worst seller on the planet!!! i ordered led tail light on ebay, item was received damaged and not repairable,i contacted the seller and left him a polite email, he offered me $3.50 refund (that was kinda strange) i told him again i dont need this item and it doesn'nt work, he replied: we'll give 50% off, me:i already bought a replacement item, stop sending me partial refunds, i need full refund, seller: we can offer you $10 refund . me: stop wasting my time send me full refund, seller: we'll give $13 refund. i declined, and finally, i got a return label after weeks of emailing back and forth. once they received the item, they deducted 50% off the total price and refunded me the rest. i asked them why did you not give me a full refund, he replied : open a case with ebay ! just so you guys know that are reading this, once ebay steps in, they will reimburse me for the balance , since the item comes with ebay guarantee" but the seller does'nt have tp pay anything. i will take the seller to court , just so i can teach him a lesson. he wasted so so much of my time over a $20 item. i have never experienced anything like this online, and i bought 100's of parts! do yourself a favor and stay away from this seller. his products are selling for a low price for a reason ( junk) ! read more

I ordered a 6.5 foot nintendo controller extension cord. They sent me a wireless bluetooth adapter. I sent them pictures of the product description of what I ordered, and pictures of what I received, and got emails back saying that is what you ordered. They respond to email once a day, overnight, probably from outside US, I would guess. They would not agree that a wireless adapter is not a 6.5 foot cord. Finally I told them the heck with this, And got my money back from Walmart. I also sent ten pages of emails to Walmart, and guess what, the product description on their website was remedied. I ordered two small weather radios from Walmart. Radios would not work where I lived - signal was not strong enough. Walmart directed me to Wowparts for refund. It is like talking to chimps. Cannot get a return form sent to me, each request for information from me results in a machine generated e mail asking what is wrong with the product. Then, and this is the best part - they offered me three dollars to walk away and forget the whole thing. Value of radios is over $50. Wowparts is the opposite of customer service, and Walmart should be ASHAMED to foist this on their customers. read more

I ordered a silicone case for 2DS for my little brother and when it arrived, we was very upset with the product, it did not fit the case. We tried to return the item right away to Wal-Mart and they said no way that you need to contact this company. I was so flustered and mad that l paid of the credit and closed my account and sent an email to this company about what occurred. The company responded and gave me my money back right away so l am still very surprised. I'm use to getting the run around from online companies so this was a pleasant surprise. I order an item, they sent the wrong item. They changed in their system the item I ordered to the one they shipped. I forwarded my copies of my order confirmation, shipping confirmation, showing what I had ordered, along with pictures of what they sent. 21 emails later I received my refund. I did notice on their notes they stated reason for refund was "customer changed mind". Which was a flat out lie. They shipped the wrong item. Stating "customer changed mind" will not improve, or fix their quality control, shipping, order picking process. Which means it will happen to someone else again. read more
