Wow Motorcycles is RIGHT!!!best way to describe this place is WOW From my first of 3 visits didn't walk past anyone working there that did not say hello and ask if I needed help. I'm an old rider be 61this year and have been riding since I was a Kid. So I'm no stranger to bikes. I've even taken a cross country ride from San Diego to St Louis back in the 70s. I had the pleasure of working with the Sales Manager Glen. A great man and true brother for those of you who have ridden and know what I mean. made 3 trips there before purchasing my 2007 Suzuki C-50 Boulevard. There was no pressure and Greg was up on his inventory and has a great knowledge of his products. He devoted his attention to me while we looked over several bikes and I only left undecided because there were so many great bike there in my budget. I returned the next day with my selection narrowed down to 3 and again Greg devoted that time to helping me. The C-50 was the 2nd of the three bikes That I looked at and Both Greg and I knew there was probably no reason to look at the third but he still took the time to show me all that I had ask to see. Greg was sincere in helping me decide on the right size, the right amount of CC's and the best bike for what type of riding I would be doing. The C-50 was not only a cream puff and I'm telling you the bike was like brand new. now let me tell you I did do my homework on this place and the pricing. I was prepared for the little extras the (Dealer Fees) every business has to turn a profit or close the doors. But as I shopped this Bike didn't find one that was near as clean with the incredible low miles that came near to this bike in price even after tax's tag fees and prep were added. Most started at an asking price higher than my out the door cost. Ask Glen if I could pick the bike up Saturday morning and I arrived just after the store opened and there she was checked out prep and ready. And I'm ashamed to say I've forgotten the guys name in finance but can tell we spent less time on the paper work than we did talking about great places to ride to and enjoy. And last but certainly not least before leaving with my bike the service man came out and went over every aspect of the bike with me and made sure I knew the bike front to back. I pulled out of the parking lot started my ride on a beautiful morning and just made it back to the house before the sunset. Amazing day, Amazing bike, Amazing experience. Be it sales, service, accessories, parts inventory, or just plain old bike-sense assistance, WOW motorcycles is the place. I have owned and ridden bikes for 40 plus years, and although I live outside of the Atlanta area now, WOW is my go to place for my serious bike needs. Last experience was to get a new helmet and a part for my bike. I was helped by Isela Villagrana. I gave her my parameters and price range and she took it from there. Unlike some stores, they had multiple helmets in my size to try on, and I found what I wanted. There was no pressure, only good information. (How many times have you looked at four different brands of helmet and the person assisting you could demonstrate the removal and reinstall of the visor system on every one of them?) She did just that. Above her position is another go-to guy, and that is Mike Puntney, the sales manager. Hands down, in all of my years of tinkering and riding, Mike is the best of the best in All Things Motorcycle, be it product line knowledge, parts, maintenance, or simply what is best for YOU.. He has been in the business a long time, and he has truly passed the test of time and has grown and adjusted with every change of cycling. Put your trust in him. It's guys like him that train good people like Isela above. Nope. I don't have a horse in this race, and I have no overriding incentive to post this review. I bought my used bike (1987 "Super" Magna) from Mike at WOW. I cannot be happier with the purchase and the experience. WOW inspects all their bikes on the way in and more importantly on the way out. I have never had a sales person basically tell me they wouldn't sell me the bike until they did a final inspection. I was a little anxious to take by new bike home, but they were very busy. Mike politely told me that he simply would not let me leave with the bike if he couldn't be certain it was a good running and safe bike, even if it meant losing the sale. That means a lot to me. Most people could care less about the safety of the rider, but not the folks at WOW. I can honestly say, after over 3K miles, my bike is still running as great as the day I bought it. This bike is every bit as good as I was assured it was. I highly recommend WOW. I have the bike I grew up wanting, but if I ever look for another, I will start with WOW and I will ask for Mike. I wanted to take a moment and highlight one of the most important aspect of our experience with the recent purchase of our Yamaha R3. In our initial process / encounter with WOW we experienced some Bumps in the road to purchasing our bike. This created some anxieties/frustrations for us. However, once we arrived to sign the contract agreement and meet with STEVE SHEENAN the Finance Manager, our buying experience went from a (1) star to a (10) star. Steve should be on your billboard/Poster advertisement. He is knowledgeable, personable, friendly, engaging and professional. He turned our frown upside down within (1) minute of meeting him. I have worked in the medical field for 32 plus years and it is easy to become complacent if you're doing the same thing everyday. I get that, however when you decide to get into the customer service arena having a good positive personality plays a huge part in the positive or negative experience that the customer will have. Service with a smile is what I appreciate. When you call in for your bike no one is guessing where your bike is or who working on it. They call you by name and grab your tech right away to answer any questions you might have about the timeline on when you can expect to get your bike back. I expected a big hassle since my bike was an insurance claim, because someone had backed into it, but they treated me like I was paying cash on the spot. They told me of the things that might go bad soon but they also found other problems that the claims adjuster missed. They were on the ball. More important than that was the fact they finished my Goldwing before the date that they promised!!!! Now the sales floor was a sight to behold! Not just because there were so many bikes that enticed me to consider another bike but the prices were far cheaper than I expected and had become accustomed to in the DC area. I can't decide if best thing about WOW is all the bikes they have, or the people... The staff here is the best; from Sales to Parts to Service, these guys & gals know their stuff. Friendly, patient, knowledgeable. If you're looking for ANY type of used motorcycle, this is the place. If you need parts, this is the place. Service, this is (ok, you get the picture). I currently have 4 bikes (one purchased from WOW - see Mike, Glen, or their crew - others are my projects) & Ken in service helps SO much with everything I need ... anything beyond my capabilities, he's on it. They do a great job keeping the inventory on-line so you can browse through you options, then stop by the shop & get a close look. This is a no-pressure, easy experience. Saw a Victory motorcycle on the Internet they were selling. A call confirmed it was still available and they were able to hold it until I could check it out. Next day drove 600 miles. As I got out my suv, James my salesperson was coming around the corner with the big twin warmed up. The bike has been thoroughly checked, cleaned and fluids flushed, so the deal was looking good. As I did a quick test drive, the staff started doing the paperwork. When I got into their spacious facility, the paperwork was ready and the transaction took 15 minutes. They then loaded the bike into my trailer for the ride home. Less than 1 hour start to finish. The money I saved paid for the gas, meals, hotel, trailer rental with thousands still in my pocket. Follow up questions were promptly returned and the issue resolved. Used to think MOMs in Manchester NH was the best used bike place, but I now have to give the title to WOW. read more

I live in Lawrenceville and took a new job in Woodstock ( 84 miles round trip) and decided to look at getting a bike. It's been 19 years since I owned one. Several friends with bikes were pushing me toward the Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 type bikes. I visited WOW and spoke with Mike Puntney. After explaining my needs. Mike explained that he commutes daily also and showed me several bikes. Nimble being the key word. Mike knew which bike I really liked but never once did he push me into buying it. He just keep educating and showing me other bikes. My target price was under $5K and I spent double with the bike that I really liked and that would be the best bike for me in my daily commute. They seemed to care about my experience, needs and safety instead of over-selling me on a bike that was too much or above my riding level. I have been trying to find the perfect 2nd bike for me for awhile now, a CBR600RR ABS. It is not the easiest bike to find, and at first I was a little leary of going through a dealer that is 700 miles away from me. However, Glen was able to politely and quickly answer all of my questions, to give me the confidence to go through with the sale. The motorcycle started having a couple issues shortly after I received it. This is where other dealers would give me the cold shoulder (especially because I'm so far away), but wow didn't do that. Glen helped me through my issues, and made sure to do his best to keep me happy. Service like that gives dealerships integrity, and that's a big deal to me. I just bought a bike from the folks at WOW. Tom was my first contact. Great guy to work with. I have been in the saddle for 51 years so I did my homework knew the value of my trade and of the bike I was to purchase. No surprises no pressure and they were very accommadeting. I came from out of state and was comfortable with rideing the bike home after the prep work. One last word.... Wile the world seems to be burning down around us. My experience was good. I was there on a Saturday so it was a little wait to get some help. They were nice and helpful. Pulled the bike outside so I could hear it run. I didn't start due to a dead battery but pulled it right into service and got it going. Lots of bikes going out that day but they worked hard and I was out in about 4 hours start to finish. They replaced the battery during inspection. I noticed some cupping on the front tire after a week. Went back and worked out a deal on a replacement. Same day I got a call my tire was in, finance called and they had gotten a better rate that quoted. Glad they kept working to get it down even when they didn't have to. read more

My whole experience with Wow motorcycle was great. I saw a 2011 Night Rod on the website that I really loved. I called in and spoke to James who was awesome in getting things started for me and helping me throughout the process. Rick then helped me set up financing. He made it very easy. I had this bike delivered at a very reasonable cost. I could barely have rented a trailer and paid for gas at the price they gave me. Bill delivered the bike right to my driveway and made sure I had all the information and paperwork I needed for it.
