DO NOT get serviced here! My wrap came undone in less than two weeks! Furthermore, the wrap that did t get undone was wavy and shribbled. I wanted to come back to get a warranty redone on it but Decided to go with a more reputable wrap shop in LA catering to a high end clientele. When I got there they immediately asked who did the work, and of course I told them and they immediately laughed and said and I quote "this is bad work. You are not the first person who came to us from them". "A lot of complaints are coming in from them." Do not believe these reviews. I assume the majority are not from real clients but rather friends/family. If you value your expensive car, time a d money, take your business elsewhere. He does book up pretty far in advance so planning is recommended. It was my first time getting a wrap so Alex was patient and clear with answering all my questions. My experienced here was great. I called them a week before i took my car here, told them I have something to be done and if I could get an appointment. They said I could come anytime. During that time they were closed and said business resumed the following week. I went there on Monday the week that they were open. But unfortunately they couldn't take my car since they are fully loaded. People working here are very nice and kind, they got me an appointment and they did a very good job on my car. I don't know how they communicate with clients but obviously they lack from it... I first saw them on Offer Up and I thought to reach out cause I was looking for a partial wrap of the roof top on my car. I got back from someone on Offer Up but they only respond back hours later with less of a sentence. Later I came to drive by the address they gave me, but it looked like it was closed nor if they were actually opened. I'm very annoyed that they haven't said anything if I have to park on the street (which there wasn't) or what not. So I'll be going to someone that seems trusting and communicative that can do a wrap job for my car and not waste my time. read more
