    Gobbler

Always a great stop ever disappointing flavor quality always spot on. Queso Mac and cheese of the chart had the gobbler so good turkey smoke flavor and moisture perfect and never go wrong with the hand cut fries

Great little mountain bbq dive in a very cool town. The ribs, brisket and sides were on point. Good smokey flavor on the meat. Homemade sauce was delicious and worked well with the rub. More than enough food. The whole menu looked fantastic. Service was good. Staff were friendly. Will be back for sure!

Brisket was great. Pulled pork was fair to good. Burnt ends were dry and overly burnt. The beans, potato salad and Mac n cheese were all good. Portion size was good and prices were about average for what you would expect to pay for BBQ these days. The place is fairly small but they have a reasonable amount of seating. Music level is just about right. Our food came out quickly and was all fresh. One down side was they were sold out on all beer. Was really wanting a beer with my BBQ.

    Gobbler turkey sandwich

I had the Gobbler turkey sandwich. Sandwich was really food. I also had a fried apple pie which was also delicious. Service was great

Pretty dang good BBQ! That brisket was perfect. Oh, try the cookies too. It also was soooo good. I had to crawl out I was so full!

Was in town for the day and we were looking for some food. When we pulled in it was pretty empty at first. Thought this is not a good sign. Good thing we stayed. Food was fantastic! My brisket was so moist and flavorful. Ribs were great! There was about 7 of us and everyone was very happy with their food. It was a hot humid day and the beer was cold! Place got busy pretty quick and several people actually came in just for take out. This will definitely be a regular stop when we come to this town. Our waitress was very good and hilarious. She made our visit even better. You have to try this place.

When driving in area we saw this BBQ spot and wanted to try it out. The location has parking and you order at the counter and then they bring it to your table. I did the pulled pork special with chips. The pulled pork was juicy. I tried the house bbq sauce and it was alright in flavor. My mom tried the loaded pork fries and they were delicious. The fries are hand cut and are very flavorful. I would recommend it to BBQ lovers

We are staying at Hogsveil, and on the restaurant sheet, Sauced was recommended. Because the Hubs' last name is Saucedo, AND the sheet said best Mac and cheese around it was a no-brainer. It was no lie... Holy moly, the Mac and cheese is totally amazing! He got brisket and sausage, and I got brisket and smoked bologna. I love bologna... but if you don't, the smoked bologna will change your mind. Hubs looked at me and said... this isn't bologna. The brisket was very tender, and all 3 sauces were very good and with their own amount of kick. We thoroughly enjoyed sour lunch and the company of Shastah. She took great care of us and not being from the area gave us great recommendations for things to do and see. Go by and see them!

Hands down the best place we ate at in Eureka Springs, during the week we were there. Walked in and the lady working at the register actually smiled and let us know what the daily special was and walked us through the menu. We ordered and sat at a nearby table and the food came out in less than 10 minutes. Everything tasted good, especially the fries. Clearly cut and made there, plus there's a mountain of them! The 3 sauces on the table were good. We liked the spicy bbq with the meat and the chipotle mustard with the fries. Clean, no frills decor and decent music playing. A couple of things to note, they don't have alcohol yet (working on the liquor license we were told) or desserts. (Side note: If the owner reads this review, a dark chocolate chip cookie with bourbon added to the batter, baked in the meat smoker and topped with some finishing salt would be an easy and awesome addition, just sayin.) I wish we would have found this place earlier in our trip, as we would have come back multiple times! Don't get fooled by some of the other places. Do yourself a favor and go here early in your trip. You won't regret it!

Had great service from Rhodes who was gracious and knowledgeable about the menu. He gave great suggestions. The Upside Down cocktail was delicious. A bit sweet for a whiskey drink, but very good. The salmon and steak were perfectly cooked. The asparagus and mushroom sides scrumptious. We split a slice of vanilla caramel cake which was divine. A perfect meal.

We showed up about 45 minutes early for our 8:30 reservation and did a quick walk through. Instead of waiting around, we wandered upstairs to The Stone House Tavern (right next door) for a drink, and here's the move: they serve the full Grotto menu. Same kitchen, totally different vibe. We grabbed a table and never left. The tavern has a cozy, dim-lit feel with a massive wall of books that immediately stands out. It's quiet, relaxed, and easy to actually enjoy a conversation no shouting over noise, no rushing through dinner. Service was great. Our server was kind, attentive, and we had a few genuine, easy conversations with her that made the whole experience feel even more relaxed. We started with the quail poppers and the baby romaine both solid, but more of a warm-up than the main event. The bone-in pork chop is the star. It's massive, cooked right, and easily shareable if you add a couple of sides. Don't skip the acorn squash it was one of the best things on the table. We also tried the full wings with three sauces, and those were just as good flavorful, not overdone, and a great balance to the heavier entrée. Overall, this place delivers on food, atmosphere, and experience. Bonus points for the upstairs "secret." We'd absolutely come back and probably go straight to the tavern again.

However, the first table they sat us at had the very large plush arm chairs. Which you sit and sink all the way to the floor. The table was at our chins. We asked to move and were reseated. But if they were busy, would not have been an option. We had great and attentive service from Tim. The scallops were divine. The pork was OK, but the apple relish made up for it a bit. Didn't really want to because we were eating so late, but it was that bad. Then the recook took so long we just had them box it up. However, the Brussels sprouts and garlic mashed potatoes were delicious. The staff were super nice. Maybe because they were taking shots back behind the bar where they thought we couldn't see them? lol Anyway, wouldn't recommend this place. I can see why it was so easy to get a reservation close to Valentine's Day.

We were early for the season. We had excellent service from Kristen who was very friendly, informative, and attentive. My husband enjoyed the creamy Gorgonzola pasta dish with caramelized onions and cherry tomatoes. There were several good looking desserts, but we were too full to try any. Ambience fairly simple but a row of cute lamps lining the shelf up above. There's a small restaurant area as well as a bar area. Some tables outside, but it was too cool for us to try that. The food matches the setting. The crab cakes are better than most places--crispy on the outside, packed with flavor, and not overly heavy. The meatball & grits were solid, and the wedge fries on the side hit the spot--simple but done right.
