Backstory: We had hired a random handyman (NOT Ian) to rebuild our ~20 year old kitchen drawers as the wood was starting to split. That guy completely messed everything up - the drawers were the wrong size, no longer slid smoothly, and were completely misaligned with one another and the existing cabinet doors. Ian came in and fixed this mess in record time. He gave me a same-day estimate, had a team ready to start work the day after, and rebuilt my doors + refinished my cabinets faster than expected. His price was very reasonable - his quote for dovetailed soft close drawer boxes were in line with what prior handymen were quoting me for basic plywood builds.
