They did not use packing paper for my TV so it was broken, chair was torn, etc. I contacted the owner and provided pictures, but he took no responsibility. I asked that he at least refund me the tip and he didn't even do that. I trusted this company and I'm telling you use them at your own risk. I paid a simple hourly fee for the labor, and a flat fee for the junk removal of the old units. No hidden costs. Richard was the team lead, and his experience was clear; they arrived on time and they handled the job with speed and assuredness. They quickly took out the old units with a lot of care to my property, then they fully installed the new ones for me. They made all the connections and tested it, so I didn't have to worry.
