It really was. The homemade chili was also great- Coney Island style! BUT the real star of the show is the Philly CheeseSteak. Luke uses bone-in primerib and ribeye and then shaves it razor thin to get the highest quality meat. Sizzled to perfection and lightly seasoned on his portable griddle. The Amoroso roll is truly a rare find and thing of beauty, but adds an undeniable element to this sandwich that takes it up a whole level. Grilled beside the meat, it's perfectly toasty and soft. The provolone is thrown on top of the meat while it's cooking so the #cheese is melted and you get some in each bite. I opted for no peppers and onions, so Luke recommended his homemade Giardiniera.
