    I bought cars in several different dealerships, but WEISCO was my great experience. Paul who did great job assisting me , has high level of knowledges in auto field. Setting an appointment and test drive was so fast and easy process so is financial part. Inventory for everyone, including exotic cars. Service is great. Friendly ambiance making purchase of a vehicle even more fun. Another reason of my purchase in this place was: clean car for really good price and I mean it! Definitely recommend to everyone who is looking for used car with clean carfax for a good price!

    Paul is great to work with and exceeded expectations throughout the experience. We had some California title issues due to Covid slowing down the DMV. We worked through them and his expertise was very helpful. He shipped the car to Texas and had it here virtually overnight. Great experience and would use again

    I wanted a Mercedes 280CE and saw one on eBay. I Called and spoke with Paul. I asked all sorts of questions about the car's condition because I live in NY and didn't want to fly to Denver to look at a car that would sell for about $13,000. I asked specific questions. Such as, how is the A/C? He told me it might need freon. Do all the gauges work in the car? He said yes. How about the transmission? He said it was fine. We agreed upon the price, and I wired money on May 10, 2023. The car arrived within a week. The front grill fell off the car. You had to open the hood with a plastic wire tie because a part was missing. The A/C blew warm air because there wasn't a compressor. There is lead around the rear headlights in the trunk. I asked about the paint. He told me there were a few spots on the hood that is in the paint. He failed to tell me the paint was cracking on the cowl and the panel behind the rear window. The doors are not aligned properly. I also noticed a wood piece missing from around the HVAC control panel. He took a photo of the piece in his hand and told me he would pack it up and send it to me. I have not received it as of today. (6-25-2023). He also informed me that he bought the car for $10,000 and could not sell it for less than $11,000. We agreed upon the price. Later, he informed me that the delay in sending the title was the owner's fault, who consigned the car to his used car dealership. I don't think he misspoke. I own a lot of cars. I have dealt with a lot of private owners and dealers. This is the worst experience I ever had with a used car dealer, and I suggest anyone trying to do business with the seller, BEWARE. I attached a photo of the bracket where the A/C compressor is supposed to be.

    Weisco had a great deal on the car I bought. However, after a few days of owning the cars I noticed a few things... The battery was still factory and it was almost dead. Had to replace it. $200 Brakes wouldn't stop squeaking, so had them replaced too. $600 One of the LED headlights was slightly out, also had to change it too. $50 And the plates... I can't believe customers pay so much for dealers fee for them to put a big screw in the permits instead of normal regular ones. Horrible

The next day the website showed my loan payment date had been moved. I was trying to change it from the second of the month until the 20th. And this is what the website stated that my payment was going to be pulled on the 20th. Come to find out they still pulled my payment on the second. Which left me in a financial behind because my payment is 700+ dollars. When I contacted the branch to clarify this, I was told that I didn't fill out the proper form and I needed to do another form in order for this to be complete. I'm not sure why their website would show that my payment had been moved. I was told that I submitted one form, and I was supposed to submit another. I'm not sure how I consumer is supposed to know all the forms they are required to submit when you're employees do not even know. They would not reverse the money. They pulled since I did not know. I was supposed to submit a second form. Make sure you ask all the right questions when dealing with this establishment. Apparently, the consumer is at fault for not knowing.

I tried using it the next couple of days & it wouldn't work. So, I called the CU & the lady told me that even though the branch printed me a new card, they mailed me one. So, the printed one wouldn't work because of that. Now, I have to wait 7-10 days to get it. They weren't supposed to mail me one.

    I've been a Westerra customer for years and years. They've been reliable, they don't charge too…read moremany fees, and their people are always pleasant. Today, I got to see how they deal with fraud. My debit card was declined twice in a row, even though I had money in my account. I called Westerra, and found out that there had been some odd charges to my card. I hadn't updated my phone number since I changed it a couple years ago. Oops. Anyway, they tried to call me, got the wrong number, and erred on the side of caution and turned my card off. Inconvenient, but it could have been much worse if someone had drained my account. I called Westerra to ask exactly what the heck had happened. The kind and patient customer service rep on the phone went over the weird charges and told me the credit union could mail a card. Then she said that if I needed money sooner, which I do, then I could go to a branch and get a new debit card printed. I went in, spoke to an equally kind and patient customer service rep inside the branch, got a card with no hassle, and filled out a dispute form. The form is with their fraud department now, and I should get my money back. Bonus: The card has a kitten on it. I'm having a bad day, being able to pick a card with a cute kitty gave me a much-needed smile.

But this auto loan is a Wells Fargo level SCAM. They have some third-party AI "imcovered' scam going. I have full coverage on my new car and always have. They randomly started sending me letters about how they're gonna charge me if I'm not insured. They asked for my declarations page, so I sent it to them 4 F$%$ing times. Then I physically WENT TO THE BANK, but still they couldn't help me cuz they're incompetent... They literally told me here's the number you can call or visit this website. MORONS! I told them I've been there and that's not a human, and they were like "oh well." So I closed my account, and they were like "oh well," so I went on Yelp, and they have a 1.4, and I'm like "oh...well," (makes sense) I'm gonna report them to the feds... this is fraud!

They will take parts off your car and put them on other people's cats then tell you that a rock must've knocked the part off. They will lie about your car being fixed, then of course deny any wrong doing when your car is in worse condition after being serviced there. They then removed all the freon from my car anf said my a/c was fixed and when I confronted them and told them I was tired of the lies, they said they were offended (apparently cause the truth HURTS!) and they then told me I could take my car elsewhere to get what they messed up fixed. They tried to lie about it and let me tell you its coming to an end. I will not lay back and not do anything! Im going to be their worst nightmare or one of many. How do you like me now you dumb ignorant, incompetent of a joke who sells cars that they are clueless about and cant even fix there brand of cars!! You guys are a disgrace and a joke!!     Starting on May 30, we purchased a used 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4xe from Emich Kia. My family and I have…read morepurchased around 20 vehicles over the past 25 years, and I would place this experience toward the bottom when ranking that warm & fuzzy feeling you get when purchasing a vehicle. Communication was poor - there have been surprises every step of the way, starting with after we put down the $2,500 deposit when we learned that there was only 1 key fob. I responded with "really?" and I expected them to replace the key fob at their cost. Instead, I get a tersely worded SMS from Ryan the general manager saying "It's a used car and the price is the price we agreed to with the equipment that it has. [Sales rep] never told you that it has 2 keys." I said fair enough and thanked them for being up front about the missing key fob. So then a couple of days later, they FedEx the paperwork with some sort of weekday-only shipping where the packages only move during weekdays. It was nice that they pre-paid for the return FedExing with the same M-F service. So I fill out the paperwork, get some page notarized and mail 2 checks for the remaining balance after the $2,500 deposit. It took about 3 or 4 days after the checks cleared our banks for their finance department to release the vehicle. We were out of town while this happened. I called for the 3rd or so time to check to see when the vehicle would be shipped to us, and I learned a few things, like: 1) the car was shipped earlier that day 2) there's a crack in the front windshield (which Emich Kia said they would pay to replace) and 3) they forgot to put the vehicle charging cable in the car before they hastily shipped it and that they would M-F FedEx it to us. Well then on June 17, we received the car and learned that they did not charge the battery. re-wash the car or fill the gas tank before they shipped it. These are not must-dos, and as the GM would say the price did not include washing, charging or filling the gas tank. Nor does the price we paid cover the missing wheel key. They did do some things right. For example, they originally quoted the cost for shipping from Denver to Houston at $750, but apparently Tom the sales manager got a lower rate of $650, which was the only pleasant surprise. I will say that Duston the sales rep and Tom his sales manager were pleasant to work with despite their lack of attention to detail. The dealership also provided an extensive Carfax report and good details of some pre-sale inspections & repairs they did. So all in all, it feels like the used car team at Emich Kia are disorganized and don't really value the customer experience nearly as much as the 15 or so other dealerships we've purchased vehicles from over the past 3 decades. But it sounds like it's not Tom or Duston's fault that their customers don't get that great feeling when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Emich Kia. Rather, it's their management's desire to squeeze every dollar out of every deal is the reason is why customer satisfaction takes a back seat to their bottom line. So again, not a great experience and not as bad as it could have been. That said, I'll make sure to post updates if we find anything else that doesn't meet our expectations, including if they make some attempt to do anything extra not included in the price paid for the vehicle. *these concerns have already been bought to the attention of the dealership, so while the dealership might be "disappointed to hear that my experience was not a positive one," I don't need to reach out and give the dealership another "opportunity to address [my] concerns." I don't need to "reach out to us directly at (303) 757-7751 when [I] have a chance" because I've already done so.
