Where to start? Saw a bike I really wanted from them on CycleTrader on a Saturday. Called them as soon as they opened to confirm it was there. When I had the time I hauled butt to the dealer and saw it was still there later in the day. Spoke to Mike about buying the bike. He made an offer on my bike which was decent and confirmed I wanted to move forward with the purchase. Gave Mike my info and he told me that someone would call me TUESDAY to discuss the deal. Ok, thats cool. It was 3 PM on a Saturday and they closed at 5. I understand if they did not want to work that business out so close to closing. I get home and get an alert that a hard inquiry hit my credit. I thought, no biggie, just working the numbers to be ready Tuesday morning. Tuesday comes and did not hear after they had been open for about an hour. Called in and they had no notes or record on me. Gave them my info again and they told me they would call back. Two hours go by and nothing. Called again and they told me the same thing...someone will call. I then decided to just haul butt down there again only to find out they sold the freakin bike. Then the sales manager calls me to try to make a deal on another bike. Nope. You sold a bike from under me when I was expressing interest in making the deal four days prior to you selling it to someone else. Any other dealership would be drooling to make a sale even if it was 5 minutes to close. Not upset about the bike being gone, more upset about the fact they kept me running around thinking this bike would be mine and then cut it from under me. WOW, nice job... read more

The sales team and the staff are very cool. It's seems they were very happy to get rid of the 1996 Yamaha Vmax1200 I just bought with only 8k miles on it. The big problem is that this bike runs so rough I cannot believe any service was done on it prior to handing it over to me. They probably did change the battery but nothing else. It idles so rough that it seems like it's misfiring. Once it's at speed it runs ok but in first or second at low rpm I get jolted forward by an extremely out of tune (or whatever the issue is) engine. Very disappointing first time purchase with WOW Motorcycles. I cannot recommend them at all. read more

I walked in the store looking for parts for a foreign motorcycle, a guy named Fred was extremely helpful, in finding the right part, giving me tips on how to install and work arounds to avoid problems. WOW is right!!! The selection of bikes here is incredible and their pricing makes certain that they don't stick around for long. These same bikes would be at least 50% higher in the DC metro area! For as much volume as this place moves they have no price negotiation on any of their inventory. It's all cash sale price. None of the sales men will negotiate a price with you. I can find a way better deal on Craigslist then buying here. These bikes are turned and burned with little to no maintenance done on them. Then on top of that they charge you high dollar just because they can with a 10% sales increase at the end of the deal for bullshit dealer fees. So I came into this place cause my boyfriend recommended it, i was greeted by a very friendly salesman. I told him I'm taking a look around since I wasn't sure if they even had a bike I wanted. Long story short when I was ready he was gone for the day so I came across another sales person. Ask I was asking for details on the bike I can see he wasn't interested in me as in a way where he thought I wasn't really considering on buying. Since I didn't like the vibe & I needed to do a bit of readers here I told him I would be back later on. (That was a Saturday ) since they were close Sunday & Monday I didn't have a chance to come back until Wednesday. Here's the thing I had cash in my hand ready to pay but again the same salesman had the same stand offish attitude. We were trying to work a deal cause you can't test drive the bikes & we barley even got him to turn the bike on for us.ended up leaving cause the bikes are so OVERLY PRICED. They had a 2017 rebel 550 miles for 4,460 went down the street for the same one but 2018 0 miles paid 4,000. But of course how would I know cause the store has a Jammer so the second you step in bye bye cell phone reception * which is illegal* don't think i will ever recommend someone to buy here read more

Tried to make my 2nd purchase from WOW recently and they provided the financing. When the rate was given to me I had to say NO. The rate was an astounding 22%. I recognize, due to medical issues in the past, my credit rating was in the high 600's. I know sometimes people with issues have to pay more to play but they don't have to be persecuted. Most of the deal was done by phone and no contract was ever signed although I did give a $300.00 deposit by phone. When the deal fell through, I was told to basically,"Go Away, no refund." Luckily I did buy a new Honda Valkyrie (2005) from a reputable dealer. WOW is a major disappointment and I will put that out to every person I come in contact with That is interested in shopping with them. read more

First time I went just to browse around and no one really bothered me with any kind of sales pitch, which is great if you just want to get in and take a look around. Just an FYI. WOW MOTORCYCLES.COM. They are located in Marietta Ga. This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I drove an hour and a half to buy a bike and they sold it 10 minutes before I got there. I will never do business with them again, and I will bad mouth them to every single person I know! To me that was some of the most fucked up customer service I have ever seen or experienced!! Not to mention there prices on bikes and riding gear are stupid ridiculous!!!!! Stay Away from the service shop, Stay Far Away. This is the worst shop I have ever dealt with. Brought bike in after it would not stay running, The Service Manager (Ken) told me I needed a carb cleaning and tune up. Spent $800, was told the bike was ready, went to pick it up and bike still was not running. Then was told I needed a new engine, which I ordered off of Ebay. It took them 4 months to install the engine, and then they told me the engine was bad, I could not return the engine after 4 months. Spoke with the GM Steven and was told they would take care of all the labor, seeing that it took them so long to install the engine. When I called to pick up the bike, it was a totally different story. I ended up paying them another $800, and the bike is still not running correctly, it idles at 2500 rpm, and takes 2-3 times to start. I have dealt with these guys for over 10 years, and have sent them 6 customers who bought motorcycles. First time ever using the service department, and it will be the last. I will make sure to tell all my Military Brothers to stay away also. Worst Service department ever!!!!! Update: Forgot to put an update. One week after this posting, I took the bike to a more reputable shop in Decatur about the idle problem, they had the bike running correctly the next day. They informed me that when WOW motorcyles put the carbs back together, they installed the jets incorrectly! Ken and WOW motorcycles are the worst, and that proved my point even further! read more

They are very helpful, after I bought my bike I kept having a issue with it but they looked at it for free for me but couldn't find the issue. Come to find out my GSXR 600 had a recall that wasn't done, no biggie, have to take it to a Dealer for replacement at no cost. Ok prices on equipment but always check the clearance section for some good stuff. read more

Service leaves a lot to be desired. I took my 2000 Yamaha VMax for a carburetor/fuel issue. I spent a great deal of money. The bike did not start when they brought it out. Then they got it working but rode pretty rough on the way home. I thought it might get better but has gotten worse. It now barely runs. Won't bother taking my bike back at this point and find someone better. read more

I reached out to this dealership regarding purchasing a used V Rod. The person I dealt with (who is supposedly their sales manager) was one of the least helpful sales people I have dealt with in the auto industry. There were many issues but a small example was that I needed the bike delivered and he stated that he would have to charge me over $100 to do so. Shocked, I argued and he finally waved the fee but it left such a bad taste in my mouth that I went shopping elsewhere and bought a different bike. Keep in mind I had my own financing arranged and he had already refused to budge on the price stating the bike was under market. The bike had been on their lot for almost 7 months. I checked and it's still there. I don't know... Maybe he did me a favor. read more

So this review is long overdue but probably in good time. I purchased a bike back in April of 2018. James is my guy and has always answered all my questions and always made time for me. So first thing first, I drive it home the day I purchased it and they rushed to get it serviced and done before closing even with a few issues I had on my end and they still got me riding that evening. Only bad thing on their end, about 8 days in the bike died. Would not tun at all. Jason (who is an amazing guy and very professional and reasonable) was my service guy. He's A1. He told me to bring it back and they would take care of it seeing as I had not had it very long. Within a few days he found that it was a recall they had not caught before I took it home. Thats fine seeing as how they rushed to get me on the bike that I desperately wanted. He told me they were sending it to Kawi to get the recall. Perfect. I waited about a month and finally it got back to WOW. About 2 days later I called to check the status and they determined the issue was not with the recall but rather with the stator. Cool. Jason said he would take care of it for me seeing as how I'd owned the bike for 2.5 months and had 7 days of riding. All in all, it took a long time to get right but they did it for me and I could not be happier. (Except if Kawi was quicker with the recall haha) So yeah. James and Jason, ya'll are the best. Only place I will buy from going forward. P.s the parts guys are great too. Amazing service and very knowledgeable. WOW motorcycles. Can't go wrong here! read more

I don't understand what the problem is... I went to WOW to buy my first motorcycle and didn't receive anything but help. From the moment that I walked in the door, there was someone that was willing to answer questions. From the point where I was wandering around the back not really sure of what I wanted to the moment that I decided that I was definitely going to buy a bike the whole team went out of the way. There were members of the the maintenance crew that floated around with me answering questions, and customer service isn't on their list of job responsibilities. Mike handled the sale himself, Glen picked up where he left off when Mike went on vacation without a hiccup, and Derek went as far as to help my GF out with a surprise for me for my B-Day. Kudos team. I recommend WOW to the people that ask, they did a fantastic job... and when I go to buy the next bike when I get tired of this one, WOW will be my first stop. read more

I just had my first work done by WOW and was impressed with the knowledge and speed of the repairs. It wasn't anything really major just brake pad replacements. But even with this being the major riding season they were able to get me in relatively quickly and had the job done the same day. The only reason that they didn't get 5 stars is that they changed my tire pressure to tire minimums which are too low for me. Other than that I will go back to them for anything major on the bike. read more

Just purchased a multi-season jacket from Wow. Also shopped for a headset. Sales people were very helpful and held the jacket for 24 hours while I did more shopping and comparing. Helped me make a good choice at a reasonable price. Offered to help install the headset in my helmet. I'll probably get the headset in a few weeks. read more

Excellent Customer Service I was a new rider and was extremely satisfied with the kind of service provided at WOW motorcycles. The staff are very professional and friendly. The customer service associate Bryan was very courteous and very helpful. When the rental motorcycle had a mechanical problem, their response was very prompt. All I had to do is give them a call, and they picked me up from my location in no time, gave me a ride to their store, and even gave me a partial refund for the trouble. And of course, Bryan's friendly attitude made me feel a lot more comfortable in that situation. Thumbs up to the excellent customer service!!! If you live in the Atlanta, Georgia area and are considering trading in or shopping for a new preowned motorcycle, I highly recommend a visit to WOW Motorcycles. I've been trolling their website for months, watching bikes come and go, and it is clear that they are doing something, actually, many little things right. I finally emailed them about my interest in trading my HD Sportster for a Kawasaki Versys they had listed. Mike Puntney of the sales team wrote back within 24 hours (he didn't call because I asked him not to initially), invited me up, and even gave a ballpark estimate of the out-the-door offer. I finally made it up there yesterday and the deal went very smooth. The first thing you notice when you walk into the place is that all the employees are happy and friendly. That's generally a good sign that good people run the place and that good business happens there. The amount of bikes on the floor is intoxicating to see, and although 99% of them are used, these bikes are in great shape and have been meticulously detailed. Mike let me check out the bikes behind the 'employees only' doors. The service technicians back there and at the front of the shop along with the accessories sales people are all staying busy but super friendly and attentive. There was no pressuring or 'selling' of unwanted warranty stuff from Steve who wrapped up my paperwork...just friendly talk and a little info about their options if you are in the market for a warranty. Steve got me a card for an insurance broker they trust because I told him I've been a little unsatisfied with Gieco these days. He also got me a discount at the accessories department on an item I needed. Today, I emailed Mike to ask if he could recommend a upholster who does motorcycle seat alterations. He wrote me back within an hour. I'll be back to service my bike and probably to trade in the Versys some day. Check them out. I make it a point to stop in at WOW every chance I get. The sales staff is the best, answering questions when you need them, staying out of the way and just letting you browse when you're "just looking" to compare models. They are familar with all the bike types. It's the one place you can go to compare and try one for size various models. They also have a good selection of accessories for all types of bikes, and if they don't have it, they'll get it for you in short order. Definitely the only retail location I'd go for an experienced bike in Atlanta. Now that they have the Zero electric bikes you can even "go green" with the WOW factor! read more

My son and I both bought motorcycles from WOW over the last year. The associates there are professional yet personal. In both cases we ended up with the bike best suited for us. I have had mine for just under 3 months....bought it used...it is a 2003 Honda Shadow Ace. Recently I had problems starting it. At first I thought it was the cold weather, but as it warmed up It still would not crank even after charging. I did not know whether it was the battery or the charging system itself...or both. I called WOW and spoke to Ken there. He said bring it in and they could determine what the problem was. So I did, and met Ken there where he took it back into the service area. I browsed around the store for a little while and then Ken came back out and said that they had checked the battery and the charging system and it was the battery. Much to my surprise, he said that WOW was going to pick up the tab for the service and the battery. This was totally unexpected as the bike was a 2003 and sold more or less as is. As you might imagine, I was quite pleased. They will certainly have my business in the future.
