They've helped me find the best upgrades/parts for my budget, always answered my questions, and are truly the main reason my A3 is still on the road. I won't be taking my Audi anywhere else as long as EuroCode is around. Instead of properly identifying the root cause, I was sold thousands of dollars in repairs, including a new water pump, thermostat housing, thermostat, coolant temperature sensor, coolant, and other related components. After keeping my car for about a week, I was told everything had been repaired and that the vehicle had been thoroughly tested. However, on my drive home, the exact same problem was still there. I had to turn around, bring the car back immediately, and they kept it for another week. In the end, I later learned that the issue was simply a faulty sensor. Looking back, it makes me seriously question whether all of the expensive repairs were ever necessary in the first place. To make matters worse, they damaged several plastic engine components during the repair. Instead of taking responsibility, they denied causing the damage. They also admitted that a piece of my engine cover was missing and promised to mail me a replacement. That never happened. I followed up with Brie multiple times by text over several weeks and was either ignored or given empty promises. Communication was another major problem. Before authorizing the work, they were very responsive. Once they had my car and my business, it became extremely difficult to get updates or clear answers. I constantly had to chase them for information. They also repeatedly tried to sell me additional repairs that had nothing to do with the reason I brought the car in. Even after I explained multiple times that I only wanted the cooling system issue diagnosed and repaired, I kept receiving recommendations for more unnecessary work. Overall, I spent thousands of dollars, lost my car for roughly two weeks, had to return because the problem wasn't even fixed after the first repair, dealt with damaged parts, broken promises, poor communication, and ultimately left with very little confidence in the quality of their diagnostics or customer service. I cannot recommend this shop. If you're dealing with an expensive repair, I strongly encourage you to get a second opinion before authorizing any major work.

It cost $950…read more The thorough report came with a few red flags that seemed like easy enough maintenance jobs, so I went ahead and bought the car the next weekend. The very next day after purchasing the car, I got a check engine light for cylinder 5 misfire. While the report did check for misfires and didn't find any, they failed to inspect the spark plugs or ignition coils, which are the most likely culprits. The car also struggled to start, which could be related to faulty spark plugs/ignition coils. They did not note this either. I called them to ask what could be done, and they offered absolutely nothing. Not even a free diagnosis. This leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I will not be going back.

Also found some issues with the some lines near the fuel pump that said looked mickey housed and recommended a few other things. Video looked grainy and even suspicious,as ive seen the fuel pump assembly before and it didnt quite look like that and on top of that,the car has been running and driving fine up until that point and just wanted to get it over with. He gives me an estimate to carry out the work and when I pick it up,it balloons to double what was originally promised. On top of that,they didnt even install some of the items that were quoted and still charged me for labor. Fast forward to a year after when I was working on the car, working on a few adjacent items that I was charged for revealed that they didnt even touch the items they were claiming were needed to be remedied. These guys put back my radiator and held it in with a zip tide. Absolute garbage job. Missing air filter. Did not install the correct valve covers. One excuse after another. Place is an absolute joke. They are more worried about making ends meet racing their cars. Thats what you get when you trust your dealer to make the connection. This joke of a shop, did not even put my radiator back properly! Held it with zip ties and upon driving the fan hit the radiator and broke the radiator causing me to be stranded on the road! These guys are joke!

Was torn between going with a pricey upgrade to a 2018+ manifold (notable power gains high in the power band via custom tune with trade off of losses in the low end) or just replacing with stock. I got on the phone with Greg, he explained the potential smog issues I might run into (especially in CA) if I went this route and gave me his honest suggestion that for a daily driver like mine, the stock replacement was the better play. No upsell, just straight talk. He sourced a new OEM manifold for a solid price, knocked out the install in about an hour with his team and had me out the door in no time (pre scheduled appointment). The car's running smooth again, no more surging/hesitation at 1500-2000 RPMs (telltale symptom of the IMRC failure). Greg gave me honest advice instead of pushing me toward the most expensive fix.
