First time at Wrap City was an ok experience. Most of the staff was fairly young and not overly friendly, a bit slow but overall accommodating. We ordered wraps, sandwiches, salads, and flat breads. All were delicious and the salads were huge. Ingredients tasted fresh and everything was made to order. Sandwiches and wraps came with homemade style chips which were delicious.

Wrap City in Concord is finally open! This very popular Southern NH sandwich chain serves up a great variety of made to order wraps, subs, flatbreads, homemade potato chips, salads, cookies, brownies, and cold drinks. I've been to the Londonderry location close to my home, which was the Wrap Shack (different owners) over five years ago before Wrap City was born. I stopped in at the Concord Wrap City for lunch takeout, which is located about five minutes from my office. I was greeted by the very charismatic staff as I entered the store. I already knew what I wanted to order, my favorite Cape Codder Wrap ($6.99 plus tax) served with homemade potato chips, which I recommend highly My wrap order was ready very quickly in about 3 minutes. The Cape Codder was filled with chicken salad, apples, walnuts (candied), cranberries, lettuce, tomatoes in a flour tortilla wrap. The homemade potato chips were crunchy and not overly salted either. Overall, a great place for wraps with prompt  friendly service too! For my coworkers and I, Wrap City is now a fantastic lunch option!

Wonderful little lunch stop!…read more It was full of locals and regulars and on a wait for lunch. At that moment I knew I had picked a good spot! We chilled with the folks up front for a good bit before getting a table. It seemed we were the only people that had not been here 30-40 times before. Most people didn't even want menus and the sweet server ladies just brought them food without conversation at all. It's kind of old school feeling inside. It's an open kitchen and you can see all of the action. Inside is all wooden and rustic. It reminds me of my grandmas house in Camden TN. Not sure why. It's just really comfortable in here to me. The tile and fireplaces make super cozy. This place has some of the best chili that I have had in a long time. I dig the fact they give tortilla shops automatically with the chili. Win!! Thick and meaty and oh so filled with spice and love!! Cheese on top was a nice touch too. Really liked it! My French dip was fucking killer!! So damn big too! I could only eat half of it because of the the fire ass chili I had already eaten. French fries were battered type. Nothing wrong with that!! I drove around with this sandwich for two days of travel and ate it on the road later. Stupendous French dip!! C had an open faced roast beef sandwich. FIRE!! The green beans were so pretty and fresh too. She could barely get 1/3 down, lol. It was a ton of food. Economical! Hometown feel! Good people working and eating here! I love it!! I'm not even sure I could find the place again. I sure am glad I did the first time! '26 -39

Instead of simply explaining the policy, the employee helping me, Gavin, raised his voice at me, yelled that I "didn't know what I was talking about," and insisted they had never done that before. The interaction was so unpleasant that I avoided this location for the next 3-4 months and drove to another Jersey Mike's instead. I recently came back because this location was much more convenient, and I had a completely different experience. The woman with the colorful curly hair was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly accommodating. She even explained to the employees that, yes, the substitution could be done. It was validating to know I hadn't been mistaken all along. On top of that, I watched her handle a huge rush of customers. She stayed calm, worked quickly, treated everyone with kindness, and kept everything moving efficiently. She is exactly the kind of employee every business hopes to have and truly deserves recognition and a raise. I hope management recognizes the difference one great employee can make. She completely turned my opinion of this location around.

The dark, steampunk decor gives off…read moresuch a cool, elegant vibe, and the hip, chill music makes it perfect for hanging with friends or knocking out some work. They've got tons of seating--cozy spots for chats and sturdy tables for WFH--and you never have to stress about snagging a spot, which is a huge plus. The Wi-Fi's solid, the place is crazy clean, and even the plates and silverware are super cute, adding a fun touch. Drinks & Food: The drink menu is next-level. So many creative options with bold, unique flavors, plus a killer variety of beans for coffee lovers. I got a breakfast sandwich that was legit incredible--packed with flavor. The pastries taste like they're straight from someone's kitchen and are absolutely delicious. My coffee hit the spot, but I was bummed there's no regular cold brew (nitro's not my thing). Also, their drink-sealing machine is a cool idea, but it made for an unpleasurable experience since I couldn't sip the foam up , which was a bit of a bummer. Staff & Service: The staff are total gems. They were so friendly and patient while I took my sweet time picking from their wild menu. You can tell they love what they do, and it makes you feel right at home. Merch: Their merch is --high-quality, affordable, and stylish. I'm already planning to grab more next time I'm in! Room for Improvement: A few tweaks could make this place unstoppable. Regular cold brew needs to be on the menu, ASAP--nitro just isn't the same. Using sink water for Americanos feels like a miss; filtered water would be way better. The sealing machine's creative, but it's not great for foamy drinks. I'd love more glassware options for those of us staying in. And while I get that the open kitchen shows off how clean they are, I'd rather not see it--maybe add a curtain for a sleeker vibe. Final Thoughts: This spot's a total vibe and a stellar new addition since opening in December. They're doing great, with amazing drinks, awesome food, and an atmosphere that's hard to beat, plus staff who make it feel like your go-to hangout. A couple small changes, and it's five-star territory. I'm already hyped to come back for more coffee and those pastries!
