It was just the right temperature and it was salty and savory enough without being overwhelming. We went on a particularly cold day so the hot soup really hit the spot. The pieces of beef in the soup were super tender too. Continuing the self-service theme there was a water dispenser and there was even a dispenser of broth at the pick up counter.
