It's in an unassuming little building along lower Henderson that I've driven by about 2,250 times without ever noticing that it's there. When my longtime dentist in Lakewood went out of network with Delta Dental, I found this place, which is in the Delta network. When I made my first appointment, I did find it odd that I had to wait a few weeks, while the dentist I was going to see awaited "recredentialing" from the insurance company - a term I was unfamiliar with. Also, they required an up-front $50 deposit, which I had also never encountered. But I haven't been a new patient anywhere in about 25 years, maybe that's the new normal. So 3 years go by, my dentist (who has since left) seemed solid. I had a few checkups and one crown to replace several deteriorating childhood fillings in the same tooth. It wasn't perfect at first, but the doc did some shaping and it seems okay now. They did always seem eager to push me toward expensive treatments with specialists, but I'm getting older, and those may be totally legit. Who knows? And then my company changed insurance providers from Delta to Blue Cross/Blue Shield. I called weeks before my next appointment to verify they accepted my insurance. "Oh sure, we take that" they assured me. A few days before my checkup, they text and ask for pictures of the front and back of my insurance card, which I happily send to them. I have my checkup, everything's great, I schedule my next one, take my free toothbrush and go home. A few weeks later, I get a bill for $78 for my routine checkup that should be fully covered by insurance. So I call, and they tell me that while the new dentist is (you guessed it) awaiting recredentialing with BCBS, I'm "temporarily out of network". So they knew this the whole time I was asking them about my new provider and sending them my insurance info 3 DAYS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT, and nobody bothered to say "hey, we do accept BCBS, but you're out of network right now, it's going to cost you $80, unless you wait until you're back in network". How hard could that have been??? I guess if you'd rather have my $80 than have me as a patient going forward, it's pretty hard.

Dr. Joey Le was extremely thorough and ensured the utmost comfort in performing my root canal with the exceptional assistance of Emma. Traveling the distance to this office is more than worth it for the level of care and swift response and attention they provide to their patients. The office is also very clean and welcoming! Dr. Joey Le was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to explain each procedure thoroughly and answering all my questions which made me feel at ease. What I love is that there's been no pressure for unnecessary procedures and they always provide solid tips. I've left with clean, shining teeth and a comfortable experience each time I'd argue that what makes this office stand out most is the staff. I see many of the same friendly faces each visit, and they always take the time to remember your name, what's going on in your life, and even set Alexa devices to whatever radio station you want so the appointment feels relaxed instead of clinical. I also decided to do clear aligners through them using the Reveal Clear Aligners system. I had been on the fence for years, but saw this recommendation as it was more affordable than Invisalign and other options I looked at, and the results were great for closing gaps in my teeth. Later, I needed to reschedule, and that's where everything went downhill. Beware they also want to charge you if you don't cancel on time...makes sense why they don't work with you when it comes to that. I called and Priscilla put me on hold for about 11 minutes without saying anything or giving me an update. I eventually hung up because that's way too long to leave someone waiting. If she was busy or the only person working, all she had to do was communicate that or offer to call me back from the start. After that, I called back twice from my phone and no one answered. Then I called from a different phone, and suddenly my call was picked up right away. At that point, I was frustrated that I told her to just cancel my appointment. I understand people get busy, but from my perspective, my calls from my number were being ignored. That's not how potential patients should be treated. The owner should be aware of how the front desk is handling patients because experiences like this can drive people away before they ever step into the office. I was genuinely interested in becoming a patient, but after this, I decided to go somewhere else.

My first service was a screening and to go over a treatment plan. Believe it or not, I only had 1 tooth hurting me even though after X-rays I was told I need 3 fillings, 2 root canals, 3 crowns and a deep cleaning. I scheduled my deep cleaning and 3 fillings for the following week. While the work looks cosmetically great and I feel more confident about my smile, my mouth has been in constant pain since my procedure which was on 03/31/26. I did go back about 1 week later to have one filling readjusted. While the tooth that needed to be readjusted still hurts when eating, it's the constant throbbing pain I have all over my mouth that's taking me out. As I mentioned above, only 1 tooth hurt me prior to coming in and this is a tooth that needs a root canal and crown so it did not have work on it as I respectfully could not afford to do everything at once. The staff was so friendly and welcoming but I feel uncomfortable going back again.
