Get EVERYTHING in writing! These people are awful. "Mike" is not the owner but will present himself to be, say whatever he needs to to make the sale, and then screw you over without losing an ounce of sleep over it. He's a slippery one, so you've got to watch him carefully or he'll pull one over on you. During my follow-up visit a few days after the purchase, he retracted his offer to fix several things on the vehicle saying that he didn't have enough money in the deal. When I stood my ground, he went fully into attack mode saying he was not going to lose his job over this deal. The owner wouldn't even speak to me to hear my side of the story, all of which was documented on text messages, but because it wasn't written on the original bill of sale there was no attempt made to make things right. I've heard that the owner, Daniel, is a nice guy, but unfortunately because he hides in the background and lets his slippery salesman do all of the talking, you may not ever get the opportunity to deal with him directly. Getting them to even tell you who the owner is is like pulling teeth! Even after finding out who the real owner was (by someone who didn't work at the dealership) getting him on the phone was impossible because his salesmen screen his calls heavily. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable dealer. read more
