I booked these guys to remove some moss and do a gutter clean on my 2 story house built in 2006...sent photo's of my house and roof ( it has an 8/12 pitch.....one of the most common residential roof pitches around, and they even state that they will handle 8/12 roofs for "additional cost" ). They showed up, and said they couldn't do it....too steep, apparently! No offer of completing the job even with an additional cost as mentioned in their marketing information. I mentioned that we have had it done before with no problem by other roof cleaning companies....they still refused...and left. I was surprised that they refused to do the job, since others have had no issues with it using the proper safety equipment for the type of roof I have.....A disappointing outcome in my opinion. read more
