I would truly give zero stars after being treated the way I was. As I was only transporting cats to…read morethis place for a senior disabled person. Who has had cats just dumped in her yard. She is trying to do the right thing. Being on a fixed income she was able to get some vouchers. In which case I believe the doctor and the staff were not prepared to deal with any type of feral/stray cat situation. I called to verify information to make sure I did as they wanted. 2 feral cats per person per Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. As long as the paperwork and the traps matched. Then they changed their minds several more times on how many feral/stray cats could come as they were being over whelmed. As we all are with the kittens and people dumping cats. So I called left a message with my question and I received a text message from them asking my question. Once I texted everything to verify the "new" rules of dropping off cats. I was I formed by Taylor who works the front desk that they will no longer allow transporting allowed at all. The cats need to have owners! Honestly feral/stray cats do not have owners. But nonetheless Taylor was very rude, while texting using all capitals etc. As all I was doing was verifying how they wanted things done. Taylor took it to another level that didn't need to take place. Very rude, disrespectful behavior for a front end office worker. There truly is nothing wrong with verifying information when you change the drop off instructions many times. Even as a veterinary hospital I wouldn't use this place. If they speak to people over text the way Taylor did in person no thanks. Maybe they need to check how to run a feral/stray program with vouchers before they accept the contract. I would suggest Taylor take some responsibility for her actions and maybe take a class or two on how to treat people. You're having a bad day not the patients fault and you don't take it out on them. The team at BRVSS gave not only hope, but the best care Brandi could receive which resulted in her being able to use the back leg that xrays should as shattered. I mean bone pieces everywhere. The Dr.'s care, emotion, professionalism, and understanding blew me away. Thanks to his skill and love for his patients and profession, 4 years later, Brandi still has all 4 legs, healed without any infection, and got back to chasing kitties out of the yard like she once did. The whole staff were professional and empathetic and answered all my questions and provided thorough education pre-and post op. They also offered alternative ways to pay through Cherry and Care Credit. They gave me a quote and thankfully it ended up being half of the original quote and the surgeon didn't perform any unnecessary surgery. The front staff was better than in most human clinics in Bakersfield. Also gave me an itemized bill and explained all the charges and allowed me to remove items that I already had from the bill. I highly recommend this surgery center. My cat is doing very well and he has a follow up appointment in 4 more weeks. Thank you so much to BRVSS!

Three second time I brought her, she did not want to go in at all and then tried top attack him somewhat. Clearly something happened the last time because I've NEVER seen this behavior from my dog. He tried to side explain why he had to get aggressive with my dog. Basically saying he abused my dog and if she could talk I could only imagine what she'd say. All I'm saying is beware and this was my experience.

I got the Sunny's De-Shed and added the Antibacterial & Antifungal for her skin irritation. We were provided a FURminator and 2 other brushes and an extra towel because she knew our dog would require it. Very nice. The shop has a cold case for raw bones and cold food for the dogs. A ton of natural treats. Anything you need for your dogs are here- I didn't look at cat supplies, so I can't comment on that. I was able to pre-pay so we could get in and out as we are still learning our Goldens habits and behaviors. Didn't get pics- the doggie hid her face every time the camera came out lol
