Midway into my workout I noticed that my jacket was replaced by another brown coat. Immediately I searched for my jacket with no prevail. Someone had stolen my jacket with my car and house keys in the pocket. I reported it to the front desk and they began the search for my jacket. One of the clerks mentioned that they have a lot of Alzheimer members that come to the gym. My immediate concern was that my car was stolen as well. Fortunately, my car was still in the parking lot. I talked to manager Conner and low and behold some short man came to the front desk with my jacket and claimed he had one just like it. Now I am 6'2" weighting 252 lbs. and the jacket was an XXL. This individual was 5'6" looked to weigh 120 lbs. How do you think an XXL jacket belongs to you if you are that small. What an idiot. I immediately cancelled my membership and requested a refund for the month of January. The only thing that manager Conner could say as I walked out the door was sorry for you experience. I really don't need this kind of drama in my life at a gym. No recommendations because I will definitely not be going back to that place.

Please contact us to discuss the issue. I have for years at least 10 years with no results. The staff is nice but underpaid. Injured people and people with muscle problems need the hot tub to help with the pain and the hot tub is part of our medical treat. They have just about anything here! They have tons of rooms with various equipment. They have free…read moreweight sections, machines, a little "lounge" area with sofas, a basketball court, a warrior course, a big turf area, a sauna, yoga/dance room, child/parent workout room, racquetball courts, combatives room, spin cycle room. The staff is also usually super friendly especially in the mornings! It does tend to get quite busy as everyone gets off of work so as long as you avoid that time you should get a chill workout in. They have a few classes that they offer here like CrossFit. I will say the bathrooms aren't always the cleanest so I don't know if I would recommend showering here. They have bathrooms when you walk in and then they have locker rooms by the basketball court and more as you walk into the gym. They also have separate locker rooms for senior officers. They have certain hours where everyone is allowed in but after that they do 24 hour passes. Just go and talk to the staff about it and bring your CAC and they will give you a 24 hour swipe card to get into the gym after hours! EDIT: At the moment the 24 hour gym door is broken which is really unfortunate so they aren't doing that anymore, you have to go during hours and Saturdays+Sundays are closed now too. One downside is that they don't have a pool.

There's plenty of free weights, machines and cardio equipment to keep even the most hardened gym rat busy The locker rooms are a bit cramped, so I wasn't much impressed with that aspect, but I guess the trade off of having a gym close to my office is worth the lack of locker room space. (2 bathroom stalls, and a couple shower stalls) there are DV locker rooms available for O-6 and up. So there's that. You also have the option of racquetball and basketball if that's your poison. (I can play a mean game of HORSE if anyone is interested...) This place is a bit of a maze so it may take a few trips to figure it all out. No pool here anymore so if you want to swim you'll have to go to the main gym. Also, no snack bar so the main gym is where it's at for delicious smoothies after a workout. ACC gym has...refreshing H2O soooooo grab yoir favorite BCAAs and down em' Well...that's about it gym rats...have fun and enjoy the pump!

It's always clean, the staff is friendly, and they listen to member input. There is a huge variety of machines to try so workouts never get boring, and everything is well maintained, unlike one life that has machines with rust. It's a warehouse gym so it's very spacious and plenty of the basics too, like benches and squat racks so I've never had to wait, even during peak times and "universal chest days" on Monday. The other members are also very kind, and always help with a spot if you ask. I have recommended this gym to a number of my friends, all of whom are joining this summer. A special thanks to the manager Ramsey, who stopped everything he was doing to help me after I dropped my AirPods in the stair machine. Ramsey took that stairmaster apart piece by piece and called me to pick up my AirPod when he found it. I do wish that the cleaning rags were more thick so my hand doesn't get wet after wiping down the equipment, but that's the only suggestion I have. Great job to management.

When we went to check it out before signing up, the manager was there, and he was really nice. The app was easy to set up, and it let us in at all hours during our three-day membership. We are really early risers, so their 24-hour access via the app was really great for us. The gym seems to lean toward powerlifters. I say that not to imply that they give cardio equipment a short shrift. Rather, they have an amazing array of serious powerlifting equipment there, in addition to cardio and circuit equipment. And, as such, they had a few really big dudes, but we didn't feel out of place due to being cardio people along with being unfamiliar faces. The few members that were there in the wee hours of the morning when we were there were friendly. We will be going back on our regular Williamsburg vacations.
