For our wings, we were able to choose up to 3 sauces. I was a bit disappointed that they don't offer any dry rubs, only wet marinades... dry rub or bust. We went with the Original Mild House Sauce, Sweet Thai, and Jerk Seasoning. The wings were huge, meaty, and tender! All of the sauces were delicious, but my favorite was the Sweet Thai. The jerk sauce had the right blend of ingredients, giving you that kick of heat and flavor. They went a bit heavier on the breading than what I prefer. I prefer no breading with a crunchy skin.
