We'd just…read moremoved to Smithfield from Los Angeles, in November of last year, and were worried that we wouldn't be able to find a good Pilates studio... especially in a town as small as Smithfield. Boy were we surprised to find such an incredibly knowledgeable, sharp, and pleasant instructor! Her background in physical therapy gives her extensive knowledge of the body, and how it works... way more than the average Pilates instructor. Not only that, but she is extremely detail oriented, which makes her PERFECT for her chosen career, as Pilates is so focused on form, rather than how much weight you can pump. She is also incredibly sweet and pleasant, (yet knows how to kick your booty!), and she always greets us with a sweet smile.
