Good amount of truffle but not overwhelming. Topped with a lot of Parmesan and a great spicy maple dipping sauce. Chicken Cesar salad sub was good as well. Website stinks so I called in my order. They have incorporated AI. Just said my order would be ready, not time table, nothing. Picked up my pizza and the young kid who rang me up was eating while handling the pizza box and ringing me up. He was super rude and disengaged. Please do better or at least hire better people. This place has been on my list of places to try for a long time. I was in the area and took the opportunity to try it out. I ordered two cheese pizzas and an order of mozzarella sticks. The sticks were good and I liked the marinara sauce. The pizza was delicious. This is a thin crust NY style pizza. Crust was cooked perfectly, the sauce was the star, and the cheese was good too. I ordered 3 items for delivery for an evening with my kids. The pizza was not delivered. The delivery driver said they were not given a pizza. The electronic receipt says to call the restaurant. I have now called 12 times in the 35 minutes since delivery. Each time, it is answered by a robot. Each time, the robot claims to be transferring me to a team member. Each time, the phone rings and rings until I'm told that no one is available. Mistakes happen. It's part of life. This kind of experience is de-humanizing. It is anti-consumer. It is anti-human. I paid a delivery fee for this order. And - there is apparently no way to receive any kind of customer service. I am out my money, the pizza, and so far - - - over 30 minutes of my Saturday. Now, I'm waiting for delivery from another restaurant because my evening and my plans are shot. And - am I dealing with this tomorrow too - to get my refund? read more

Heard they were using beef tallow so I had to try it out and I was not disappointed spicy fires were perfect crispy outside soft inside PERFECT, tried the pesto bomb pizza fantastic flavor, habanero wings well done 10/10 and a bonus tres Leches cake on the side, I'm full and very happy, staff was very friendly inside of store is fun to look at good atmosphere will definitely be going back. read more

We've ordered here a few times and the food is usually pretty good. Sometimes a little inconsistent. Tonight, we ordered delivery and got two Ceasar salads and pizza. The salads didn't come with any dressing. We called to let them know, and the young man told us that we could come and pick the dressing up. This wasn't an option for us (hence why we opted for delivery tonight) and instead asked for a refund of the salads. They declined to do that--somehow not thinking that people would need the Ceasar dressing to enjoy the Ceasar salad. We won't be coming back given this poor customer service. I put a review on google and was promptly responded with a very aggressive reply from the restaurant. I am not someone who gives negative reviews I have given 4-5 good reviews in my time and 2 bad reviews. I was met with very rude customer service on the phone when I made an order online, I clicked delivery and paid a tip. Some were from me ordering to it going to the restaurant it changed to takeout, on my receipt and everything. I didn't tell them it was their mistake I just said it was a mistake. I asked them to remake the subs and I would pick them up because they were Italian subs and had been sitting for 15 minutes at this time and I live 10 mins away. Could be a VERY SOGGY sub. I was met with attitude and cattiness. Every disappointed in this service as we enjoy the food but will not be going back. Wanted to post a newer review for this place many times but never did it. Well this time put me over the edge. Ordered a half Sicilian pizza. Pizza actually ready on time, unusual as a note. Ordered with a few veggies and pepperoni. This honestly is probably the worst pizza I had in my life. There was less than zero flavor except for the literal absolute bottom of the crust. Tried to doctor it in a few ways but didn't matter, still couldn't fix it. This place always seems to be a love hate relationship with many people. The cheese wasnt even totally melted. The Nashville hot chicken pizza was good but toppings werent evenly distributed. Almost 25$. And the chicken pestopizza was okbut my buddies liked it. They must of used a whole jar of mayonaise and i did not get no italian sub. Looks like its mayonaise and some chopped ham sub. Had a recommendation from a friend to try their chopped Italian. Saw a video for their Sicilian Vodka Pepperoni and knew we needed to try it. Got both....so much food! we will have leftovers for days. Both tasted great! Sub was filled and tasted exactly what you'd envision an Italian sub to taste like. The pizza: this was a HALF. This is for the Derry location. I'm from Boston. My Husband is from New Jersey. We are pizza snobs and know NY pizza. We tried this place twice before reviewing it. The service was very good. The pizza was AMAZING. it is the best pizza that we've had in NH since moving here over 30 years ago. We have tried every Pizzeria we come across and could never find what we consider the best. I stopped in at the new Mickey's NY Pizza in Derry, formerly Seasons Pizza. This is Mickey's second location and the original location is in Hudson. I've been to the Hudson location a few times for pizzas and my favorite is the Loaded Potato Pizza. I placed my order online for the Derry location, which was quick and easy, paying ahead of time for a Small 12" Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo Pizza ($11.99 plus tax). The pizza would be ready in 48 minutes after placing my online order, good timing since I was driving from Concord. When I arrive at Mickey's NY Pizza in Derry, the place was quite busy since it was their first official night open for business. I could see the staff was really working hard in the open kitchen making pizzas and other food items. I waited in a short line and got my pizza boxed and ready quickly after saying my name. The pizza I ordered tasted pretty good, but it looked like it was slapped together, which had a very firm chewy crust topped with a creamy alfredo sauce, marinated pieces of chicken and broccoli, a modest amount of toppings and an inch of edge crust. Overall, I would give this location 3.5 stars for now, rounding up for effort with the high customer traffic on opening night. The pizzas I've had at the Hudson location seemed to be made with care and with generous toppings. read more

I went into the Derry location and bought the pizza to go - you do not want to eat in. Booths and floor were not to the level of cleanliness you would expect.
