Stay away, I initially gave them a 1-star review, deservingly but they still had my car and asked me to change my review and I did however Initially the reason for the bad review was that they set the horrible expectation and had my car for 3 weeks but I eventually picked it up and they would tell me that they guarantee their work. Yes, it's taking a long time but we guarantee our work is the response. Well, guess what? I did not have my car for more than 2 weeks without breaking down again. Had my car towed there again and were attempting to charge me another $1000. But I already paid $3000. They weren't going to honor it so what did they do? They called the police on me and had to be escorted off the property for trespassing with no explanation. I've never in my life experienced a business practice like this. This is predatory and they should no longer be in operation. I will do my best to make sure this organization does not do this to anyone else. read more

I wanted to take a moment to write a "Thank-you" to World Class Auto in Boca Raton for all the time you and your company has demonstrated it's willingness to do things the "right way", and in a manner that keeps the consideration of the customer in mind. Specifically, I took my Audi A3 in with a coolant leak issue. Mark who is an absolute joy to work with helped me and reassured me that the vehicle will be diagnosed and repaired with original Audi parts within 48 hours.After dropping off the vehicle Mark called as promised to explain that the car would need the water pump and thermostat replaced and it should take no more than a day to finish.He also inspected other parts of the vehicle and gave me heads up in regards to my rear wheels and alignment. Aaron is one excellent and honest gentleman!! We dropped our 2013 Range Rover off for what we were told by another mechanic (con ) that that the A/C compressor needed to be changed. Due to his lies a deceit we took the truck back and brought the Rover to World Class! Is seems as though our Rover was sabotaged at the previous shop once they found out we were picking it up as there was so much metal in the system it kept destroying 4 new compressors! The job was long and arduous...Aaron gave detailed reports and pics of what was going on. I'm in the car biz and he was as straight and detailed as I've worked with! I cannot say enough amazing things about Mike and World Class Auto Repair! The moment I arrived I was greeted with such great energy by Mike and another guy name Jeff (I think he is the head manager). Mike actually took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and when he finally got my car back into the shop, he came back and explained exactly what was wrong (starter issues to say the least‍) and fixed that issue and only that issue, as that is what I was there for. I've been to so many places that try and upsell you on things you don't need, and Mike's only concern was making sure that I got quick and honest service. I must rave about the men at World Class Auto. I was driving on Glades Rd. and ran over a nail (a very scary sound as the wheels turned). I was able to complete my errand and was passing them on my way home. Stopped in to see how much it would cost to help me resolve my 'nail in tire' issue. Arun, stopped what he was doing, took my car into the work area and within 20 mins, nail was out, tire patched and I was told it was on the house. Couldn't have been a better birthday gift, that day happened to be my birthday. I revealed to Terry and Arun it was my birthday and how blessed they had made me feel to stop by as a lone woman, unsure of the next step and they were able to resolve my issue in almost no time and at no charge. At risk appearing foolish, I am posting yet another updated review. I was really done with this place after my last review. You will need to read it as it is way too long to repeat. At that time I mentioned that I never heard from the owner Jeff. I finally did. He was very apologetic and concerned about my treatment from the two men at the front desk. . He totally copped to all of my complaints and agreed with me that these two needed a talking to. Not only that, he reimbursed me for the $!77.00 that I Overpaid for my tail light, and paid the difference of the $60.00 overcharge for one of my tires. I almost didn't call Jeff back because at that point what was he going to say. He made the call worthwhile. I am not giving it a five star review yet. So far he made it right. I have used World Class Auto for years for car maintenance, oil changes, and repairs. They have always treated me with respect and transparency of what my car needs and how much it would cost. The prices are reasonable and I've never felt like they've overcharged me. I like that I can just drop off my car and conveniently pick it up at the end of the day with everything done. The guys in the front office are great! Even when getting a simple oil change, they'll do an inspection of my car and give me a call to recommend any services and in the same breath tell me when is really needed and what isn't and the cost, which I appreciate. I went to Auto store for battery young man came out said I had too much rust, he wasn't motivated to do anything I thanked him & left. I then went to World Class Auto Mike the head tech came out and looked at my car & said no problem he'd be happy to install the new batter. Jeff the manager wrote up the ticket I said I wasn't sure if oil change was needed. After battery was installed Mike came out and said everything was good he checked belts, hoses & fluids & proceeded to tell me oil was clean & change was not needed at this time. i had an amazing experience with world class auto repair as a young girl i normally don't understand what's going on with my car but mike one of the workers personally explained what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. not only did they inform me on what needs to be done but they did it in a safe way. people have been getting very lenient with the mask wearing and the cleanliness of there business but here everyone was wearing a mask and it was very clean. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. i don't normally write reviews but i felt the need to share how impressed i was with their customer service. read more

Had an intermittent issue with my Toyota while on vacation in Boca. I brought it to a Toyota dealer who could not figure out the issue. I was 100's of miles from home and concerned about my drive back. I decided to stop by World Class on a whim and couldn't be happier. I spoke to Jeff and explained my predicament.
