He offered his services if I were to decide on picking out a vehicle in his establishment or outside of it. I did end up finding a used vehicle via private party though having the owner reach out to me personally regarding the situation and how humbly he handled it- I give kiddos to him as there aren't many used dealerships anymore with this kind of customer service.

Those dealers offer at least a modest discount. Second problem was the sales staff.. told one individual we were just looking, don't need help, no thanks three (3!) times in a short visit. He tried to tell me that we were obligated by visiting their business and viewing their wares to have a discussion with them. Really? Won't go back. Not even for service. Don't trust them. Sold me a truck that didnt even last a day. The truck made…read moreit to my house, then would not start again. It would not recognize the key fob. I had to pay a locksmith for reprogramming a new key. Also the dealership cleared the check engine light code right before they sold the truck so now I cant get it smogged. Other things to note...had a brake light out, and the tail light assembly fell out on the way home, the transmission leaks, the transfer case leaks and the heater fan was bad. Heated seats didnt work and had an exhaust leak. And the running board steps were just hanging there wrapped with some thin wire to hold them in place. Good thing my kids didn't step on them or they would be really hurt. Worst of all, when i tried to put it in 4wd, all i got was a service 4wd light that now is stuck on all the time. They would not answer any calls from me after nor did they return any of my voicemails. Will be making a report through better business bureau. Clearly they do not inspect nor maintain their vehicles. Very very shady ripoff company. Especially for a $13k truck. Read all the negative reviews online before you go to them!!
