I got there 10 mins after I called and it was closed so I called back and told the same woman no one was here. She told me hold on she'll call the guy back, I patiently waited but after another 10 minutes I called back to make sure I wasn't wasting my time. The cookie batter was so well whipped you can literally taste the buttery, flakiness- smoothly fill up your mouth. This is exactly how a macaroon should look when breaking into. A soft crunch on the outside shell with a soft gushy, tasteful filling So far I only ordered these 6 and I can tell you they taste exactly to description. My husband and I stopped by this place on our way to a dinner party in hopes of buying a nice gift set of macaroons for our hosts. This place did not disappoint! There was a wide range of flavors to choose from and special boxes for gift sets. We even got ourselves a few on the side for later! The guy at the shop was extremely helpful and kind. We got there a few minutes before closing and he did not rush as at all, instead made lots of recommendations and happily answered all our questions. The macaroons were a big hit at the dinner party! What a cute little shop at Menlo Park. Wandering around the mall and happened to walk past. Very small set up, but had a great selection of macarons. Saw a lot of flavors, and everything was presented beautifully. Very friendly girl working there. I forgot the exact price, but there's minor savings if you purchase in larger quantities versus just getting 1 or 2. I opted for 6. Lemon Tart - tangy, definitely get the lemon tart vibe here Raspberry - very sweet jam filling. Nothing special about this one. Lavendar -- best tasting one, very subtle floral notes. Hazelnut - Very subtle taste Chocolate - Always love a classic chocolate. Had a lot of variety and unique flavors. Looking at old reviews, they change flavors here and there. Have great pre-packaged gift sets and I think you can do advanced customized orders for special occasions. While the macarons were good, nothing very special about them. I can buy Macarons at the mall now?! Sweet! Found this little gem in Menlo Park Mall yesterday in the midst of the scurrying shoppers. Round, sweet, colorful treats stood called out to me and said "Hello! Taste me and we will satisfy your sweet tooth". I always compare macarons to my favorite places, (not Ladureé, it's all about Biscuterie de Montmatre). Macarons and Cookies is pretty good. The girl who sells them doesn't work for By Woops, the company who franchises these "mall macarons". But she was nice and helpful. A single macaron is $2.75, a bit steep, but they are slightly bigger and I guess you're paying for convenience. I bought Cookies and Cream, Red Velvet, and Nutella. They are soft, sweet, not too gooey and just a delight. I'm happy to have the opportunity to buy macarons before or post shopping. This location is a small kiosk located on the lower level of the mall across from Coach and Arden B. read more

I got a box of these as a gift. the ice pack used to ship was not even cold, it was completely melted. i took one out and bit into and nearly gagged, absolutely disgusting. Over priced at nearly 4 bucks a cookie. Would not recommen. read more

While waiting for our dinner reservations we walked around the mall and found this stand right by the Disney store. I walked over just to see and was immediately greeted and offered a free sample which I very much appreciated. The worker (maybe owner or manager) took their time to go over the flavors, pricing and boxes for us since we had never shopped there before. The macaroons are amazing. We also bought the chocolate chip waffle and was just as delicious! It is a little pricey but with the amazing food and service it was definitely well worth it! Average macarons but cool that they have flavors I've never seen like cookies & creme and carrot cake. I recommend getting 2 so you get 25 cents off for each one you buy. I had the rose and peanut butter. It was weird that the peanut butter was purple? It was pretty light compared to the rose one. The rose didn't really have much rose taste. read more

BIG MISTAKE. This was not what I wanted. The macaroons were terrible and not at all what I was expecting. Now, I've had macaroons. Good macaroons from French bakeries. And this is def not even close what you would call macaroons. You're much better off going to a French bakery. read more
