Baby number two (which I have named, Bentley...) made his entrance into the world a few weeks ago and you want to know the first thing I did with my bundle of joy...? Long over due but had a great experience with them. They are probably one of the cheapest in LA but that doesn't mean they lack on service/quality. We did Satin Black Wrap with Gloss Black chrome delete. Amanda was always helpful going over everything and answering questions whether it was calls, texts, or emails. The day of our drop off we still had questions and Amanda had Adrian (YouTube star haha) come out to answer our questions and gave his opinions on color/type/etc. George (the owner) was very friendly and will not BS you. You can tell he is a great owner when he is the one cleaning the toilets. He cares very much with customer satisfaction and will def try to make it right (within reason of course), even if they are not at fault. I contacted this company via Yelp for a quote on May 26. Today, July 9, was when I received a response. That's just over 6 weeks. The company that I went with, Decal Spec, responded to my Yelp message within 4 minutes, and did the work I needed 6 weeks ago. They did a great job at a great price. I live in Gardena, but gladly drove to Buena Park to get the service I was looking for. And when they're rep asked me what my budget was, I said, I just want someone who answers my calls and emails, name your price. She did, and the deal was done. Now I understand that sh*t happens. Got my Mercedes wrapped here. The service from the initial email inquiry (starting with Skyler) to the pick-up was top notch stellar service. George and his team did a fantastic work on my car, paying close to the little details that you wouldn't expect, to ensure you drive away happy and satisfied. Met up with George on a Saturday afternoon at the Gardena location. Man, what an awesome guy. Had great conversations with George and learned a lot from the guy (not just regarding vehicle wrap but business in general). Anyhow, pointed out what I was looking for, what I wanted done, etc. For additional context - I went for a complete vehicle color change from the original factory steel gray metallic to 3M satin white, with the chromes deleted/blacked out. (My vehicle actually already had the "night package" so majority of the chromes were already blacked out by factory but there were a few traces of chrome that bothered me, so I got those all blacked out). I was advised a targeted pick-up the following Saturday. Cool, no problem, wasn't in any rush, and took off. During the week, had a few communications with Skyler on progress, etc, including me wanting to update the work order to paint the tailpipes in the rear black, etc. Skyler had also sent me photos mid-week on something they changed up (which was different from what I had originally wanted) and wanted my opinion and I thought it was fantastic which was something I would have never thought of. It's things like that that made my experience with them more memorable. Anyhow, eventually Skyler had reached out and arranged for a pick-up day and time, which was Sunday afternoon. Arrived Sunday afternoon and the vehicle wasn't actually completed, but it was about 99% done and needed a few minor things done before it was completed. Didn't bother me at all. Ended up just hanging out at the shop, seeing the last bits being done, and continued some great conversations with George. It actually worked out because I was able to give my last minute/final inputs before it was 100% complete. By the way, when I first saw the vehicle, I couldn't believe it was the same car I dropped off the week prior. The satin white gives an almost matte like finish but with added sheen and the blacked out chrome all around gives it a nice contrast. Looking real good. Pretty happy with the end results and they definitely achieved the look that I wanted. Overall, a pleasant experience from a great team @ Wrap Bullys of Gardena. Definitely a place you'd want to hit up and get your vehicle wrap. Their pricing seemed a bit under market value, based on the research that I had done prior, but don't let that steer you elsewhere, trust me. Definitely going to be recommending them. I had Wrap Bullys do my first wrap, Dark Matte Gray, on my Model 3 the day it came out of the showroom in 2018. I decided on doing another color, Satin Roaring Thunder in August. Wrap Bullys is ~2.5-hour drive, so I got some estimates in my home town. All of the businesses I visited were very impressed with the Dark Matte Gray wrap and how it had held up so well. I started thinking that if Wrap Bullys did such a good job the first time, why would I want to take it anywhere else. I'm glad I took it back to Wrap Bullys, even though it was a 5 hr round trip drive. It looks great! Skyler responded quickly to questions and requests. Good luck when you take your wrap off ! Just got my wrap taken off my car that was completed by Wrap Bullies in Santa Fe Springs only to find that they sanded down pretty much every panel of my car. Now I have to repaint the entire car which is costing a fortune!
