I picked this place for my fiance's ring because it was small business, had decent reviews about the products, and had exactly what I was looking for. I should have listened to the one-star reviews .... my order was placed on 8/9 for two-day shipping ... it is now 9/18 and I have yet to receive ANYTHING! I've reached out multiple times, and though I've gotten quick responses through email, they keep making broken promises about "next week" or "Monday 9/15." I'm irritated and completely over this. I ended up asking for them to cancel my order altogether and give me my money back as my trust is already out the window and if I need any alterations done I can't trust that they'd handle it.. considering their generic responses that almost sound robotic. I placed an order on June 1. I reached out two weeks later for an update regarding my order and was advised they were making it. Didn't hear or receive anything by July 1, which was 30 days. Called and emailed them so I could just cancel and I could never reach anyone by phone or email. On July 12 I filed a dispute through my bank. After filing the dispute they reached out to me. I told them I didn't want the ring, but they already sent it out and told me to send it back. On July 16 I sent it back through FedEx and they signed for it on July 22. What an absolute mess? This business gave me the worst experience I have ever had, with ANY business - ever! And it's unfortunate that I spent so much money supporting them. Their website advertises fast shipping- absolutely false marketing. My ring may have been shipped via 2 day delivery... one day... but there's no telling when that would have been if I had just left matters in their hands. After placing my order, I emailed their customer service team requesting an engraving to my ring. This was the only email I received a quick response to- to which I replied and inquired about font, character limits, etc. and never received another reply. I followed up the next date to my unanswered email and just asked for my simple wedding date in roman numerals. I would have liked to pick a font or style, but I had nothing to pick from with no response. After several days I still did not receive any status changes or updates, so I called into their customer service line. Every single time I called I was met with a 45 minute to 1 hour long hold time. In an attempt to give them an alternative stream of communication, I sent an email to their customer service team as well- I followed up via email repeatedly and did not receive a single response until I was able to finally speak to someone (Maria) on the phone and bring to their attention that none of my emails had been acknowledged. She said their emails were "backed up". Whether the lack of availability of people answering phones and emails is a staffing issue or employee issue is not my concern, all I know is it is extremely time consuming and unprofessional, which was my problem. The majority of the times I spoke to what seems like the only customer service rep, Maria, she had an attitude like I was inconveniencing her for wanting to know when I would get my order... crazy idea! So we were already off to a bad start. Allen, the owner, first confirmed my ring would be delivered to me by October 25th at the LATEST. The following Monday, when I still did not have my ring, I called again and Maria told me I would have it by Tuesday at the latest. My FedEx tracking number still had not moved by 4 pm (knowing the 5pm cutoff time, I called them again) and she told me they never said it would be to me Tuesday (???) - but, they would get it to me Wednesday instead. To no surprise, come Wednesday, still nothing had shipped. I needed my wedding band by Friday November 1st... it was now Wednesday October 30th and I still had no ring. My anxiety and frustration was rooted in the fact that they had REPEATEDLY assured me I would have my ring before my wedding date... come to find out when I called them that Wednesday morning and asked them not to ship the ring because I would drive myself THREE HOURS to pick it up myself, my ring wasn't even done yet!? So why did you spend two weeks telling me you would ship an order that wasn't even ready? I told Allen I would drive myself to LA to pick up the ring- whether it was ready or not. After my THREE HOUR drive, he had finally finished the ring engraving. He ensured he would refund me for the inconvenience of having to drive myself to them- to complete a service they could not deliver themselves. A week later I had to reach out again to ask for the status on my refund, because once again, no action was taken on their behalf. They gave me back 50 bucks- for a three hour drive (BOTH WAYS!!!!) and a missed day of work to fix an issue they caused entirely, due to their lack of communication, integrity, and basic respect to their customer. I was patient every single time I spoke to them, I even reiterated that I wasn't trying to be difficult or a "Karen", I just really needed to know whether I would have my ring in time for my wedding or not. A very reasonable concern. I am confident if I had not driven myself to them, I sadly would not have had my ring in time for my wedding. They do not care about the customer or take initiative to correct their wrong doings unless you practically beg them to. I have never written a bad review - that's how bad this was. read more

12/21/23 Update - After several attempts to contact the company and get them to take action with my issue as well as posting several reviews about my experience, the owner Allen, reached out to me to address my frustrations and how long it had taken to receive my order. He admitted that it had taken far too long to get my order and apologized for this, offering a partial credit for my negative experience. He also promptly addressed my other needs telling me that he could email me the appraisal I did not receive with my products as well as a return label for one I did not plan to keep. He stated that he hoped he could make it up to me in the future. While I am leary to try to them again, I must also say that many years ago - maybe a decade or so, I ordered my original pair of 0.50 carat diamond studs from World Jewels and had a flawless experience. While this one was completely opposite that, I do feel as though it has mostly been righted at this point and it is possible, if their record of reviews improves, I may try them again should the need arise. ORIGINAL REVIEW: While this company and their website state that they have "fast and free shipping", it has now been over a month since I placed my order and I have not received it despite numerous communications with the company being promised several times over when my order would be ready and when it would ship. Detail as follows: November 8th, 2023 - Placed an order for 2 pairs of earrings. November 15th, 2023 - Have not heard anything with regard to my order so I reach out to request an update. An told that it will ship early next week, which would be the week of 11/20. On November 27th, I still have not received any information regarding my order so I reach out again for an update. On November 29th, an Allen Rastian emails me that he will call me about my order but does not. At 11 pm CST that night, I receive an email from him saying that my order should be ready by Friday (12/1) and I will receive tracking once it ships. On December 4th, I STILL have not received any information or tracking regarding my order, now the 2nd time I've been told when it will ship and it hasn't) so later that afternoon, I call the company and ask for an update. I'm told there are no notes in the system despite these numerous emails I've sent but when she checks, she tells me that my order is ready and I should have tracking in a few hours. I ask when I should actually receive my order and she tells me the end of the week or early the following at the latest. That would have been last Friday, 12/8 or this week. On 12/6, I finally receive the tracking information I was promised two days and multiple times earlier. When I check it, it says that only a shipping label has been created and the post office has not received anything. Today, December 11th, I check it again only to find out the exact same information. It has now been over a month since I placed my order; its been promised to me on several occasions in the interim and I STILL have not received it after extensive follow-up. From my experience, I feel that nothing this company says can be trusted and they certainly do not seem to have any concern for their customers, customer satisfaction, or repeat business. read more
