Really wish I could give them a higher rating because the one time my dog was groomed by them they really did a great job and took extra care as he was a puppy and it was his first groom which can be traumatic. But even though there is a phone number the voicemail you will ALWAYS get tells you email is their fastest form of contact. Being a new customer and unfamiliar with how the grooming process works actually speaking to someone vs them just eventually emailing you back a link you've already read on their website is frustrating and time consuming. On top of the emailing being frustrating their staff doesn't seem to actually read your return emails because as both my husband and I tried to contact them for payment we were ignored and then eventually followed with late payment collection emails, not cool. We tried to suck it up because the girl really did do a great job on taking care of our dog, and go a second time but we were told through one email that they'd get back to us on availability...that was two weeks ago and no it's not in spam folder either. Tried calling and leaving a voicemail as well and still nothing. We will be taking our business somewhere more courteous and professional. Unless you have the time to sit, wait and constantly go through emails hoping they ever get back to you with something not copied and pasted from their website that you've already read I really wouldn't recommend them. read more

Brittany is amazing! We have an Aussie that was in desperate need of a good cut. I was not sure what to expect because many groomers in the past (not Woofie's) have not understood how to do an Aussie cut (and we asked for a short version of the cut for the warm weather). Our 5 year old Aussie was also so soft after the wash and cut -- puppy soft! He looked great and we could tell he felt great, too. Another thing about Brittany is her positive energy and enthusiasm. We used Woofie's as our dog walking service for about 8 months before we moved to Leesburg. We loved Susan, our dog walker, as well as Amy and Leslie, the owners of Woofie's. We used their mobile grooming service too. Unfortunately when we moved, Woofie's couldn't accommodate dog walking services in our area, but the Woofie's mobile grooming van does make monthly house calls. Thank goodness! Woofies has been great with grooming our golden retrievers. One gets horrendously carsick so going to the groomers was an experience in of itself. Having Woofies comes to the house and not having to leave my dogs at the groomers all day is SO convenient. They listen to how we want them groomed and make it happen. They also provide advice when they notice something or, in the case of our puppy, what stages are coming next. It is also SO convenient being able to make appts 7 days a week. Woofie's is wonderful. When our dog was a puppy Woofie's came every day to give him exercise, love and a much needed break. Amy took the time, on a weekend, to come to our house to meet us and our dog. We worked together to decide what was best for our family. They were always on time, friendly and responsible. We no longer need a walker but we have started using them when we go out of town. Though we never had a bad experience at a kennel our dog would come back with a new bark or mannerism that made us wonder. For a recent extended vacation (2.5 weeks) we decided to call Woofie's. We received pictures and updates while we were on vacation. Best of all, our dog came back happy! We will continue to use and recommend Woofie's to anyone who asks! read more

OK where do I begin.. BEST GROOMERS EVER!!! We used to go to....well let's not name names "Pet...." Our sweet Walker would come back itchy and just not happy and the drive there and back-- ughghg!! Then one day I was driving and saw "Woofies" so I figured, hey why not try them, can't be worse than that "Pet.." place. I have to tell you they treated us not only with kindness, but patience and professionalism. Walker wasn't eager to go at first, but our groomer Denise was and is the most loving and caring woman ever. She has now been able to get Walker to go with her and actually cut his nails down, whereas before he dreaded. He knows when she is coming to the door and gets super excited to see her! She learned that the he has to be the first to be groomed for the day or he freaks out. Little things like that make a world of difference. She changed his grooming shampoo and WOW his coat is amazing. She takes him on a walk after as well. I get so many compliments and we just love petting him after he's been with her. The customer service is consistent and top notch. I have never had a single issue with them. I refer out all the time and will continue to do so! Thanks Woofies! I have a 12-year-old standard poodle who has been going to the same groomer since he was 5 months old........and anyone who owns a poodle knows that regular grooming every 6 weeks is an absolute MUST. Over the last few months, perhaps because of his age, or the beginning of loss of vision, Remy became extremely anxious and fearful when I took him to the groomer. I literally had to drag him in to the salon and he shook uncontrollably. I asked if I could stay with him while he was groomed, but it was frowned upon....which was somewhat concerning. My husband happened to see the Woofie's van driving around the area and mentioned them to me as a possible alternative. Last Friday was Remy's first appointment with Woofies. Sara, who owns her own standard poodle, showed up at our home right on time, played with Remy for a little while and had no problem at all with me sitting on the step of her van while she began grooming Remy. He was able to see me, see his house, his yard, and his buddy, our cat, while he was being groomed. He was finished in under 90 minutes [and I think his next groom will take even less time], and he looked beautiful! Even better, he was completely relaxed and comfy in his bed 5 minutes later.....And the cost is comparable to what I was paying at the salon. I cannot say enough good things about Woofies and Sara.........Not only is it so much less stressful on our pet, it's just so convenient for us as well. My only regret is that I didn't start using Woofies years ago! read more

I have been using Woofies for about a year or so. I kind of stumbled upon them through word of mouth. I adopted my dog from the shelter about 7 years ago. She is a very good dog but does not like to be enclosed in rooms, kennels, cages, etc. It totally traumatizes her which traumatizes me. :) Luckily I don't travel much so switching off pet sitting with friends worked for quite some time...but...life got busy for us and scheduling became more difficult. I needed to find someone that would take care of my baby like I do so I could take more worry-free vacations. A friend introduced me to Leslie (Woofies) and I knew as soon as I met her that she truly loved dogs. Long story short...I started out with pet sitting when I went on vacation, then mid-day or evening visits when I couldn't make it home till late, and now Carley looks forward to her mid-day walks Monday thru Friday. They have a great staff so whether Leslie, Amy or my regular walker, Laura, come to get Carley she is always taken care of it. She loves them and they love her and I no longer worry about vacation plans, getting home late, etc. I wouldn't trust just anyone with my baby and I wouldn't allow just anyone free access to my home but with Woofies I have no worries at all. I don't know what I'd do without them now. I would highly recommend them to everyone. read more
