I loved coming to this place. However, today when i came in I needed arylic on 2 nails. The shape of this arylic is absolutely horrible and looks awful. I had Dip on my nails and needed it removed before a breast cancer surgery tomorrow. The gentleman tried removing the polish by trying to slide an artificial nail between the polish and my nail and ended up breaking my nail. When I said I was not having it removed that way and my regular salon in Troy, MI wraps them in foil with a cotton ball of nail polish remover and you sit for 10 minutes and it comes right off, they proceeded to paint my nails with some sort of blue polish I assume was to remove polish. They then came back and scraped my nails abruptly and painted the blue on once again to which they came back and scraped again and then the nail tech grinded the rest off. To say the least, my nails are paper thin now and hurt. The worst part of this was as I was checking out they charged an additional $20 on top of the manicure for the Dip removal. Nothing is sanitary in this salon and they do not open a clean pack of tools from the Autoclave disinfecting system as is done in other salons. I will be sharing my experience so no one else endures this kind of unsanitary painful process. I would not recommend this salon for Any services. read more

Two nails chipped within 24 hours, I have been getting dip powder manicures for 3 years and this is the first place / time I've ever had them chip, especially within a day of service. The worst part was they removed my previous nails by chipping and breaking mine with a fake nail. My favorite place to come for a pedicure. Man upfront always does my acrylics, about $90 average for pedicure and full set

Absolutely will not return to this establishment again. Filthy and they use the same tools over and over on everyone. Techs are rude. I'm praying I don't get an infection from their dirty equipment. After my pedicure I sat in another chair to dry for quite a while. No one cleaned the pedi chairs or bowls after people got up. My tech didn't speak one word to me. When she wanted me to change feet she would hit me and point. Absolutely horrifying experience and I will never be back and will not recommend anyone go there. They need to be reported to the health department and shut down. Not sure they are even licensed or using legal products. If I could give negative stars I would. read more

I have tried many and I love this place. I am in and out quickly, my acrylics last until they grow out, and the price is reasonable. I don't get my nails done to conversate-I have friends for that. Michelle does a great job, and the many I've received pedis from are great too. read more

If you can get past the grumpy guy at the front desk, the ladies who give the manicures and pedicures are nice. However this time I made an appointment for me and my wife's pedicures and they did not enter it in their book. The girls and this time young men who do the work seem to change a lot so good luck at getting someone you like consistently. The prices are not bad as these places go. read more

This nail salon is definitely in need of a touch up. It is not cheap at 55$ for mani and pedi plus tip yet they have no one to do a simple flower or design on your nails. One person does air gun stencils but usually u have to wait for him to do it The workers are all very friendly but need to learn how to do different nail designs. The leather chairs and desks are a mess desks are peeling and chairs u sit in are ripped If I go to NJ or LI the nail salons are stylish clean and get this 20$for a mani and pedi if Michigan nail salons want to charge so much at least have the salon look decent and the workers trained to do pretty nails read more

I'm concerned that this salon does not clean their pedi spa tubs. I have been in there multiple time to get my nails done and have never seen them sanitize their tubs. I have only had 2 pedicures here and have noticed that now I have an infection between my toes. I know that the EPA has certain cleaning guidelines that they have to follow specifically to clean salon foot tubs. I do not think I will get my pedicures here anymore. read more

Thanks for the toe fungus. I'm concerned about this salons cleaning protocol, I want in for a pedicure which I got. But later that night my toes began to itch from the inside so bad I had to get out of bed. The next morning my toes were red and inflamed and now I am losing 3 toe nails. read more

Went here for a full set. About halfway through after being cut multiple times and not the length or shape I asked for, someone told the lady doing my nails she had another full set to do after mine. She then started rushing My nails and literally running to the back to get things and my nails are very thick and sticking to my skin. I went here today and had a heart wrenching experience and will never go back! There was an elderly woman setting next to me having her nails done and she obviously had a memory problem. As the nail tech started to paint her nails she stated that he was doing it differently and that last time he had used the powder (acrylic). He stated that he had already done it. Ok so everything is fine and dandy thus far. She paid him and two minutes later says "Oh let me pay you." He told her she already had. From here it goes downhill quick. Out of no where he says to her, " did I use the powder? Did I already paint them? Did you pay me yet?" (Making fun of her) She turned to me and asked what he had said. I told her not to worry about it that it wasn't nice. She turn to him and apologized and told him that she forgets easy. He told her that he noticed and that it wasn't his problem. She asked me again what he had said and I told her not to worry about it. She then asked me where "he was". I asked who and she said the other guy. He was sitting behind her and she tried to complain to no avail really. They told her she was done and moved her to the drying table. (He hadn't finished the top coat). I know that none of this was any of my business but it literally broke my heart the way she was treated! I left, called my husband and broke down crying for her! I went in today and waited 30ish minutes for someone to start my nails, I understand I was walk-in so I will take my wait time with a grain of salt. But two other walk-ins were done before me, because half the staff cannot do acrylics. Then it get the male owner, who I have had before and felt that it was an iffy job. I sit down, after the girl cut my nails too short on one hand and completely different length on the other hand. On top of that I got gel polish, the numbers on the samples were wrong and when I asked him to fix it he half assed removed the green glitter that was supposed to be gold, so now there is green glitter paint underneath the gel gold paint he replaced it with. Then instead of removing the bright pink, he painted over it with the mint green I picked out. I can see the pink underneath the mint. Overall, the shape of my nails look terrible and the paint is thick and clumpy. I will never come back. It took 2 hours to get my nails done, and the only reason I left was because I had to leave to go to class. I will never be back, considering I had to fix my nails as soon as I got home. read more

Worst nail salon I've been to. Very dirty, massage sucked and the pedi chairs are falling apart...i didn't see her clean any of the nail utensils after using them on me. She also squirted one pump of kitchen cleaning spray into the pedi chair after i used it. There are state board regulations stating a certain grade of cleaning supplies needs to be used and this nail salon does not follow that recommendation. If I could select 0 stars, I would. I came in to get my acrylic nails taken off with minimal damage. I told the technicians this is what I wanted right off the bat. After 20 minutes, I was seen by a male tech who immediately grabbed the clippers. I said "No! I want them soaked off." This man looked me in the eyes and said, "You want them off?", and clipped my nails. He then scraped them off in the most rude and painfaul fashion. If I wanted my nails destroyed, I would have taken them off myself. He then had the audacity to CHARGE me $10- the price for soaking. Ibitially, I paid, but then, I returned for a refund. The manager was also rude and insisted that I never said I wanted them soaked off. I told her that was incorrect and if I wanted to peel them off, I would have done so without ever coming in. This was a disrespectfully, cruel experience and I will never return. I would refrain any friends from ever going here. read more

I should have read reviews before booking. Barely a 1 star. No one spoke to us during the appointments. We were a party of 3 for pre wedding nails. They used USED nail files and buffers. Not sure nail snippers were sterile. Tables dirty as were gel dryers. Nail bottles coated with old polish. Gentleman who we booked with barely looked up from his cell the entire time. I went to get a french manicure (no gel) for a wedding I was in about 3 years ago and the white tips didn't even last 10 hours before chipping, 24 hours after I got them done the white tips were completely gone. Recently, I tried going for another french manicure and the same thing happened, I ended up with chipped polish 10 hours later and no white polish 24 hours later. I called the business and asked why the polish didn't last for longer than 24 hours and I was told that their polish wasn't meant to last for more than a day. After this response, the employee remained silent for the rest of the phone call despite me asking questions and still talking. You'd think that if a business knew their polish only lasted 24 hours, it would reflect on their prices, but I was stuck paying $15. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Usually they have been pretty decent with my nails however this past visit I had the worst experience. When removing the gel she was in such a rush she was digging at my nails and it was hurting. If I could give zero stars I would. I came here with my boyfriends daughter to get her acrylics for the first time. We had my two little girls with us who can be a handful at times. I suggested I sit with them while she gets hers done and then she sit with them while I get mine done. They ignored that suggestion and had me hold my 1 year old while my two year old sat in a chair. Of course this went terrible and I again kept suggesting to wait. They didn't listen. They didn't do my nails how I asked but I felt bad because my daughter was whining and moving the whole time. They were extremely thick and boxy. I asked for them to be shorter and a different color red, that one was too bright but he continued anyway. The gel was done ok but the acrylic was so thick they just looked ridiculous. To the point where my co worker laughed when she saw them. to top it all off I paid $95 for both us! They told me $45 each then at the end told me mine were $50 even though me and her got the EXACT same shape and color. Hers looked really good, the woman that did hers was extremely nice. but mine were awful. I had to go buy a course grit filer and reshape them myself which took forever but they now look way better. read more
