We went on a Sunday and it was perfect. -They do a great job of keeping 18+ separated from kid section. -Drinks were great. All the acholic drinks are hand made. -Food was decent, they have a cafe with healthy and snack options Signed up for the sound bath, it was pefect! and absolutely loved every minute. I've seen this spa/pool all over social media since they opened, so I finally checked it out. Overall, it was a solid experience with a few things to keep in mind. Shoutout to Taylon -- super welcoming, knowledgeable, and funny while still giving us all the info we needed. We even stopped by to chat with him again on our way out. Great energy and a real asset to the place. Food & Drinks: Food prices were reasonable, but we didn't try anything since we had dinner plans afterward. A few friends in the group ordered a pitcher and were pretty disappointed--price didn't match the quality at all. Linking your card to your wristband is a nice touch--makes purchases easy and hassle-free. Locker/Shower Area: Really clean and well-maintained. Bring your own toiletries and maybe a cheap loofah you don't mind tossing--there were dispensers in the showers, but several guests mentioned they were empty. The Grounds: Cute layout with calming vibes. Music playing but nothing too loud or disruptive. It's a chill spot overall. Pools are small, so depending on when you go, you might not get to experience every one. Timing is everything. One hiccup: We had a pretty wild moment when a huge spider ran into one of the pools. Thankfully, another guest spotted it just in time and we all jumped out. While I understand it's an outdoor space, the initial staff response felt a little too relaxed--they kind of brushed it off. That said, it seems they did follow up later behind the scenes. Final thoughts: I'd return, though I'm not rushing back. My friend got us tickets to go here for my birthday back in May. There had been a lot of rainstorms in the days prior so when we got there another patron told us that they were experiencing issues with some of the pool temps. We were given a pass to return that expired August 31. We finally made our return visit in August and got to experience the pools. It is very clean, relaxing and we enjoyed our time there. We tried the turkey club from the cafe which was delicious, got the side of fruit which was nice. I really loved the Dead Sea bc it was so cool and the saltiness made floating around really easy. To start out, it's very clean here. In a spa like environment, that is the more important to me than service. From the locker rooms to the pools and saunas, and eating area, it's just very tidy. The staff is friendly and attentive. There's always someone relatively nearby, if you have a question or want to order something. This was my second visit and I'm going to keep coming back. It's so relaxing, and while you can bring kids, there were only couple there and it's quiet. Also, go ready to eat. The menu is good and a little different from when I went 7 months ago. From the minute you walk in you feel like you're no longer in Texas! Whether you're planning a romantic outing, a girls' night, or treating yourself to a wellness break, WorldSprings delivers! They also have specials for "full-day soaks" and BOGO offers sometimes, which allows you to bring another person. There are healing benefits in each of the pools and each time I visit, I always feel like a million bucks !! Make sure you check the signs on the outside of each pool which highlights the benefits and the temperature of the water. This is a place where you could easily disconnect and leave your stress on the outside of the entrance. The drinks can be purchased either in the area where they are served, or from employees that come around periodically to take your orders and deliver them. I've found that the food menu can be improved, but again the drinks are great - especially when you add the extra floaters. The saunas are great, and they are never crowded. This is definitely a spot I enjoy visiting time and time again. I would recommend experiencing this place both during the day and at night. Enjoyed a few hours here at WorldSprings and my body is thanking me for stopping by. They have various pools which simulate various locations in the world. The coldest I saw was 54 degrees and the hottest was 103 degrees. They have food you can try and snack on throughout your stay as well if you get hungry. The technology in the wrist band allows one to lock and unlock the lockers in the locker rooms. Saunas are prevalent through out the establishment. I have a weekday membership which I regret. I thought it would be quiet on Monday nights or weeknights in general. It's not. There a long lines for overpriced limited food and drinks. It's nice in the winter but it's not relaxing in the summer. The regular pool is like bath water. I would recommend for the winter but not in the summer. If they added an actual restaurant with decent service, that might help. But it's basically bar food and very very slow service. read more

Had such a relaxing time! The place was very spacious with mineral pools, the Dead Sea pool and saunas! I spent the full 3 hours there. You have a choice to do an all day pass or the 3 hour pass. I came on a weekday, Tuesday after work at 5:30. It was perfect. There wasn't a-lot of people. The staff was friendly throughout the spa. The locker rooms were clean and had showers and bathrooms. Your wristband locks your locker. You can also add your card to your wrist band to order cocktails or food. I tried the green smoothie and it was refreshing. There is so much to enjoy. Some cool things I read about: it's spread over 10 acres, this place outdoor wellness retreat has tons soaking pools modeled after springs from places like Iceland, Mexico, Japan, and Bali. When you look out while soaking it really does feel like you are on vacation. One thing to take heed: we booked our soak for 7-10pm but they were asking guest to start exiting the spring pools at 8:30pm, we asked a lot of questions and apparently it was posted on their website that the springs shut down at that time but you can enjoy the other amenities- hmm(well 8:45 but they were closing up shop at 8:30) last call was being announced at 8:15, we had but gotten our drinks- our server took so long and was pretty flustered that they ran out of piña colada I ordered- the prickly pear options was a great choice though- a little deceiving on the soak times- but we loved trying different springs. My friends and I truly enjoyed our quality time using the jaccuzi and saunas. Only downfall was that although I was visiting during week day the check in process and service took a bit longer than normal almost 10-15 minutes. We also tried the food and drinks at the spa as well in which I ordered the chicken Cesar wrap which was good in flavor however the drink watermelon cooler was a bit too sweet for me . There was also a meditation class going on at the same time which we had to stay quiet during that time. The locker room for the most part also appears clean and has personal lockers that unlocks/locks with provided wristbands. We did the three-hour soak and honestly wished we had booked the full day--there's no way to try everything in just three hours. The variety of pools and saunas is fantastic. The row rentals were a lifesaver since it was chilly outside. A couple of things could be improved: more towel stations would be helpful, as it's a bit of a walk depending on where you are. This is such a perfect way to relax at the end of the day or week - or anytime. I've only gone in the evening at 930pm because the price significantly decreases and is worth every penny. You have access to all their pools/jacuzzi's - each at a different temperature and different mineral composition. The saunas are amazing and really make you sweat. They offer robes for rent, or you can bring your own. The dressing room and shower area have ample privacy and are stocked with certain supplies (ie: hair tools/products, qtips etc). The only area that needs work, in my opinion, is the staff the service the locker rooms at closing (and some of the closing staff in general). I get that they're trying to go home but there's a level of rudeness and pushiness that isn't warranted. One particular time, as we were already walking out maybe 5 minutes after closing (all the guests were in the process of exiting) when one gentleman made a snide comment about how he cant go home until we all leave. It was the tone of his voice and the attitude that was uncalled for. None of the guests was dragging their feet or wasting time. When i initially heard for the place i was a little confused and why people would want to come here. I went to visit and now i get it. I will not say when i went because it was not busy and i don't want you people showing up and crowding me . You will want to make sure you make a reservation online and complete a waiver before arriving. While they were not busy when i arrived they was a definite vibe that you are bad if you arrive without a reservation so don't be that person LOL. With that said many of the pools are small and if they get busy you will becoming very friendly with other swimmers. They have a food and beverage area of which i didn't try while i was there. There are three areas from around the world that mimic their hot springs and mineral content so it is all different and each pool has a different temp to enjoy. It was really annoying finding staff to take our drink order. They weren't readily available and only certain staff members could take our drink order and others were for food. It's a weird system and the staff would get annoyed when it wasn't their job and you would ask. No way for the customers to know though. Staff also isn't super friendly on the phone when you call in. The time limit doesn't really make sense unless it's during busy hours or on weekends. We went on a Monday and it was pretty empty. Not sure why they would limit us when we would continue to order drinks and food the longer they allow us to stay. Neat place with different circuits to try that you can access on your phone for (allegedly) athletic recovery, sleep, stress, etc. The Dead Sea was very cool to experience. Drinks are tasty but not too strong. Staff was super friendly and attentive. They come poolside and will ask for drink/food orders and will come find you even if you switch pools. They take Apple Pay so it was easy to be mobile. Locker rooms were very clean and actually quality products in the showers. Dyson hair dryers and some disposable products available (hair brush, single use deodorant wipes, etc). Even a quick dryer for suits which was super handy! Since we went at off peak time it was about $69, then they gave us an extra hour of soak time because some pools were out. More than enough time to relax and unwind but I'm not sure if I'd be willing to pay the full price during peak times. read more

After visiting this location twice, I'm unclear as to why there is anything less than a 4 star rating. I will say, however, that many of the posts giving fair to low ratings seem to involve people coming to visit World Springs on weekends. I wouldn't dare. But I do recognize that for some folks, weekend is when they are available to go. I went on a Monday the first time from 10:30 to about 3 pm. It was lovely. I had a frose' and slept better that night and the next than I had in months. I decided to return on Friday morning. It was deader than a doornail at opening at 9 am. That quickly changed around 11 am. I'd paid for a three hour soak and left before then because of how busy it became. I asked some very friendly workers when the best times to come for quiet and peace and they mentioned mid week. So that's what I will be doing from here on out. Coffee with powdered milk is truly unacceptable for a place that is supposed to be luxurious. Buy some almond milk and some oat milk. And some regular milk. I've been here 3-4 times and used to genuinely enjoy this place. I even recommended it to friends--several of whom became members because of me. My wife and friends we brought were even discussing buying their membership as we booked our tickets for Friday 12/9/25. But after last Friday nights (12/9/25) experience, my entire opinion has changed. The staff's behavior was so rude, unprofessional, and downright condescending that I will never be recommending this place to anyone again. We were leaving at closing time. One member of our group had admittedly had a little too much to drink, but there was no scene, no yelling, no belligerent behavior--just friends helping her out so she could get home safely with her sober significant other. As we were heading out, a staff member--who refused to give her name--threatened to call the police for absolutely no reason. When I calmly said her comment was unnecessary and explained that our friend had a sober ride home, she responded by saying "GET THE F* OUT."** I then asked for her name so I could report her behavior to management, but both she and her coworker (Chance or Chase) refused and also refused to get a manager. Instead, they threatened to call the police again and accused me of being drunk--despite the fact that I had one drink in 3.5 hours and had receipts to prove it. At that point, I told them they might as well make the call so management would finally have to address how their employees treat customers. Shockingly, they didn't follow through on that either--just more empty threats. I stood waiting for the police to arrive or a manager to come speak to me and neither happened. This place clearly does not care about its customers. Go somewhere that values the people who choose to spend their money there, because this is not that place. The locker rooms have great amenities (Dyson blow dryers, qtips, shampoo and conditioner). Great menus and tons of pools (the empty ones are the cold plunges and you must try)! If you love to chill and even drink and soak, this is a great place for you. It wasn't crowded at all when we went (Wednesday afternoon). They definitely need more lounge chairs though. Starting in November, they will give vet and educator discounts (maybe others too). Valet parking available but we were able to park close. I'm giving my visit 3.5 stars. We went on Saturday at 3. Check-in took about ten minutes. Not bad. Locker room was huge and clean, but it did take a bit to actually find a locker. We took our free towels and went out to the pools. The place was packed, but we did find a half empty pool and started to soak. It was lovely and relaxing. We wandered and tried different pools. We stayed in each about 10-15 minutes. Many people just got in a pool and camped out. Some were very full. The color coded map didn't really demonstrate how full pools were. But, we were usually able to find spots and relax. Just a heads up that food tajes forever. My friend's Mediterranean wrap took over half an hour. The people behind the counter were controlling the lines and doing what they could, Make sure you plan for that. I'm going to try going back in a week day when less crowded. read more

Giving it 4 stars but based on today should be 3... The vibe was more party than spa/wellness. We got there at the 10 am slot and it was amazing for about 45 mins. By 10:45 lots of people were there and drinking, some heavily. I don't mind the drinking but wasn't expecting people to be yelling at this place. By 12 it was very loud and lots of yelling giving it the party vibe. Several groups were also filming and having their own photoshoot. There really should be a no phones allowed in the pools or a designated phone area. Not everyone wants to be in photos or filmed. I also wish they had a # limit on how many could get in the pools at a time. They had a red, green, yellow light system, but some pools were capped out and should have been red. Pool: each pool was amazing though and felt good. I'm not sure of the benefits as many smelled heavily chlorinated lol. I was also hoping to float in the Dead Sea one but it seemed like a salt water pool. Overall the pools were very clean and well maintained. Service: I would say this could be an improvement area. We maybe saw 2 servers and it was like they were avoiding eye contact with anyone to help. Once we flagged someone down she seemed irritated with our order: Amenities: they provide towels and the robes are $15 to rent. We didn't use a robe at all and were fine but you are allowed to bring them in. I would also exchange your wet towels for new ones if you plan on showering there. They didn't have any towels in the locker room area. In the locker room area they have a ton of lockers and showers with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. read more
