    Dog friendly!

Fantastic experience! What a great variety of wines to choose from! If you only like white wines or red wines, everyone will be happy here. Such a nice serene setting, which isn't over the top, but you still feel so well taken care of. They are known for their Cab Franc, and I can see why! What an amazing representation of the varietal! The winery is kind of off the beaten path but worth the crazy drive down Airmail Lane! I can't wait to go back there.

If you are looking off the beaten path for a hospitable environment, this is your spot! Especially if you have pups! Marilyn and her Husband are very knowledge and love what they do! They have the metals to prove the quality of their wine. Reasonable priced wines, very low sulfites and soft tannin reds. This is a locals hangout for a reason! Super friendly service that keeps people coming back! Cannot wait to visit again in November for her new releases!

A small winery with a quaint outdoor tasting area that is a patio on the owner's' property. Beautiful view of the vineyard and valley beyond. They offer six generous tastings for $10 with several award- winning wines. I liked the Cabernet Franc among several others. I will definitely return!

    Cab Franc 2013 .... Yum!

Recently I went to a party and the host was serving a 2013 Cabernet Franc from Woof'n Rose that I fell in love with! Since I am not a wine connoisseur (let alone much of a drinker) I can't describe it in terms that most people would appreciate but let me just say it was rich, tasty, smooth, and went down VERY well! So, a couple weeks after the party my husband and I decided to go to the winery with some friends. The owner's son, Ehren, and his wife Stephanie were our hosts that day and they were delightful ... made us feel right at home! I only took sips of my husband's tastings, which we both enjoyed thoroughly. The Cab Franc was still my favorite but they were all yummy. This is a very small venue ... and very charming. We brought some snacks to accompany our tastings, Great experience all the way around, we will be back!

Enjoyed an afternoon visit with family!

We were visiting our daughter and her boyfriend in San Diego and as wine lovers decided to seek out some new wineries. I liked reading that Woof and Rose's wines are estate grown and represent the area. As such, the only white is the Alberino, but that was fine with us red wine lovers. And, the Alberino is great. In small wineries like this you are tasting with the winemaker and don't have a bachelorette party bus in the parking lot. Just good wine and nice people. Several other wineries in the area make this a great San Diego weekend destination. We'll be back! Our next stop was Chuparosa...

Fun, unique boutique winery and vineyard. The owner pours the flights and is a pleasure to chat and taste with. My favorites are the Cabernet Franc vintages...specifically their 2017 Estate was sooo tasty! You can check out my full review at frequentflighters.com

Each wine we tried was delicious. The space overlooks the countryside and is the perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend!

Great wine... Especially reds. Can't beat the prices for the quality you get. They are multiple award winners.

The wine is overpriced. It's remote on a dirt road and the facilities are weak.

That said, the owner, Andy, was so gracious and welcoming that we genuinely want to see him succeed; it feels only right to spread the word. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. We left with two bottles of wine--despite usually preferring reds, we couldn't pass up both the Albarino and the Sangiovese. One tip: double-check your route on Google Maps before heading over. Just a heads-up--it's not the dirt road!

There's a small, but comfortable area inside by a stone fireplace, as well as a nice deck in front offering the wonderful views of the vineyards and surrounding hills. They even have a cave, however it's not open to the public (at least as of our last visit). WINES: Andy (owner/winemaker) poured for us and provides good service and nice insight on his wines and vineyard. One tasting fee is waived with one bottle purchase, as Andy's motto is "We want to sell wines, not tastings". Chuparosa offers mostly Italian, French, and some Spanish varietals (Albariño, Grenache Gris, Mourvèdre/Grenache Rosè, Sangiovese, Cab Franc, and Zinfandel) and in my opinion they're all well-made, elegant wines, some of the best in the region. Chuparosa is a "must visit" winery when in the Ramona wine country.

They have unique wines infused in whiskey barrels. I had their Chardonnay which had a slight taste of whiskey in it but I thought it was pretty good. I also tried their pepperoni and sausage flat bread which also was pretty tasty. We were greeted by "Whiskey" the cat and as we were told apparently he was a stray and greets everyone as they arrive which was cute. They have misters which helped a lot with the heat.

Called 20+ Vineyard and put my requirements and was chose Crystal hill as my choice, I am so glad I made that decision. Best wine, amazing scenery, very private, kid friendly, pet friendly most of all sweetest Staff you will ever find. This is the best winery of Ramona by far and exactly what we were looking for. The view is stunning and beautiful view, atmosphere is very relaxing. Wine choices we were excellent, Excellent wine, especially the whiskey barrel wines! Wine Choices: We initially ordered wine flights, double and singles an we choose the below bottles from there. 1. 2016 Stone Lake Merlot 2. 2016 Whiskey Stone Lake Merlot 3. 2019 Malbec Rose 4. 2017 Whiskey Rose They even have food; their flatbread is amazing too. The Staff and owners were very nice, as we were having good time Scott the owner took the kids, around 10 of them to a short hike and showed them around the property and vineyard, kids had good time while adults were drinking up. Meanwhile Kristy engaged the smaller kids. It was all fun and everyone had fun. Special kudos to the lovely bartenders.
