    Half cheese half pepperoni

Great New York style pizza. Service was nice. Ambiance was a bit dinner like, But also seems more like a grab and go but there's plenty of tables. Large is large! 2 slices for adults, maybe I could of had 3.

This place has been on my list of places to try for a long time. I was in the area and took the opportunity to try it out. I ordered two cheese pizzas and an order of mozzarella sticks. The sticks were good and I liked the marinara sauce. The pizza was delicious. This is a thin crust NY style pizza. Crust was cooked perfectly, the sauce was the star, and the cheese was good too. One of the better pizzas I have had in a while.

    Expectation

Advertising/social media photos are a little misleading if I had seen how this actually would have came I wouldn't have ordered and I don't plan to order from here again, great social media presence but I don't think it will bring repeat customers

    Couple a real pizzas

Hey why only 3 stars they deserve 5.. Nice thin crispy crust and tangy sauce and that Mozzarella stick ......

Sub and pizza shop. Got a steak and cheese which was cooked just fine and a BLT as well bacon was cooked just right service was fine people were very friendly. Typical sub shop with tv in the corner.

Response from restaurant on google review

I put a review on google and was promptly responded with a very aggressive reply from the restaurant. I am not someone who gives negative reviews I have given 4-5 good reviews in my time and 2 bad reviews. I was met with very rude customer service on the phone when I made an order online, I clicked delivery and paid a tip. Some were from me ordering to it going to the restaurant it changed to takeout, on my receipt and everything. I didn't tell them it was their mistake I just said it was a mistake. I asked them to remake the subs and I would pick them up because they were Italian subs and had been sitting for 15 minutes at this time and I live 10 mins away. Could be a VERY SOGGY sub. I was met with attitude and cattiness. Every disappointed in this service as we enjoy the food but will not be going back. Picture below is the rude response from restaurant, I wouldn't waste your money here.

Wanted to post a newer review for this place many times but never did it. Well this time put me over the edge. Ordered a half Sicilian pizza. Pizza actually ready on time, unusual as a note. Ordered with a few veggies and pepperoni. This honestly is probably the worst pizza I had in my life. There was less than zero flavor except for the literal absolute bottom of the crust. Tried to doctor it in a few ways but didn't matter, still couldn't fix it. This place always seems to be a love hate relationship with many people. In the end I would never order this pizza again.

    Nashville hot chicken pizza.

Super expensive option for pizza with a million choices. My sicilian vodka pepperoni was almost 30$ andthe pepperonis and crust was burnt yet some of the pizza was not fully cooked. The cheese wasnt even totally melted. The Nashville hot chicken pizza was good but toppings werent evenly distributed. Almost 25$. And the chicken pestopizza was okbut my buddies liked it. The only thing id reorderwere the mozzarella sticks. They are really bomb and homemade. 100$ for 3 pizzas and 2 mozz sticks is too rich for my blood but im glad i tried them.

My friends had the salmon, mussels and calamari, and a steak tip salad-everyone loved their meals. For dessert we shared crème brûlée warm donut dessert with ice cream and whipped cream, which were amazing. Our server, Naomi, was the best-attentive, friendly, and sweet, always making sure we had everything we needed for a great dining experience. The restaurant was packed on a Tuesday night, which says a lot about how good it is. The two small cons: when I made the reservation on March 7, I included a note asking for a surprise birthday dessert for my friend Anita after the meal (I had planned to order the Swiss Chalet Cake), but it never arrived. Luckily we ordered the crème brûlée donut to share, which was fantastic anyway. I just wish reservation comments were reviewed so special requests like that can be carried out. Additionally, it was also a bit loud for a small restaurant, especially on a Tuesday night. Overall, everything was perfectly cooked and we'll definitely be going back again soon.

The location might surprise you, but the food absolutely delivers. They strike a great balance between dependable menu favorites and a steady rotation of specials that keep things interesting. Each of the servers has their own favorites and it is fun to try new things as you are feeling adventurous. The regular dishes are consistently well prepared, with generous portions and flavors that feel thoughtful rather than routine. The specials are where the kitchen really shows its imagination. They often end up being the reason you change your mind about what you planned to order, and it is clear the team enjoys giving guests something unexpected and memorable. Service is warm, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the food arrives with the kind of care that makes you want to return. One small note: they require a credit card to secure a reservation. It feels a little tacky for a neighborhood spot, but it is understandable given the size of the dining room and the impact of no‑shows. Overall, On the Corner Grill is absolutely worth visiting if you appreciate a place that delivers reliable favorites while still offering something fresh and unexpected. If you want it shorter, more casual, or more pointed, I can reshape it.

Don't get me wrong, our waitress was polite, but every time we mentioned something, there just wasn't any follow-through. I had asked for extra bread and a new napkin and they never arrived. When my boyfriend asked for more water, she responded along the lines of she was about to do it, which came off like it was an inconvenience. I also wasn't offered fresh pepper and had to ask for Parmesan cheese, which made things feel a little off. I ordered the Linguine ai Frutti di Mare with clams, calamari, mussels, scallops, shrimp, and a lobster tail. The seafood itself was cooked pretty well, but the pasta was heavily overcooked, which was such a bummer because we come here at least twice a year and usually look forward to it. Afterward, I asked if the pasta was homemade and was told you have to specifically request that. I feel like that's something that should be mentioned upfront when ordering. Also, I forgot to mention they add radishes to the salad and no one asked about allergies. When I got mine, there was a big radish in it and I just had to hope I removed them all, which wasn't a great feeling. I don't know what changed, but overall this visit just felt a little disappointing compared to what we're used to.

My wife and I went in hoping for a little Boston North End vibe without leaving Manchester's North…read moreEnd (live close by) on Valentine's Day Eve with reservations (yes, Villaggio, you have my phone number). The food: Mostly hit as we hoped! Chicken parm was great, marinara was excellent! The surprise was the bolognese on my partner's spaghetti side, which was a bit bland, expected the opposite - both were still great to be clear. Chicken Caesar salad was on point as much as a salad can be. ;) The service: This is the real issue. Only two of us, and about 5 seconds after giving my drink order (while my partner was still ordering her drink) and getting a initial look of disapproval when ordering water on the waitress's first pass (wanted to look at the drink menu), I asked to swap the liquor in my Olde Fashion to something she mentioned under her breath when I first ordered it (took me a minute to process it). The waitress said it was "too late" with her handheld because it's instantly sent to the bar. If that's true, that's a pretty bad system, efficiency be damned. We were within earshot of many other tables - our waitress didn't explain dishes or specials like we saw/heard other servers doing (left us feeling regretful with our food choices), and she tried to take my card before I even opened the bill... this is after telling us we had to wait 15 minutes for a second round of bread (haha, which showed up 35 minutes later - petty, but annoying). Things were bad enough with the waitress that we actually asked to box up our mains shortly after receiving them (ate less than 10% of either). This was our second visit (first was takeout, which was great) and our first time dining in. Being in Customer Service and having a history in the restaurant industry, on the way out (after paying and tipping, aka not looking for a discount), I hesitated walking out the door and turned to ask for a manager. The front-of-house host said he'd speak as the manager and responded to everything with a sarcastic "that's unfortunate" / "that's our standards" / "that's too bad" / and sent us on our way. Not big complainers, hate doing it, but this one stuck with us, especially with the high praise and relatively premium prices this restaurant seemingly gets online -- bad taste service-wise, great taste food-wise. Looking around, most of the customers are of an older demographic, and again, most of the waitstaff seemed awesome (especially compared to ours). Would absolutely get the food again. However, as someone that lives on the North End of Elm St, I would never dine in again if this is what they consider acceptable service... what more can we do besides speak up about our concerns, after settling the tab... being told that's "normal" is gross in my opinion. Working in restaurants in the past, if that's their standard, then I distrust their entire approach to service.

The 12" Bianca was topped with a light cream sauce, garlic, mozzarella, stracciatella spread, basil, truffle on a thin light soft & crisp pizza crust, minimal char from the wood fired oven.  The food I had was very enjoyable and I finished everything.
