving me a rough estimate, and providing an initial design for my kitchen cabinets. They also have great coffee! She was very patient in working with me to finalize the design through multiple changes and allowed me to take cabinet door samples to the site to make sure I was happy with the color I selected. During installation, they were also able to quickly order extra parts when I needed them. I'm very happy with my J&K cabinets. They are high quality and were very reasonably priced. Even my contractor said the paint grade on the cabinets was the highest quality he'd seen. Kailun and Anthony were my favorite vendors to work with with during a rapid and somewhat stressful remodel. We would totally recommend Excelle. We visited numerous cabinet makers from super cheap to higher end before finally deciding on Excelle. We first visited because online reviews were pretty good but didn't expect much. When we walked in, despite us not having an appointment, Karen was super welcoming and helpful. She showed us their options along with sample photos of kitchens they had done that were in the style we liked. She listened to what we wanted, rendered layouts and drawings while we waited, provided quotes, talked us through the options, and gave us advice. She also was very responsive over email when we had follow up questions. Honestly, it was the best customer service we had received relative to the other vendors we had visited. Aside from service, we also really like their cabinets. We wanted a certain modern wooden look in our cabinets, and the ones Excelle carried were almost the exact color we wanted and definitely seemed higher quality than others we came across. They weren't the cheapest and weren't the most expensive but we felt like we were getting high quality cabinets at a really great value along with kind, patient, and respectful service. They're probably fine if you know exactly what you need but they have no patience to help you understand different options. Anthony refused to give quotes for different options, saying they didn't have time and accused me of being confused in the head. I was asking about the difference between framed and frameless cabinets and tried to get two quotes for the two products they offered, but they accused me of "killing [their] time." They also did not sell countertops so you'd have to go elsewhere for that. So again, if you know exactly what you want they might be OK, but otherwise you're "killing their time." read more

We were lucky enough to have walked into their office/showroom on Brokaw road as our last stop of the day. We had visited other showrooms in the area that were recommended by our contractor for a kitchen remodel, but had yet to find exactly what we wanted. We happened to notice the Excelle Kitchen and Bath storefront and decided to walk in. Best decision. We were greeted by Aubrey, who is such a pleasure to work with. They had the white cabinets we were searching for, with the quality we wanted. While their showroom is not as large or extensive as some of their competitors, their customer service far exceeds the competition. Aubrey was so gracious, responsive, and helpful in designing our kitchen plans, providing expert guidance and advice the moment we met. He had us sit down. We gave him rough measurements and in 15 minutes, he gave us a 3D image of what we could expect. We didn't feel rushed. We felt valued even though we hardly knew what we were doing. We knew we should move forward with Excelle. And in no way did we feel pressured to work with him after meeting that first day and preparing a rough draft. The kitchen remodeling process would not have been this smooth without his assistance. He even drove nearly 1 hour from San Jose to inspect our kitchen space and ensure the kitchen measurements were correct. He went above and beyond my expectations with his customer service. Recently, we reached out to Excelle for help in fixing our kitchen cabinets and flooring that was destroyed by water leak. Prior to that we consulted with several contractors all of whom advised that existing countertops along with other things will have to be changed which would be very expensive and would have required couple of months to complete.
