I told him the issue with my car and wanting an estimate to decide whether to repair the problem or trade my car in for a new one. When I took my car in, they did an initial inspection and gave me a detail visual of the issues and written estimate via text. Unfortunately, for my situation, the expense was more than I wanted to spend on the repair opting to trade in for another car. The service I receive from this shop was excellent and will do a good job on any repairs. I will definitely come back to this shop again for all my auto repair service.

What I was told would be two day repair for my timing chain turned into a month-long experience with my car sitting in the shop. Communication was inconsistent at times, and I often felt in the dark about what was really happening. The shop initially quoted me around $2,600, then revised it to $4100 and offered a $800 discount. The total ended up at $3,908. During the repair, I was told that my dowel pin had broken in the camshaft, which required additional work. I receive a text message saying my car was ready for pickup. I came paid my balance in full. Less than a hundred feet of leaving out the parking lot my check engine light was back on and problem still existed. Im thankful I caught it in time because it was a Friday and they are closed on weekends. So it would have been my word against there's when it came time with correcting the problem. When I arrived for pickup today, the shop stated they waived an additional $800 fee for a solenoid recalibration/replacement that was directly related to the timing chain work they had just performed. I feel strongly that this should have been included in the original service and not presented as an "extra" charge after I had already paid. To their credit, I really appreciated the friendliness of the two administrative assistants, who went above and beyond to help me. They provided me with a shuttle ride home when I dropped off my car, even paid for me an Uber to pick up the loaner vehicle, and made sure I had a loaner car for the month while mine was being repaired. Those accommodations meant a lot during a very long process. The shop also test drove my car for 40+ minutes before releasing it, and the check engine light has not come back on yet. I appreciate that they ultimately covered the $800 charge, but overall the experience left me questioning trust, timelines, and transparency. If you use this shop, know that while they will work with you and provide support, you'll need to ask a lot of questions, push back on extra fees, and keep good records. The repair seems to be holding for now, but the process was much more difficult and drawn out than it should have been.

To their credit, they were replaced for free. However, it happened 2 more times after that. This last time the car sat there for 4 weeks. No phone calls, zero communication other than when I would call for an update. Each time they said they will get to it next day. Nope, nothing for a whole month. I finally went to pick it up (unfixed) and was lied to about the car. They said they'd been driving it to keep it running, but the battery was completely shot. Now the car still isn't fixed, had to buy a new battery since they let it sit for so long. 0/10 would not recommend if you actually want a solution to your car problems.

I was quoted one price by the head repairman (who runs the shop when the owner is out) prior to working on my car. After the work was done, I was quoted a new price by the owner which was almost $300 more. Not only was I overcharged for labor I did not approve to be done on my car prior, they also broke a valve on my engine. Instead of notifying me about it and fixing what they broke, they decided to GLUE the hose over the broken valve hole with a silicone adhesive. This of course wore off over time and caused my car to break down only 4 months later! They are the only shop to EVER do work on my engine/spark plugs prior to my car breaking down again 4 months later for the very reason they overcharged me to fix! To overcharge me, speak to me condescendingly, and to break something without properly fixing it is such a horrible way to run a business.

It's really hard to find an auto shop that makes me feel this comfortable given I have little knowledge about cars. I needed 2 tires replaced and call other places in town to get a quote and it was hard to get straight answer from anyone. I just needed an estimation and nothing has to be set in stone but I felt like no-one could do that. So I asked Jeff at Revline for an estimate and had a few other questions he was able to answer them and that made me feel comfortable about making an appointment and order the tires I needed. I felt like the price he quoted was fair and the approximate time for the service to be complete was definitely reasonable. I highly recommend giving them a call here if you ever need any work done on your car. They will do a great job and won't waste the whole day doing it.

After the old man sold the business it just wasn't the same treatment, repair quality, or pricing for any of my vehicles. They forgot to do this or that, gave me the cold shoulder after I mentioned it, and price estimates through the roof! If I wanted dealer pricing, I'd just go to Aristocrat! Last straw was this crazy high estimate that just screamed "get a second opinion"! I did...at Rennsport. And lo and behold, they did the exact same repair for $3100 less!! That's not a typo...$3100 less than I-Masters wanted. I just don't feel the love any more so I'm out! I need a shop that has my back, not one that's always trying to put me on my back!
