Gyro Bowl after I had eaten quite a bit!!!!
    Tamara L.

Sometimes it's not just the food that pulls you in...it's the person at the window. The gentleman who took our order had the kind of personality that makes you smile before you ever take your first bite. He was warm, energetic, genuinely kind, and made us feel like we were regulars instead of first-time visitors. You can tell he loves what he does, and that energy spills over into the entire experience. Now the food... My partner and I both ordered the gyro bowls, and wow. Every single bite was incredibly fresh. The gyro meat was perfectly seasoned, the vegetables were crisp, the homemade tzatziki was cool and creamy, and even the rice hiding underneath everything was fragrant and full of flavor. Who gets excited about rice? Apparently I do now. And let's talk portions...these bowls are generous. You definitely won't leave hungry. Wrap It Up is tucked inside the downtown Moab food truck park, and it's exactly the kind of place you hope to stumble across while traveling. Great food, wonderful people, and an atmosphere that makes you want to sit outside just a little longer. The only disappointing part? We found it too late in our trip. I would've happily worked my way through the rest of the menu if we had more time!!! Wrap It Up isn't just serving Mediterranean food...they're serving the kind of experience that makes you start planning your next visit before you've even finished your meal.

TLDR : Great food, amazing service Tried the Wrap it up cart in the food truck place while visiting Moab and absolutely loved it. The food was absolutely delicious - right set of spicy and flavourful. Loved the spicy chicken shawarma wrap and the bowls.

Located at the Moab food truck meet. Loved the outdoor foodie vibes & seeing everyone hanging out while eating yummy foods. Got the chicken shawarma and it was delicious even without the tzatziki (I'm lactose intolerant). Service was great and very friendly.

Chicken shawarma wrap and chicken shawarma fries.

Solid food! The wrap was incredible! I'm talking about the actual wrapper used, it's not your average tortilla wrapper or something. I've never had whatever it is they used and how they heated it up that way and mannnn... Soooo good! The stuff inside is already pretty yummy. I got the chicken shawarma, pretty good. The side of fries is also generous and crispy. My husband got the chicken shawarma fries and he also enjoyed it. Overall, solid pick. I also noticed it was the one that had the most people going to. Now I'm going to keep craving their wrap and they're hundreds of miles away from home lol. Damn.

Saw them in "The Road Less Eaten - Moab" so made sure to stop by. Wife and I shared the Chicken Shawarma wrap and the Ultimate Gyro Fries. Soooo good and enjoyed eating outside in the court. Must stop if in town!

This is a great place for a meal after seeing Arches National Park! The food truck park is such a fun atmosphere. I ordered the chicken bowl which comes with shawarma, rice, veggies, and tzatziki and it was enough for my husband and I to split! It was soooo good. Plus the guys working there are friendly and the service was quick. I'd totally recommend this place for travelers stopping in Moab for something unique.

    Istanbul Gyro!

This place is great. I am Turkish and was passing through town and the food is excellent. The five stars are no joke. Can't recommend it highly enough. You should definitely stop by and say "Merhaba" to Barış, Muhammed, and Fırat!

Soooo good! We were walking around the food truck park and this place had the most delicious smells so we ended up here and got the chicken shawarma bowl and the Istanbul wrap. Our noses did not lead us astray! The gyros came fresh off the spit and the sauce spicy and well balanced. The bowl was very reminiscent of a halal cart chicken over rice that you might get in NYC. And what I mean by that is that bowl was hella good! I honestly miss halal carts from when I lived in NYC so this really hit the spot. Definitely would go again.

Excellent wraps! I love the lavash they use for the wraps-almost a cross between a pita and tortilla. The gyro meat is flavorful and loved all the veggies they include. Large portions and fair pricing. Located in a food truck park so outdoor seating only

This food truck was pretty busy when we came to Moab and it smells amazing, so we decided to try it. We got a gyro bowl and a chicken bowl. Both were very solid. The meat is cooked very well and it's served on a bed of rice and veggies (tomatoes and lettuce). Overall the bed of rice and veggies is good but feels pretty plain. For example in the gyro bowl it's just white rice and lettuce and tomatoes. I feel like it needed some sauce to bring it all together (beyond the tzatziki that's on the side) Beyond the food it's easy to find parking and the pricing is good. Food comes out at a normal speed, we didn't feel like we were waiting super long or anything

Found this food truck amongst others, but this one had a long line and smelled really good! Service was quick and easy! Food was hot and fresh, and tasty!! I got the chicken shawarma bowl over rice. It came with tomatoes, lettuce and cucumbers and a big portion of tzatziki sauce - yum! The chicken was deliciously marinated and they gave a huge potion of meat. I also got the fries (not pictured) which was a decent amount but nothing special about it. I wish they seasoned the fries, it would make it taste a whole lot better.

It is closed for the season. Luckily I called before showing up. I reminded them to update hours on yelp but they haven't.

One thing I loved about this spot was the misters set up around the seating area--they made a huge difference and kept us cool on a very hot day. We ordered six street tacos: two shrimp, two asada, one adobada, and one barbacoa, which came to about $27. The food was served quickly, and overall the tacos had a nice spice level and good flavor. They were a bit on the salty side, but still enjoyable. One thing I found unusual was that they didn't double up the tortillas like many taco places do, which made them slightly more fragile. It's a convenient, tasty, and casual stop if you're in Moab and want a quick meal outdoors with a relaxed vibe.

Being a taco addict, this place was a no brainer. The word around the park is $3 street tacos...duh. The service was gracious both time we went and enjoyable. We had the Carne Asada and Pork street tacos, 3 a piece for $3 a piece. They come with the protein and onions and cilantro. We added pico sides and a chips and salsa side. You have to get both salsa's, medium red and hot green. The hot sauce is legit, so much depth and flavor but will light you up for an extended period! The park itself offers a common table area, covered and lit. We went back the next night it was so good, highly recommended!
