At the Moab Food Truck Park, which is a brilliant idea & surprising for a town this size, even with all the tourist influx. There is shade and a misting machine, btw. As for Wrap it Up. I give it five stars for creating, by far, the best falafel wrap I've ever had. You can tell it's different right when you get it: not 3 dry balls in a pita next to a few vegetables. But a thought-out wrap with a bunch of (vegetarian friendly) ingredients mixed together. The French fries are pretty standard. I want to mail order this sandwich when I get back home.
