Was told they wouldn't let me come in for a diagnosis for a squeak because I didn't want them to do the repair. I let them know for a mechanic show who advertises diagnosis, that for them to deny me diagnosis cause I told you i just want to know what is squeaking so I can replace it and must of hurt their feelings! Not only after that, which is whatever. They called me countless times to harrass me and after I blocked there shop number they called me multiple times from another number that I also had to block! Told them I need a timing chain repair because tensioner was going out. Paid 330 dollars for a diagnostic because they refuse to do the work without one. I doubt they even looked at my car that long and they said they had the valve cover off but the car was outside hood down and they just told me I needed a new timing chain and it was ganna be 2000. I found my own mechanic to do it for 1200 and he even checked so much stuff he didn't need to . I needed an oil change and tire plug. I was busy with work and it was cold out so I didn't want to do it myself. Lees is just down the street so I called them and they said they would fit me in. I felt that I received a great value for the services that I was charged for. They were thorough and explained what I need to look out for in the future. They didn't try to sell anything to me- instead they educated me as to what parts I needed to keep an eye on and consider when I might need to come back in for a check up or repair.
