I chose the hydro pod and the body sculpt They were amazing the first was about 20 minutes long and felt like laying in a sauna but on a massage table oh man it was relaxing The body sculpt was cool too it claims to detox and tone your body You stand in a tanning booth type cylinder you are surrounded by light Therapy and you are standing on a board that shakes to tone you this was about 11 min It was really cool They also give you peppermints and have robes you can use Definitely plan to come back :)

The girl was very hesitant in all her answers with me and then just straight up rude. She told me someone was about to use the massage chair after they tanned, which I thought was odd... why couldn't I just use it and then they use it when they're done tanning. It was just off all together. I don't regularly go to this location, but I have a couple of times and never have been made to feel uncomfortable like I did this time. That's the loss of one star. Erica (sp) actually remembered who I was from YEARS ago because she actually signed me up at the Volvo location FOUR years ago. She showed me all the new things Sundays has added, like the zero gravity massage chair, and talked to me about what I was looking for. I appreciated that she wasn't pushy at all with anything. She answered all of my questions and I really felt like I was talking to a friend while there and not just a salon specialist. The location was clean and all the beds looked fantastic. I am not prepared to UV tan so I did a light mystic tan and the massage chair. I am happy to be back and this location is BRAND new but well run.

They always seem to have really good deals too- I joined for 22 cents back in February, and the first month was legit 22 cents. I don't know if I'll keep my membership during the summer, but apparently you can freeze your account for $5/month, and then when you unfreeze it, those $5 will convert to Blue Bucks or whatever they call it.

They are very knowledgeable and explained the services well! They pack a lot in that little building versus a Volvo location which is huge! The staff in the salon were always friendly, and I spent thousands of dollars there over the years, not just on my membership but on additional services as well. I fully intended to resolve this billing dispute, reactivate my membership, and continue being a customer. They made sure that will never happen. I had no utilization of my membership for months, yet they continued trying to charge me. When I questioned the charges, I repeatedly asked for documentation supporting the alleged balance. I sent a formal dispute letter, they confirmed they received it, and then... nothing. No meaningful resolution. Just continued collection attempts. Instead of acting like a business that values its customers, they spammed me through different communication channels at random and inconsistent times trying to collect a disputed balance. If they invested half as much effort into resolving customer concerns as they do trying to collect money, this review probably wouldn't exist. Customer service was even worse. I was initially told there was no manager because the representative claimed she was the manager. That turned out to be false. When I finally reached an actual manager, I found the interaction dismissive, combative, and completely uninterested in resolving the issue. At no point did I feel like anyone genuinely cared about keeping a loyal customer. To make matters even more uncomfortable, after the dispute began, I noticed staff viewing my personal social media. Whether others see that the same way or not, I found it inappropriate and unsettling. Looking back, I would never sign one of their membership contracts again. Between the rigid contract terms, the relentless attempts to collect a disputed balance instead of addressing it, and the complete lack of accountability, the entire experience left a terrible impression. What's amazing is that they have almost certainly spent more in employee time and overhead chasing this dispute than it would have cost to simply review my account and resolve it professionally. That's not good customer service. That's bad business. I've preserved every communication, disputed the charges with my credit card company, and will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and other appropriate consumer protection organizations. As consumers, we decide which businesses deserve our money. In my opinion, companies that refuse to resolve legitimate customer concerns, prioritize collection efforts over customer service, and fail to take accountability don't deserve our business. There are too many ethical businesses that treat loyal customers with respect to waste your money here. I won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else sign a membership here either.
